Great app for phone and computer. Tracks steps great, altometer is a bit off. Sleep monitor is more of a guide. The actual product is a bit cheap. I started with the one and still have it. The force I had to give back due to a couple ppl getting rashes. Good thing because it was falling apart. Same with the charge. It was falling apart and had o turn in for warranty.

I did not get the rash before the recall but get the rash now on the new improved version. Doesn't matter. I love my fitbit. I have the one with the heart rate function and caller ID and I love it. I just switch arms when the rash comes and in 3-4 days switch back when it heals up. I don't want to give it up.

I love the concept and the motivation that it gives me plus I have met some fantastic people trying to accomplish the same goal of maintaining good health and getting off a few pounds. I wear the Flex and the charging mechanics really stinks. After inserting the battery into the charger I always have to play with it to get it to maintain contact and charge. I am a Fitbit user for almost 3 years. They have provided me with replacement chargers so I think it's the mechanics.

I love my Fitbit and it helps me track so many things, like steps and sleep pattern. However when I first got it the battery life lasted almost a week and after a few months I have to charge it daily now so that is a little frustrating. I wish that it tracked my activity when I am on my bike. I like biking more then I like walking or running. But when I bike it shows that I did not reach my activity goal.

I have the Fitbit SURGE , It seems to be very accurate with its exercise GPS. The Surge is supposed to tell me when I have a text message, or a phone call coming in, but after a couple weeks of working fine, it seems to UNPAIR itself, and the whole app needs to be downloaded again, for it to work, another couple weeks, also, the company seems UNCONCERNED, that you can't instantly SHARE workout results on Social Media, like others can...

I love my fitbit charge hr. I have had no issues with it and love the company. I have misplaced my charger and at no cost, the company replaced it. I have had friends have their bands broken and lost the tracker itself and the company has replaced it at no cost. They stand behind their product.

I had the Flex for a year and then upgraded to the Charge HR. My only complaint is that the HR monitor does not keep up for HIIT classes, Boot camp, etc. The only time I have noticed that it is right is when I take spin class. If you are looking for a HR monitor that is actually right, this is not it. I do love all the other features about it thought. Just wish the HR was correct during workouts.

I love my Fitbit Flex. It motivates me to keep moving. Like other people, the clasp was difficult. I put it on loose, wear it as a bracelet, and slide it off and on my wrist. I don't unclasp/clasp it.

I love my fitbit. It keeps me on target. The app on my phone is great! The only complaint I have is the band. I have broken 3 of them. They are so hard to get on. It takes everything I have to get it clipped. You should come up with an easier band.

I absolutely love the functionality, however am extremely disappointed in the quality of the band. I have had my Fit Bit for less than 6 months and the rubberized part of the face is peeling off. Making it uncomfortable and not appealing to wear. I tried to exchange at the retailer i purchased from and without a receipt was turned away. Reached out to Fitbit with NO answer....I have 3 in my family and have recommended to countless friends who have also purchased. This is literally breaking my heat as I love and advocate this equipment...but can not any longer due to the lack of response.....

I have the Fitbit versa 3 and it has been really good. I am not sure how accurate the tracking for calories is, but I really like to be able to track my calories in and calories out. I do believe that the step counter is rather accurate. The only problem I had was that my first Fitbit watch broke, but all that I had to do was call customer service and they sent me a brand new one.

I bought my first fitbit (Versa 2) a couple of months ago. I had been wearing a Gamsung Gear 2. It is a great product. However, I wish I could use it to pay at the register like samsung pay. Also, the music app options are lacking. The battery lasts much longer than the Gear and it is less bulky. Despite it's downsides, I like it better than the Gear.

I love my Fitbit. I've had other step trackers and the Fitbit is just the best. It's comfortable, I like that it responds to touch and I can swipe it just like a phone. It's easy to use, charges quickly, and helps me keep track of my exercise, my sleep, and my health goals. So much in such a small tool that looks cool and keeps me going. Great resource to help track your health goals... and keep track of the time.

I have been using the FitBit Charge 3 for almost one year now and I love how it can track your fitness, sleep, calories, and different activities throughout the day. I have been an athlete my entire life so I love how accurate the product is with regards to tracking health. I did however have issues with the screen where it would go black for weeks at a time randomly. The watch still vibrates when I got a notification, however I couldn’t actually use it. I’m not sure why this has happened multiple times as I take good care of the product. I love the capabilities of the watch, however I wish the product would work better.

