I reached our to their customer support several times and never recurved a response. Wanted verification on the active unit charging as the manual states to charge every 5 days but a representative told my Mom every day.

While it does have a multi-day battery life of up to five days, we recommend that all our units be charged daily to ensure that your unit always has enough charge to get through the day. I don't think I have the right plan; what I need is fall detection without having to carry this thing around with me to talk to. It is a pain in the neck, I don't like to carry it in pockets or purses. I don't think it is good support. When I called the woman was smart with me and hateful. When I asked her something she got defensive and was very unprofessional. I would never recommend them.
