I have called them with a couple of questions and they have been very helpful. It was easy to set up and easy to use if I ever need it.

We did have some difficulty hooking it up and they were very helpful and spent a lot of time on the phone with us to get it going correctly.

We've only dealt with the customer service when we were connecting it and they were very helpful and respectful. It works well.

Do what they say they will do. Multiple ways of making contact when an emergency arises. Company was easy to deal with and delivered as promised.

I wear the watch and I wish it could be smaller and made out of fabric and not plastic. It makes my arm sweat and itch.

I misread something and thought that it reached further than it actually does. It doesn't pick up sound except from about 12 feet or something like that. It's a nice compact device that I can wear under my clothes, but if I walk across the street and fall, it won't pick it up.

They are doing a beautiful job right now as far as I'm concerned. I would say it's the most economical device I have ever had.

The medical device is a little easy to set off. Other than that, the speed in which they contact me after the alarm goes off is very good.

The charger for the device is kind of quirky and temperamental, but customer service responded to our call for help almost immediately.

The service is kind of slow, the necklace device doesn't work well away from the base, and the batteries run down. Customer sales reps keep calling us to sell us another device.