I loved using a Fitbit, but found the battery wore down fast. At the time, I didn't have a phone either, so it was difficult to check how many steps I had with only showing the dots. Overall, Fitbit improved my total number of steps taken, so I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fitness tracker.

I would give zero if possible. I purchased the Versa 2 on Amazon and a 2 year warranty on Fitbit.com. The product was extremely inaccurate for step counting, only has specific music stream apps available, and I feel a difficult interface. I returned it to Amazon. I realized today that the warranty hadn't been refunded and contacted Fitbit immediately upon realizing I needed to request the refund due to no longer having the product. They denied my request as there is a 45 day return policy and today is 46. I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor said they would send an email to address the escalation. Once receiving the e-mail, it stated to contact square Trade to communicate my issue; no contact information for ST was included. So m5 hours after initially contacting Fitbit I looked up ST and had a refund in minutes. Fitbit has extremely poor, insufficient, un-resourceful, super frustrating, time consuming customer service practices and personnel. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from this company again all because you wouldn't refund a warranty purchase, on a returned item, due to my request being 46/45 days from purchase. It's cool, Square Trade took care of me with world class treatment! Everyone I know will be persuaded to choose outside of Fitbit.

I have been a proponent of Fitbit products since 2014. I have had multiple Charges. I've had an Ionic (and a replacement one) and most recently the Sense. I have even had two of their weight scales. I have put faith in my ability to troubleshoot (with and without Support) and give the product and the company the benefit of the doubt by getting replacements and giving it another shot. I'm here to tell you I'm tired and absolutely DONE trying to support Fitbit. The product quality has gotten worse and worse and their inability to be accountable for poor product quality is embarrassing. The most recent group of products just stopped charging or turning on after updates. And, yes, I have done the updates as suggested and done everything to keep the product in its best state. But, I am constantly disappointed. My Sense stopped charging after JUST 4 MONTHS of use. Support was understanding but had no recourse for me other than a replacement (after the only 45 days of opportunity for a full refund). A replacement of a poor product is not worth my time and, frankly, it shouldn't be the consumer's role to replace your product more often because you made it poorly to begin with. Spending hundreds of dollars has only gotten me more time calling Support and waiting for my next shipment of a replacement to come in. So, long story short, I'm done with Fitbit. Buy at your own risk.

I have worn a Fitbit for years. Bought a new Fitbit charge 3 in March. Constantly had trouble with it syncing to my phone and mini pad. Then last week it started to do crazy things I couldn’t get out of. Finally got back to normal and when I recd a note to update I tried that — after 2 hours of waiting on update, I called Fitbit number and immediately got offshore person with all sorts of noise— others talking, etc. He sent me form to get new Fitbit— when I told him I didn’t have Facebook or gmail, he said someone would get in touch 5 days later I got email referring me back to original site which I can’t access. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I loved my Charge 2 and then my Charge 3 until it started having charging issues. It was still under warranty so Fitbit sent me a new one which had some syncing problems and then a few weeks later they put out an update to the app and it hasn't worked since. It will no longer pair with my smartphone. When I open the app it says "no internet connection" but all my other apps work just fine. Support basically told me to get a different phone or buy a Charge 4 but when I checked the community forums I discovered there are a lot of other people with the same problem and with a variety of different smartphones. No longer a Fitbit fan since at this point my Charge 3 is an expensive pedometer.

It worked in the beginning but the screen got cut off then I called and I had a warranty by the time they sent me the refurbished one which don’t work properly to begin with. I had to call them few times in order to fix it over the phone but neither of those times worked out and they were telling me to do the trouble shoot which it didn’t help. Long story short they dragged me until the actual warranty got expired. They are not behind their product and when they say we send you the new items don’t believe it’s NOT new they send refurbished or used to drag you until the warranty gets expired then you need to buy the new one from them. Not reliable neither honest company.

