My father wars the device on his wrist, and that seems to be easy, because he wears it a lot. It's comfortable for him. He has not used it for any emergency circumstances yet, but he has gone through 2 months of checking it and making sure that it is working properly, and it seems to be working just fine. The person that I purchased it from was informative and very kind. I believe my dad just had a very good experience with the testing session that he had with his device. They're doing a great job!

Fortunately, I haven't used it for an emergency, but I did set it off accidentally once. They called me, but I didn't hear them, so they immediately called my family. I live with a family member in California, and they also called him. At that point, the paramedics were already on the way, so I had to cancel that. It wasn't a real emergency, but I know that they'll be Johnny on the spot if something happens to me.

Frankly, I haven't used it. It's set up in my home, in case of an emergency. It was actually easy to set up. The materials were easy to read and follow; it was all user-friendly. I can say that their agents are very helpful, and speak clearly. They're also intelligent, nice and friendly.

When they shipped it by ground it took a week or more to get here, and then it was in the wrong house, so their shipping of the equipment was not satisfactory. But I wear it all the time, and I wear it out by the barn and outside. I got it for myself because I'm almost 92 years old. I haven't had to use it for an emergency yet, but I have tested it in different areas of my farm. They've always been very nice, and very prompt in answering.

I have no suggestions for improvement because they are okay. I got Medical Alert for myself because I have congestive heart failure and I'm a diabetic.
