My sons were the ones that looked into it and decided that Medical Guardian was the best service for me. They are the best. I always get a quick response from them. Last weekend I had a stroke and had to use the button. They came on right away and took me to the hospital. I'm very satisfied with it.

I looked into it two years ago or so and decided to get it. I've accidentally set it off a couple of times and they were always very prompt and polite. I can't really walk away from the main unit. If I fall in the bathroom, I wouldn't be able to talk to them. I mean, it's a great thing for someone that has problems falling but they should have something that you can wear around your neck and talk into it. I'm actually thinking of discontinuing the service because I don't seem to be having anymore strokes.

Others didn't work as well, they didn't have proper range. With Medical Guardian you could trust them, they were outstanding in their work everywhere you go. They're very confident in their answers, know what they're talking about and they're very supportive.

They seemed like they offered a good value product and they were easy to get in touch with. Some of the other companies were like infinity holes. Because of that, I got it for my mother who lives alone in a condo. It seems to be working well for her. Every time I've had to talk with them or when we test the device, they call us back right away.

We got it for my father who is very elderly, since I'm not always here to help. I wanted to have something for him so that if we weren't here and he needed some help that he could press a button and hopefully someone will be here. He wears it on the morning and so far has never had to use it. We feel like we have more freedom to be able to leave my dad alone and not have to worry about any incidents.

I decided to get it in case I need help and have no one around. I used it when my daughter got sick and needed emergency help. I called for them and they came right away. After she got sick, I got sick myself and had to call them for that too. They came right away that time too. You get immediate response from them all the time. It's a good thing to have around especially if you have no one else to help.

I got this for my mother because it was reasonably priced and because the system would work both in and outside her home. My understanding is that the representative that assisted us with the training and with doing all the paper work will actually be our single point of contact. We'll always be able to go through him to resolve any problems or questions that come up. Things have been very consistent.

We compared the service, the reviews and the price. We thankfully haven't used it, just tested it out. My mother wears the necklace when she showers and when we're away. Though a few days ago we had a test where they never answered. It's very easy to use for my mother who is legally blind.

It was the low cost. Mr. O fell in the bedroom and broke his hip. They came and rushed him to the hospital. We were in the hospital for several months and he ended up losing his left leg. I do believe it takes them too long to answer. We really appreciate the services Medical Guardian provides and we're glad to have them.

The button is very simple to use. They have been very prompt in answering when I do the testing. I did change the chain on it for something more attractive than a black cord, it just didn't look good and it didn't hang where I wanted it to. I think the price is fairly high.

A friend of ours researched it and what appealed to us about it was that it had a GPS unit that was all in one bit. You don't need to carry separate pieces for it to work. That way, even if you were away from home, they could locate you. So far it's good. When we test it, they respond quickly. It's like having an insurance policy.

They contacted me. I don't use it everyday, but in the two times that I have called them, they treated me and then down in the hospital within ten minutes. They arrived faster than of the others and they gave me excellent service. They're easy to work with and they'll answer all your questions. It's definitely worth it.

Part of it was the great price. We never had to use it for an emergency. I would like them to bea bit more proactive though. If the device hasn't been tested in around 4 to 6 weeks. I would like them to be a little bit on hands with it. My complaint is that wristband. I've had a lot of trouble taking off that wrist band when I shower then I have a lot of trouble putting it back on. It would be better in my opinion if it was more like a watch band.

It was well rated, but it does take a while for me. It'll take a bit to connect to an operator when you're laying on the floor in a very uncomfortable position. So I prefer using my phone. It's a bit bulky, I don't like wearing bracelets, so I prefer the necklace. It's a bit chunky and medium size, so I put it inside my clothing these days. I'm in a wheelchair so there's not much room for it to be as accessible then to put it inside my clothing. It is a bit pricey, but again the sense of security is excellent.
