I am very happy with medical guardian. There has never been a time that I have called and somebody hasn't been able to answer the questions I've had. It is a really good product. They are quick to send the help you need. The unit is portable so I can wear it in the shower and I can take it with me wherever I go.

We got it for my mother in law to make her feel secure. It is good coverage and she is more comfortable. She prefers the band on the wrist more than the necklace. Every time I have called customer service has answered the questions we needed. I am satisfied. I have already recommended it to people.

By just pushing a button, in five minutes or less somebody will come and help you out. The device is easy to carry and I have had no problems having it on me. It saved me from a very serious stroke. Its not that expensive, I could throw it away and buy some snacks or have this, something that can save my life.

The communication I had with their salesperson was pleasant and the description of the system was very accurate. I think they are very professional. The little handheld device you carry around in your car was omitted from my shipment. The sales lady called and said she would take care of it. The device is very conveniently situated in my office.

Being retired and on a fixed income I needed something that was not going to be too expensive. This was the best and I am happy with it. It's very simple to use with the emergency buttons. I like the coverage it has, and it was easy to hook up. I've spoken to 4 or 5 different people and they are all really nice and helpful.

I went with this because you can fill out a contact list to be notified before they call for an ambulance. My father had to use it last Friday, he fell in the bathroom and just pushed the button. They did everything and took my father to the nearest hospital, so it was a quick reaction. I like the way the system works and that they are efficient.

When I bought it, I assumed that they could talk out of it to us. You have to press the button and then make your way to the home base to talk. That's the only negative thing about the device, everything else seems good and helpful. They were easy to get ahold of when testing it and are good at answering questions.

I wear it all the time, except to bed, because I never know when I am going to fall. They are fine, polite, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They were the ones that called me, so that is why I signed up. I found out that similar companies do charge a lot less.

It's convenient; I like the wristwatch wearing a watch and I'd like the necklace but it is tight, I'm getting a new chain. but I'm getting a different chain I don't like the rope that they give you so I'm going to have a new chain for that.

When you dial or you push the button, somebody comes in at a reasonable time. The salesman was very efferent and prompt to call back at certain times when I needed him. He was also polite and educated on the medical device. I was happy with him. I feel confident that I could get help if I do fall again. I would recommend it to a friend. There is always room to improve.

They offered me a good plan, but I am thinking about canceling because the box that connects to the telephone has wires hanging out and it looks terrible. I do like how they give you a necklace and a bracelet for options. I wear the necklace all the time and it doesn't bother me at all.

One of my concerns is the necklace is very heavy and that leads me to take it off every so often. It tends to be a little late and it doesn't hold as much charges as I anticipated, now it could be that I'm not understanding well enough or whatever but it just seems to me that it should hold a longer charge.

The customer support continued to call me and check up on me during those first ten days to two weeks. I like the convenience of the pendant or the watch. It's easy to charge the transmitter. I charge it by my phone at night and then just take it off the charger during the day and pop it in my purse and I'm ready to go.
