I chose it for the price, it's very economical. I wear it in the shower, my chances are better with it to contact help if I need it. I haven't used it so far, but I like the concept of it. We done checkups and they respond quickly.

We chose it at the time for the ability of being able to take it out of state. To take it anywhere around the United States. We like it since it's portable. I've had a couple of light heart attacks, I experience weakness in tremors and some falling after that. I know this was related to my light heart attack. They've always been there even if I hit by accident. I don't really recommend the watches.

My sister got it for me. Last week I fell outside and I couldn't get up. I pressed the button and the fire department came and got me up again. They were very quick to my aid. They stayed with until they were sure that I was okay.

I found it online. I fortunately haven't had to use it. I just feel safer with it on. Last year I had a stroke and I didn't know who to call, I didn't know what to do. If we had Medical Guardian, we would've just pushed the button and everything would have been taken care. Every time I call they're pleasant and helpful.

When I became old enough to need this type of service, I got a recommendation from a doctor about Medical Guardian. It's been very helpful and I like the option as a bracelet, I wear it all the time. I haven't fallen and haven't really needed it other to do checkups on it. I'm very pleased with this service.

We purchased it as gift for my in laws, since they were several states away. It provided us with some comfort knowing somebody was there. The services and cost were a big plus. Though wish the setup was a bit more simpler since they are elderly and not as tech savvy.

My mother fell in the yard, she could not get up, she pushed the button and medical device called her and then they called me to go rescue her from the yard. I think it's a lot of value for monthly fee, but they answer question extremely reliable and simple.

After comparing it with other companies I came up with Medical Guardian as the company that gave me the best service for my money. I wear it every day, I have confidence in it. I did the referral thing and recommended it to the mother of my daughter-in-law and they signed up. I never saw a gift card for that though.

It was given to me as a gift from my sons, I've had it for a year and a half. I have used it around 3 times. I've been ill and wasn't able to move, I had to call them because I couldn't walk and they needed to bring in a chair in so I could get my stretcher. They've always been there when I needed them. I would recommend this to anybody.

I got it because it seems to be the best one out there. I wear it everyday when I'm out of the house and alone. I haven't had to use it as of yet. They usually answer the checkups very quickly because it works every time. I do a test on it at least once a month. Always works.

Well my family decided it was a good setup. It would be a value to me. I had fallen previously 3 times in total, where no one was able to see me. My only way of getting help was through the device. My daughter pays for it, it truly is a good thing to get.

I got it for my mother right after my father passed away. I wanted her to feel secure. So I researched into it. I didn't like the other companies with their three year contracts. With Medical Guardian, it was truly just more simpler. My mother feels safer at home, but she doesn't use it. We just gave it a quick test and it works fine.

I got Medical Guardian a couple years ago for my dad. We have not had to use it yet. I just did this just peace of mind knowing he is wearing it, if he needs help he'll have to use it. We've tested it a number of times and they responded immediately and appropriately. The only complaint is the wrist band falls and my father lost it a number of times.

I like to wear the wrist watch but it is sort of irritates my wrist. I feel comfortable with Medical Guardian because I know if I need it, I'll be glad to have that.

Reply from Medical Guardian

Carol, thank you for the kind review. Regarding the wristband that came with your Home Guardian, feel free to change out the wristband to something that is more comfortable for your wrist. Many customers have had success in getting their wristband switched out to a custom band at a watch repair shop. Please feel free to reply directly to this message if you have any other questions. Thanks!

Medical Guardian was a recommendation from a friend. I have not had to use it but I just wear it. I had an experience where I was not at home and not one could be reached to support me, but the fire department showed up at a park where I was having a picnic. I'd like for it to be more disguised and not look like a medical awareness device.

My friend suggested Medical Guardian, because I had a bypass operation with my heart and I live alone, and it's a good idea have one in case something happens, if I fall down I have a better chance that some ambulance comes, forth otherwise nobody ever finds me. I tested it a couple of times, I was actually surprised for the self-serving

I just like the features that were provided it. The installation was so easy. We had installed in my parents' home.
