I did accidentally push a button one time and was treated very courteously by the person who answered the call. My only problem with them is that I've had several calls asking me to call and activate my device which I have already done.

There is nothing I dislike about it. I think they care about what they are doing and are very efficient. I ordered three bracelets, which gave me bruises on my arms so I would like to talk to someone about ordering the pendant.

I had one before that was cheap and wasn't nearly as nice, the necklace has a real smooth touch to it. I don't have any complaints what so ever. Shortly before I got it, I was on the floor for twenty five hours without food or water so that is why I got it. I don't think it is a whole lot to pay for your safety.

I have no complaints, I am very satisfied and feeling very secure. My only issue is when I initially called I told them woman to delay the order because my budget was packed up and she put the order through right away so I had overdrawn and I was not happy with that little incident. When I called them about it, the gentleman I spoke with gave me a free month's service to make up for it.

I switch between the necklace and the bracelet because I don't like the string showing around my neck but that is very minor. I have tested it twice and it has worked both times and they responded quickly. The cost is low, though some people tell me there are lower programs, I am satisfied.

I like being able to travel all over different areas but I dislike is that you have to keep charging up the watch, I have seen some other companies where you don't have to charge your equipment. The different people I have spoke with seem to be very courteous and polite and well informed on the product.

I have the watch and necklace and I can sleep with it, take a shower in case I fall and I can carry the little charger with me whenever I go somewhere more than a day. I tested it one time and it works. If they get the page, they come right to you.

When I tested it, my equipment works perfectly. I don't like to see the plastic things at the top of the cord that goes around my neck. I had to wrap them with something softer so they'd didn't bother me. I think the communication between Medical Guardian and me is very good. They have good customer service.

I accidentally pushed it while in the grocery store and there was no response. When I got home and called them they said that sometimes they don't work inside of buildings and I would have to get outside to use it. I also think that there should be a way to cancel the call just in case you accidentally push the button.

The only experience I've had with them is I had a couple questions once or twice and I called them to ask them about it and they were very helpful and answered my questions to my satisfaction. I had taken a fall last month (not injured, just not able to get up), the service was prompt, courteous and caring. I only give it a 4 only because I asked that she sent only an ambulance crew for help getting up only and she sent fire and EMS. I had fallen in the past and been able to get lift assist by EMS only. I just feel it was a waste of services to send both.

It's not the service itself, it's the beginning process of it all .The customer service Rep. She really did want to answer my questions, was snappy; rushy.I was telling her about the information from Guardian's Commercial that's what made me call in after researching this company. The customer service Rep.told me about the activation frees/shipping & assured me about the commercials 1st month free ,but when I activated the system not even a few days 2/3days I get email they charged my debit card for the first months payment ???? After she had changed my card the day I put the order in as well as me asking her a few times before her sending the very 1st.charge for the equipment. When you get pushy Customer Service Representatives that makes the overall Company look bad !!

Have not yet needed to make an emergency call. I did call to "test" the device after about a month of service. Once I activated the device, the response was prompt(less than 1minute). I feel less guilt and stress about leaving my mother inside while I work in the yard. She feels less anxiety about be alone.

I think it's a good machine. It is quite and easy to read, and it's not big or bulky. I had one incident when I didn't understand the testing procedure and I tested the machine wrong. But, the person came on the line and told me how to go about testing it the correct way. All my questions are answered, and they have information, I am impressed with them.

My first experience was not positive. The rep on the other end of the line was extremely pushy and I told her I was just gathering information, but she did not want to hear that. My second encounter was very positive though. I'm not that pleased with the device, because I got the GPS I have to have a neck one rather than the wrist. It takes a little bit to get used to. I think I accidentally pushed the button twice and the people on the other end were very courteous, nice, and understanding.

it's kind of hard to put on my belt loop. But, at the same time, it's not going to fall off right away. The one around my neck is very comfortable. Thus far, thank the Lord we have not had to use it in a real emergency. However, when we tested the system, the operator was very very rude! We had to call back a few times because the pendent wouldn't work properly, as well as the base station. The operator basically told us we didn't know what we were doing. She would not be quite long enough for me to explain why we were calling! She said it was mandatory that she keep talking and tell me all the same stuff over and over. What she was telling me we were doing wrong, was what the operator before her, told us to do. At this time, I would not recommend this product due to having to deal with your rude operators.

We bought devices for two individuals. The process was easy and straightforward. Setting them up was also simple and they have staff to guide you in doing so. You have to test every month and the response has been quick. And we had one false alarm where the button was accidentally pushed and the EMT was on scene within minutes.

I recently purchased the system and haven't needed it for an emergency. However, the setup was easy. Rating this service is difficult, since it would take an emergency to be able to ACTUALLY rate them. What I DO know is that they handle business in a rapid, friendly and professional way, and I have confidence that they would handle an actual emergency just as well.

They were the first company that I called after I saw their ad on television and the price was right. I am a stroke patient and I fall often. When I test it, it works fine. Once I didn't realize I had pushed the button and they answer right away. There is somebody there in case you have an emergency. Still, I am undecided about Medical Guardian because others advertised that you could be away from home and it still works, but mine you have to be close to the machine so if I am in town it is not going to help.
