I am on my third FItbit. My first was a fitbit zip a couple of years ago. Lost interest and quit using it. Then I got the Charge for Valentine's Day 2015. I really liked it but it was sometimes hard to sync with the computer. I lost it off my arm the 4th of July somewhere. I went to the two stores I had been to but no luck. About a month ago I got another zip. I do like the charge better but will settle for this for now

I have the Charge HR. For the most part like it. Knew in advance that it would not be terribly accurate on the elliptical but wish it were. Did not know it would not register steps when pushing a grocery cart, so two inaccurate counts during my day s a bit frustrating. Have only had for about six weeks but miss the old dashboard design. Miss those little "Hoorays" and telling me what my next goals are.

I have to say it's been pretty good. The first time I had a problem with my flex they replaced it, I recently upgraded to a charge and it has a rough time with connecting to anything bluetooth, and a new one is on the way. I give it a 7 because when I email them, and tell them that I have performed all of the possible fixes for the problem, the first email I get tells me to do the tasks I told them I did, therefore you have to wait for another response

I have enjoyed all my fitbits, only problem was loosing them due to falling off my wrist. Now that I have the Fitbit ChargeHR it shouldn't be a problem. My fitbit encourages me to move.

Great product and when I had an issue with my battery under warranty, customer service sent me a new one to replace mine without even asking me to send my old one back to attempt to repair it first. That's great customer service!!!

My Surge had a tear in the band that made it difficult to wear and get useful heart rate measurements. They replaced it with absolutely no fuss. I love this company. I love my Surge.

I love my Fitbit Charge HR. I found it very easy to sync. to my phone to track my progress. The sleep tracker is not always accurate but other than that I have found everything else to be accurate. Very helpful in helping me maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I started with the original FitBit that clipped on, then I upgraded to the flex, then to the Charge HR and now I recently upgrade to the Surge. I LOVE THEM ALL! I rarely had a problem...my original FitBit got wet, and they sent a replacement one immediately, no questions asked. It tracks everything well. I gave it a 7 because the only thing that I don't like is the heart rate isn't as accurate as chest straps, other than that, I absolutely love my FitBits!

I have the flex and I love it so far! I even love how when the battery was getting low, it emailed me! I love the sleep, and calorie section of the app as well as the step counter. I love I can compete with friends and family that have a fit bit. I think it will be a major tool in my weight loss plan!

My main complaint is the lack of an armband or discreet device (that connects to my body at all times.) My favorite tracker of all time was the BodyFit Media armband, but jawbone bought them, and they seemed to discontinue the armband. I spend a lot of money on watches, and it looks silly to wear a watch and a Fitbit at the same time. I want my fitness tracker connected to my body so I can get heart rate and temp readings etc., yet be discreet (out of site. )

In general I am pleased with my Fitbit Surge, particularly the heartbeat monitoring and sleep tracking. My only issue is the inaccuracy of the stairs tracking which seems to be affected by moisture. Well, I sweat and when I do it can credit me with over 100 flights of stairs a day!

I have the Flex. I like it very much. Love that it syncs with my iphone. Enjoy the food calculator when I use it. I don't worry about it getting brief encounters with water. I like the community option and challenges.

We've been very happy with our Fitbits. I have the Charge HR and my wife has the Charge. What surprised us was that my charge cord does not work with hers and vice versa. Like all battery-dependent equipment, we wish it had more "life" between charges, but we've found both devices to be outstanding buys for the amount we spent.

I love most things about my fitbit plus except that the chargers are very temperamental. The first charger I had stopped working completely, so fitbit sent me another one. Six months later, the other charger works, but only it I reset the battery six or seven times. Very frustrating!!

I love my Fitbit Charge HR. I also like the dash board that shows steps, calories burned vs. eaten, sleep efficiency, heart rate, activity log, etc. Hopefully FitBit will come up with a device like the newly released Misfit Speedo Shine that tracks laps when swimming and seems to do all of the other functions that the FitBit does.

I have two complaints about the fitbit HR 1. the band gives me a rash. They should come out with stick on cloth for the inside of the band. 2. My time keeps flashing on all the time. It wears my battery down really qiickly. I am glad I got the heart monitoring one. It really helps me.

I love it! My wife has a Charge and I have a Charge HR. My wife's Charge had some issues at the 6 month mark, but customer service was easy to deal with and with just some basic paperwork sent her a replacement unit. That sells me on the product, when warranties are stood behind.

I've used the Fitbit One, and now the Charge HR. I also have a Microsoft Band which I use full time. My wife has the Charge HR also. The #1 concern about the Charge line is the screen material. It scratches with from literally anything, and repeatedly. I use a wet apply protector and that helps. Fitbit CS will do nothing about this issue. While it has sleep detection, it's pretty much just tracking when the time you lay down rather than the quality. Generally the software is nice. This would be an OK device, except when one experiences the power of The Band, this seems to be an also ran. Also, Customer Service does a very good job of angering clients as evidenced on the Fitbit Forums.

