I love that they provide cheap fares, but don't like not having an assigned seat. The worst part is lining up before you board. The quality of the seats and cleanliness doesn't compare to other airlines either. For sure not my top choice for an airline.

I’ve never been on a plane as dirty as this one. There were crumbs in my seat I’m guessing from then flight before and there was garbage in the pocket in front of me. I wasn’t impressed with this plane.
