I am disappointed in the device - it is just so large, heavy and obtrusive. Service has been excellent, even when I suggested cancelling. I'm not sure I can adjust to it, long term.

I'm here by myself quite a bit and I'm 83 years old and well I had to have something so I got it. I never had to use it. I wear it but I don't use it unless I have to and I just that I don't know I've been paying it about to tested it out to see if it work.

I think it was the first one I came across. Last time I had to use it it was when the Eagles won the Superbowl and the device went off by itself. It started blinking and we tried to get through to them for 3 hours but we couldn't. We had to get medical alert to call us, which didn't happen, so my feedback is probably negative.
