My daughter bought it for me. They've responded immediately every time I used it. One day I was doing work in the backyard and fell backwards. I pushed the alarm and as soon as I did that the alarm went off in the house and my daughter was able to come out and help me.

I heard about it on television and decided to get it. Fortunately I've never had to use it. I've hit the button accidentally and, every time I've done that, they give me a call to know if I'm ok. They have always been there for me. The only problem I have with it is that I'm never sure if the button is actually charging or not when I plug it in. Also, I've heard of other devices that are much cheaper.

Randolph, we're happy to be there for you when you need us. When your Mobile Guardian is properly inserted into its cradle, the cradle has a light that will illuminate to tell you that the unit has been placed correctly and is charging. You should be able to fully charge your unit in 2 hours time. Your unit will not overcharge so you are free to leave it in the cradle when you are at home and simply make use of your neck pendant. Feel free to reach back out if you have any additional questions about your unit. Have a lovely week!

From the ratings and feedback that I saw, they seemed to have more of a comprehensive service. I accidentally pressed the button a couple of times. On one of those occasions I was out at a restaurant but they just couldn't find me. They had to dial my number and get a hold of me. I guess the GPS just didn't work right out there'

My son looked it up online and they were the one he chose. I've never had to use it, sometimes I even forget to test it, but I haven't run into any trouble with it either. I did change the necklace pendant from the cord to a stainless steel chain. That way I don't even notice I have it on.

After doing some research I learned that they offered more than other companies, so I signed up. So far they've replied quickly and get the paramedics out to my house rapidly. They answer my questions whenever I have concerns and they're always available. Besides, the button is easy to use.

I just did a google search and they were recommended on the site I looked at. That's how I got it. I like the idea that anybody in my family can use it. I have two different gadgets that I can press if any issue comes up. Every time I've needed to talk to someone they were able to answer my questions.

Basically, I got it because of the ratings it had. On top of that, I also got a great deal with them. One time, the thing that I wore wasn't working, it would just go off even though I wasn't doing anything. When I called them, they got it all replaced within a day and took care of everything.

It was the most reasonable service and the one that made the most sense for my mother to have since she lives in a rural area. It provides service there and the button is not humongous. She can wear it around her neck alright. It's a very convenient service. Every time I've called to get help they have been very helpful.

The freedom that it gave me was the main reason I got it. I wear it when my son is not around since he's my primary care giver. I get the support that I need all the time and having it makes me feel more secure. It is a little expensive to be honest, I've been thinking about changing companies because of that.

They had the right price and the right features, so I got it. I wear it during the day or when I'm taking a bath. Every time I've had a question, they have answered quickly. The couple of times that the device has gone off inadvertently, they have been there right away. It always works.

I'm becoming a senior citizen and I walk a lot by myself. So, if something were to happen to me where I needed help, I needed to have something to get help. It was also in part to ease my daughter's concerns about me since she usually works at the time I take my walks. So, I just looked things up online and they were actually the first ones I checked out. Since I just needed to get something quickly, I bought it. When I called to purchase the thing, the person that I dealt with had a lot of information and explained everything in a way that I could understand. He was very helpful. Everything is up in my room and I wear everything all the time. Thankfully I haven't had to use it. There's a lot of other services out there that are a lot cheaper than them, but at this point I think I'll stick with them.

The hospital sent them to us. We tried a lot to convince the person that wears it to actually use it. It wasn't until he fell and broke his arm that we started wearing it. It's just a life saver. They call us when he presses it by accident, so we know that it works if he ever needs it. They're very good, it's a comfort to have it.

If I'm in the car driving by myself I take it with me too. They've been very good so far. When I test the button they answer quickly. They're just prompt.

At the time I was falling over a lot and would need to call 911 to get help for myself. In fact, before I got it, I fell and had to spend several days in the hospital. My family decided that I needed to have a medical alert thing, just for extra security, so they got this one. I haven't had to use it since getting it. My only concern right now is that I don't think the device works that many miles away from my home. It mostly works while I'm close to home.

My mother uses it since she lives some 30 miles away from our house. I got a call from them once telling me that my mother had pressed the button and four minutes later when they came and picked her up. Apparently they also called her and asked her if she needed help. After she said yes, they sent out help. I know she is safe with them.

My daughter in law checked on them and she was the reason why I decided to get involved with them. I wear the watch rather than the necklace. I'm not really happy with it since the button is very large. The band where the button is on actually broke, so now I'm having to deal with that and carry the thing in my pocket. It's not very good at all. I haven't had the need to use it but whenever I test it they've been very pleasant.

A big factor in my decision was the fact that it had GPS capabilities, which means that I'm not limited to just being in my house. I really haven't had an occasion to use it, but I've tested it before. At one point we ran into a problem with the box thing and they sent me another one the following day to replace it. After that I was able to just send them back the other equipment. I was very impressed with their overnight service. The one problem I've found is that if I try and call them on the regular phone it takes a long time before they answer. On one occasion, after someone actually answered, that person ended up transferring me to someone else.

The GPS system was what convinced me of getting it for my mother. She has it on at all times since she lives alone. It gives her some security to know that if she needs someone, she can just push the button to get help. The biggest complaint she had was that the button is kind of big and gets in the way. I got it as a gift from my daughter since I live on my own. The button is easy to use. I have the wrist band on me everyday. When summer time comes I may switch to the necklace since I don't want it to show too much. I tried calling them and it took quite a while before I could get through to someone. I just wanted to check on the button because one of the lights came on, but I didn't know why. It took a good 15 minutes before I got a response.

I'm 84 years old and I'm retired, so on a typical day I don't do much. Since I live alone, having it keeps me in touch with my medical people and my doctor. I live alone and have a chronic disease that can make me unconscious if my blood pressure gets too low. Because of that I wanted to have something to protect myself with in case I'm on the verge of collapsing and can't reach my phone. Luckily I haven't had to use it, but the service has been good. I think it's a pretty good system, it doesn't need to be tied to a phone line. Instead it's all wireless so I can take it with me anywhere I go. That's good.

I was referred to it by my neighbors. I have not had to use it, except to test it that is. It takes forever when I try to contact somebody if I'm calling customer service. I've called their office and sat on the phone for 20 minutes before I got an operator on the other side. All I kept getting was 'call volume is greater than expected please hold, please hold.'
