After looking online they looked to have the highest ratings so I purchased this for my mom. Starting up was also very easy. That was the only time we had to call customer support and things went fine. So far it seems to be an easy program and system to use. My mom just wears the necklace whenever she's at home.

This is being filled out by her daughter, she seems satisfied with your product so far. The once a month test seemed daunting at first but I think she is now fine with it. The ease of setting this up and further customer service have been very nice and helpful. I think she feels comfortable now contacting you with any questions. Its still very new.

I only recently got the Medical Guardian, but so far I am happy with the sense of security it gives me when I am alone in my house. The staff was very helpful during the set up. I have not needed to use it, thank goodness, but I'm sure if and or when I do use it they will be right there for me.

We have had a good experience with Medical Guardian. The ordering process was easy and arrived very quickly and in good condition. The set up was simple, and the customer service people were helpful and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

I bought this for my Dad who is 101, and he wears it daily. His comments are "I thought I would be able to speak to the person on the medallion, and not have to be near the box". He also has accidently hit the alert button a few times, and we were quickly notified and were able to cancel help at that time. I am glad he's wearing it, but it does have it's limitations.

For an elderly person, this is just a great product. Amazing customer service. Had to press that button within the first month of getting it! This is her daughter Linda writing review. We are very pleased with this service. Thank God we purchased this when we did. Saved mom when she fell and couldn’t get up.

All contacts with Medical Guardian, both sales and during product setup, have been excellent. The Guardian device has some weight to it, and the supplied neck strap is a narrow band. Would suggest a wider/softer neck band, for added comfort.

A friend of mine who had done research on them said that it was the company to go with. I haven't had to use it yet, but I haven't had any trouble either. It feels good to have it. It's a comfort to have when you live by yourself.

I got it since I liked all the features it had available in one device. I haven't had to use it, but the times that I've talked to them everything seems to work. The only negative thing I've noticed about the device is that it looks a bit too heavy to me. Still, everything is working just fine.

I got it for my mom based on the research I did online. The only problem I ran into was with the website that they have. I thought I'd be able to log in and check things from it, but it wouldn't work for me. I followed up with them and they told me it wouldn't be functional until after the first year of using it. I would've expected them to provide that information only if the website was going to be available.

We had our daughter research it and they were one of the companies that met our needs the best so we went with it. The set up was very easy to use and they were very cooperative. We've had the device for just a month and haven't had to use it yet. We've had accidental pushes though. The operator was very polite and handled those situations well. Everything seems to be working just as we need it to and the equipment looks good so far.

I got it because it works anywhere. I haven't had to use it yet, but I've spoken with the customer service people. They are really nice, easy to understand, and helpful. The device works and I like that it can send me text messages on my phone if needed. I don't have any complaints about it.

I liked it because of the price. We haven't had to use it yet because just 4 days before the device arrived my wife fell and broke her hip. She has been in the rehab facility until now so we haven't had a need for it so far. Still, they call me quite often to activate it.

I haven't had to use it at all, but I've run tests. I think it would be better if the device could travel with you. That way if I was going down to the grandparents' place or something I could take it with me and use it. This one is kind of landlocked to my office. The thing is also a little more expensive than what I thought it was going to be. I thought it was going to be less than a dollar a day, but its more than that.

Since I had chest pains and I didn't have anybody with me to help me I decided to get it. I haven't had to use it yet, but when I accidentally hit the button the lady came along to make sure I was alright. It didn't take her long to answer either. They even gave me a discount for it. I know that I'm safe.

I saw it advertised on T.V. and decided to get it. Customer support has been very respectful in explaining everything about the device and the way to use it. It all seems to work fine, though I can't be completely sure since we just got it hooked up. Still, it's like a life saver and I think that everyone needs something like this.

The price was the best part of it all. That was why I went with it. I've never had to use it, but I do wear it. As far as the device goes, the watch's band is a little too small for my liking. Customer support was helpful when I needed to get a new holder for the button. They sent that out a new one to me right away and it all works fine. I did have a problem with the alert thing though. We called them and it took some 24 or 30 rings to get someone on their end to answer the phone. Still, it seems like a good product.

I did some online research and they looked like the best rated one and the most responsive to customer service. So, I got it for my mother. They have been very responsive, starting when we were setting it up. When we tested they were very quick to respond too. The device is easy to set it up and use.

I got it for my patient since she was looking for something that she could use for life alert. I'm not sure if she has actually used it yet, but I know she tests it once a month or so. We had to go through them several times to get the right piece. It took us 3 attempts to get that sorted out and get the device that we wanted. Still, it's useful for the patient and money-wise, it's probably worth it.

I saw three different services that offered what I needed for my mother. They just happened to be the first one that I called and I went with it. They started charging us for the service almost as soon as we signed up, but it took them a long time to get the device for us. We had to wait some three weeks till the device got here. Though in the end they actually gave us a free month because it had taken so long to get here. Fortunately she hasn't had to use it yet. I know that it's activated and everything but we don't really know how the response time is going to be. I think it could be cheaper.

I feel safer having accessibility to the Guardian button. However, There was a problem with getting my unit set up so that it worked, and although everyone I talk to was very helpful, it took way too long to get it set up. They finally sent me a new unit. And today I got a call saying that I need to send the old unit back, which I’m certainly willing to do, but no one’s ever told me where to send it or whether you pay the postage. So, it’s a mediocre start.

I thought it was the best company for what I needed, plus it had some good reports and it was less costly than others. I just got the system so I really don't have much experience with it. We actually had to return it after it arrived since the box part was faulty, but they sent us a new one within 2 days. We were able to keep track of it and everything.