I would not even give Fitbit one star. I bought mine charge 3 last March. After a few months they had to send me a new one because it would not sync. Now mine sometimes will say I slept for less than 3 hours at night. It seems when I get up and then go back to sleep it only registers the first few hours. Not the last 6 hours!! I have called customer service a few times. This last time they said to change wrists when I go to bed, then change it back in the morning!! That is ridiculous to say the least. I don’t know anyone else who has to do that!! I played pickleball with a partner who had a Fitbit on and he took almost 4,000 more steps than I did and we were on the court together the entire time!! This is very frustrating to say the least.

Horrible customer service. I bought my Fitbit versa two months ago. It stopped reading my heart rate last month. I reached out to them because they offer a warranty supposedly, but now refuse to help me fix or replace my device. I keep getting some weird computerized response about how they will monitor the issue. I keep asking them to honor the warranty they promise, but they won’t. I’m super disappointed with my service and the product. I will never ever buy Fitbit again. Had I known they treated their loyal customers like this I would have never purchased this recent device. I am truly do offended by this awful experience and craftsmanship.

DO NOT GET A FITBIT! I purchased a fitbit versa for my husband last November. The device stopped working correctly by April. The times is off by 8-10 minutes. I spent 2 months googling and looking for different ways to trouble shoot the device. I finally gave up! I called Fitbit customer service to see if I can get a warranty exchange in Oct before my year is up. They gave me the run around and wanted me to spend MORE TIME on trouble shooting the device before they would consider an exchange. I have personally had an apple watch for 3 years and I have had 1 issue with the device. I walked into an apple store, they took the device and repaired the item asap and returned the item to me. As SIMPLE AS THAT!

I have had a Fitbit for four and a half years, from the Charge HR, to the Charge 2, and now the Charge 3. The product itself has been pretty good, minus connection issues as time goes on (the longer I have had each Fitbit, the longer it's taken to connect and sync with the app. Every time. All three generations. Until I had to replace it with the newer version.). However, my review is for the company itself. My account was recently hacked, I got a notice that my email address attached has been changed. I called customer service right away, because there isn't a 'click here if this wasn't you' button in the email like in most subscription based products today. They processed my phone call quickly, I was talking with a real person within minutes. That's where the helpfulness stopped. Their 'security department' can only be reached by email. Fine, I'll wait. Four days later, I finally get an email that my case is being processed. This should be a simple fix, I call and answer security questions and they update/change my email and password. Not so. Four days, and I call again. I ask to speak to someone in security, I'm told I cant. I ask to speak to someone higher up to get answers on why this will take so long and why I can't speak directly with security. I am told there are no higher ups. There is nothing I can do, no one I can speak to about getting back into my account that I have spent four and a half years building. All my sleep and heart rate data, my cycle, everything I have spent literal years working so hard to achieve and track- gone. Customer service there is a joke. I hope you don't ever get hacked because it's a nightmare to deal with. I haven't even worn my $150 product for the last week because there is no point! If it can't sync with an account, it can't keep track of my progress. Money down the drain. Years of work down the drain. I wouldn't even bother calling, they won't help you!

BUYER BEWARE!!! PLEASE READ MY ISSUE BEFORE YOU BUY A VERSA! Was given the versa 8/3/18 contacted customer support 8/16/18 because I COULD NOT GET MY VERSA TO TRACK MY WORKOUTS (BIKING ESPECIALLY). I have been in constant contact WITH THE COMPANY and asked how long I have to wait until I can get a refund or exchange. Was told exchange won't help because it is a problem on the companies end and they are working on it. WILL NOT REFUND $$ Now, it is 9/24 and my watch has never worked. I was sent this warranty at first from customer support:We would like to share with you that as per our limited warranty, Fitbit does not warrant that the operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or error-free. IS THAT AMAZING...IT DOESN'T HAVE TO WORK! Then I was sent another warranty: Regarding the warranty, please take into account the following statement: "Fitbit warrants to the original purchaser that your Fitbit-branded device and Fitbit-branded device accessories (collectively, the "Product") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase". This statement refers to things that can't be fixed from our side or defects on the device. They tell me my problem is something they can fix, but have not been able to do that for 40 days that I have been asking. They will not refund my money. Just keep telling me to be patient. DON'T BUY NOW...WAIT UNTIL IT CAN TRACK OR buy APPLE OR GARMIN
