Very easy to do business with. Also easy to set up once received. They answered all the questions I had. Iwas able to save 2 months of expense by paying for one year. [I have not had to actually use in an emergency, but have tested contacting and it worked quickly.

They were johnny on the spot and answered immediately. We did have an occasion where my husband was putting an end into the charger it correctly and the battery shut down and they notified us right away with an email to let us know what we needed to take care of that and they also notified the other contact people on the list.

They stayed on the line until the ambulance had gotten there. Right after the ambulance had gotten there, they had actually called me since I was the first emergency contact

I find this company extremely professional. Fortunately I haven't had to use it yet, but we've tested it several times and the response times were good. They're great at responding to questions and I've had no trouble getting in contact with them when I need to speak to someone. It's a product that's extremely easy to use.

Whenever I test the equipment, they are quick to answer and are thorough in answering the questions I ask. They are a great company. The device is a very practical one, and works just fine. It's not very pretty, so I'd like them to come up with something that's better looking.

I wear the medical alert device all the time because I'm mostly here at home by myself. One time we had a power outage and lost our service, but I called and they helped walk me through how to fix everything. I feel very secure with this device, and I like knowing they're only a push of a button away.

I really enjoy how portable this device is. I feel much more comfortable knowing that I can go to the beach or walk my dog, and know they can help me if there's an emergency. They have GPS that helps locate you in case you do have an emergency.

The device itself works, and is in a form that can be managed easily. My wife once accidentally pressed the alarm and she wasn't in range for them to hear so they called an ambulance and me and I was able to tell them that she was fine in time for them to cancel the ambulance.

They're readily available, and I didn't have to stay on hold very long. I think it should be a little cheaper a month, and the speaker is only on the main one so if you collapse in a different room I don't know how they're going to communicate with you.

I like the idea that they give you a choice of a bathtub alarm, or armbands, or whatever you wanted. They're very knowledgeable, and they put out everything that I needed while explaining to me how to use it. It's worked every time I've had to use it.

I like that it's GPS driven, so I don't have to be in my home for them to know where I am. I call in each month to make sure it works. The only problem I have is having to carry the voice piece with me, because sometimes I don't have a pocket or I need to carry other things as well.

One of my disappointments is in testing it each month. It takes much too long for someone to come on to respond. Other than that, it's pretty good though. I think the range could go further, but it's acceptable and the price is reasonable.

I fell back on some steps, and the paramedics had to come. It took longer than they say, but once they arrived it was a good experience. They're patient with me when I call in, or press the button on accident. I would like to be able to communicate through the wristband instead of having to carry another device.

You are able to go outside without having anything because it can track you. One time I had to change one of the numbers and I just went to the website and checked with them and they got back to me the next day confirming the change. You can clearly hear the speaker when they come on

I keep it by me at all times. The response time is great when I call. I don't like the lanyard, it is too thin and annoys my neck. I wish they would come up with something else you could put that on you or your jeans or something instead of the lanyard.

They staff in the medical guardian is always friendly and they always answer all our questions, medical guardian doesn't need to change or anything of the sorts. It works. We used to have another system and that system it had many problems, the biggest one was that they kept billing her yet they never once called her. Which is why we switched.

My daughter-in-law is the one who chose it. She wears it everyday and has accidentally pressed it more times than we ever had. They seem to answer us promptly when it accidentally goes off, same as if she were to push it properly.

It seemed to be what I wanted. I own both the necklace and wrist devices. They're always getting in the way but it seem to be no other way around it. I like the smaller ones, the ones that are more light weight. I would also like for someone to call me and explain more thoroughly everything.

It's the best remote access portable medical device out there. I haven't used it, but it's very comfortable and hassle free when speaking to them over the phone. I've never had any problems with it. I would like it if I could do non-emergency calls though.

I thought it would be a good idea to get something for my safety. Every day we use it in case we have any accidents like falling down. I don't like that in my watch, it's one day ahead. I just wish I could take it everywhere with me instead of just being limited to my home.

I did a bit of research on Medical Guardian since I decided it was time to get some type of medical device. I've only do monthly checks, those are the only times I've have any experience with it. Sometimes the response aren't as quick enough. Sometimes it feels like it's more than 90 seconds. Though it truly operates properly. Though I do have a problem with your online inquiry that I can't submit it without responding about my families income which is frankly none of Medical Guardian's concern or business to know. I do like having it because it gives me a sense of security.

I chose Medical Guardian for it's economical price. I haven't had to use it, thank goodness. They have always been very good to me, there's just an ease about using it. It makes me feel safer than just having a telephone. I have this around my neck and I can use whenever and wherever I need it and that makes me feel safe.

I saw an advertisement on the television and it was less expensive than the one I had before. I haven't used it, but I put it somewhere I can I can reach. I don't usually wear it with it. Everybody is very friendly and helpful which makes me feel better since I don't getting the feeling like I'm bothering somebody.
