There are few companies worse than Spectrum (old Time Warner). The internet regularly cuts out...they charge us a ton of money to rent a really old router (which is our fault, we could just buy one)...and then they raise prices on us and don't increase internet speed. We don't have another alternative though because they are the only provider for our apartment. They are truly the worse.

After having been a client for over 15 years when I asked to see if there were any specials that I might qualify for I was told no I had been a customer to long to qualify for any relief.

Crappy service and the company does not seem at all Interested and making things better or even understanding why we complain. They know we have no place else to go and their service reflects that

Mediocre at best. Pricing keeps rising without a commensurate increase in up or down-load speeds, reliability or reduction in ping times.

Crap tech, crap service; crap everything. I am pretty sure they slow our internet at night which is usually when I am up. Cuts out frequently, slows down frequently. Unreliable and overall just utter crap.

Internet speeds are too low, prices are too high for both internet and cable channels. Increase speeds and reduce prices.

I do like that there is rarely any interuptions. I feel the price is too high, especially when the speed is not up to par in the afternoons.

Cannot get more than 2 bars standing beside router. No internet in bedroom. 1 floor house. Was told by Spectrum that their routers are junk, and I need to buy my own router and an extender.

Excellent customer service. The actual network itself can be slow at times or drop out randomly, which is annoying. Wish they were more affordable.

There's no reason to upgrade on internet speed because it doesn't matter how much you pay, your internet still runs slow and is unresponsive multiple times a day.