The device and computer interface/logger worked perfectly. Very happy with it - easy to set up and use. The negative is that after only 4 months the thin plastic covering around the unit has split and come loose (like an orange peel). Maybe this could be more durable. This took off two points.

I love my fitbit. I used to have the one but upgraded to the Charge HR. I am not sure if it is as accurate as the one, it seems to get my 10,000 steps I have to do more steps that the one recorded. I wish the battery charge would last a little longer but overall very pleased.

I love love my One. It has gotten me more active and I got the zip for my husband. I don't care for the zip since the battery needs changing every 2-3 months. We are on our 3rd battery since Christmas for him. He doesn't even sync it during the day but the battery still goes quick. If his dies, I am getting him the one.

Fitbit is a no brainer..........it's an addiction. It works great and takes a lot of abuse. And the support is tops. I did not however like the new tile business they shoved onto us recently resulting in everyone nitpicking for this or that diet stats. Get a grip. Do some of the figuring yourselves.

Works great so far.....stay tuned....you do need the steadiness to utilize all the capabilities. I primary use for running tracker as a back up to my Nike plus which is glitchy and loses contact during runs.....so far have not found any product without some issues.....

I have the Charge and love it. I have 2 issues. First it needs to be waterproof. Second, I and many people have asked for there to be an inactivity alert. We have written this request daily to their Fitbit forum that they monitor for several years and they ignore us. They just came out with an update that causes the Charge to show the time when you twist you wrist. Do you know how many times a day you twist your wrist? I had to turn it off. Killed my battery. We need an inactivity alert.

I have liked Fitbit products for years, but my rating has dropped significantly over the past couple months. Fitbit is sending me my FOURTH replacement Flex as we speak, because the first three all have had faulty batteries that do not hold a charge. I have to say, the customer service has been great in trying to send me a product that works correctly, but it is absolutely ludicrous that they keep sending broken products to me. Apparently it's something the engineers are working to fix according to one email I received from customer service but if that's the case, all of the products should have been removed from sale. A known issue with the batteries should be addressed before taking peoples' money. I am pretty annoyed right now and hope they get it right this time.

I like Fitbit. It's really all I need/want to motivate me to get up and move. It's comfortable, easy to use and I like the website dashboard and app. I did have problems charging the Flex. I had 2 Flex bands both had problems charging due to what I think is a poorly designed charger. I finally replaced the Flex with a Force which charges and holds a charge much better than the Flex, but it's bigger on my wrist. It's a bit bulky for women and no nice colors. So a bit of a trade-off. I don't have any skin problems with the Force which is similar in size and design to the newer Charge.

Had a Flex for a year but had problems with the band tearing and it was hard to put on. Got the Charge HR and Aria. Like the Charge better than Flex and the band is much better. No need to put it to sleep at night and like the time on the band. Don't like that it doesn't add steps for biking. Not sure steps are accurate all the time. Recently it tells me I an sleeping during the day???? Like the way Aria syncs with data, however, it hasn't helped me take of weight???? Am I asking too much?? I like seeing my friends data and comparing our steps.

It doesn't swim so if you live a life rich at the beach, you end up taking it off a lot. Also have to remember to take it off to shower - every time. This gets hard, and you can wind up not putting it back on after your activity for some time - so not all steps are counted. Also, some features are not able to be used unless you have a smartphone - the website does not do all. For example, you cannot challenge friends via the website. So some of the features you might have bought the fitbit for, do not work. Ends up being kinda cool if you have some extra money, but if you swim/beach a lot, and/or don't have a smart phone - this product is not worth it..

Hi, I have loved my fitbit flex for the first year I had it. Now I am on my 2nd charger (it works most of the times). Now I am having an issue with syncing it to my android phone. Works fine with the computer. Phone hasn't changed since I have had the tracker. So I have emailed support 5 days ago and I have heard nothing back. Really want to use with my phone. My rating is slowly going down for these guys.

I love my fitbit and only take it off to charge and shower. But there a few things I would like made better. I have the Charge HR and I have a very physical job. The plastic and the band are not lasting very long and I definitely don't want to be spending $160 every year to replace it. Plus it really needs to be water resistant. I like to do the mud runs and I HATE that I lose all those steps and physical activity because I can't wear it for them. Fix those and it will be perfect!

I like my Fitbit Charge but was not happy when I had to replace the charging cord. No one carries the charging cord. Fitbit says that there are stores that do stock them and they were 'sorry that those stores were out' but the 3 actual stores I went to and the three that I checked online did not have them - period. They were not 'out of stock,' they simply did not sell them at all. Two of the actual stores I went to even said that you have to order them from Fitbit.
