I'm on my second different Fitbit, for upgrade purposes. I love how it tracks my steps and is easy to sync to my phone. The band is comfortable and you can buy different options online. I wish there was an exercise option that allows you to select walk so you don't have to go into the app to change it from Run to Walk. it's so lite that sometimes I forget I'm wearing it. My wife and I both have them. It's fun to compare you has more steps. My only negative thing to say is that the face is easily scratched and damaged.

The Fitbit Versa 2 is one of the most efficient fitness trackers I have had. It is almost an Apple Watch and costs a fraction of the price. I like how I can get detailed data on my workouts on my phone.

My Fitbit is so accurate and helpful in my day! It can automatically track which type of exercise I'm doing and the tracking features in the app are extremely helpful for calorie counting and weight loss

II bought a watch years ago, it was by fitbit and it was a creative idea! I liked the simple style and the function of it! You couldn't even tell it was a watch. I loved its feature of tracking your fitness wellness since it connects to your phone! Very easy to use but it functions on batteries which is inconvenient.

I love being able to track my steps, heart rate, exercise, and sleep cycle so easily. The battery life on Fitbit products are amazing. I can go almost a full week before I need to recharge my Charge 3.

I owned a Fitbit for a few years before switching to another device. I loved using it as it really encouraged me to be active and live a healthier lifestyle. My only concern was that it is slightly chunkier, and is hard to make look elegant even with the metallic bands.

Love my fitbit watch. Not too complicated. Just right for what I need it to do. Not too big not too small of a face. My first watch had broken and when I called to use my warranty it was easy and they were very kind and made the process of getting another one easy.

I had 3 different fitbits, and they got better each time. I eventually stopped using them though because I would misplace the chargers. It was fun though doing the challenges with friends that had a Fitbit.

I have had a fit bit and loved everything that is does from tracking my steps, heart rate and even text messages. I only got an Apple Watch because it’s not compatible with my phone.

Bought this for my mom since she wanted to lose weight and go to the gym. She loves it and talks about it all the time. She specifically uses it in conjunction with another app that tracks what she eats. Overall good gift!

I have the fitbit surge and think it does a nice job tracking distance and steps. It syncs well with my phone and was easy to use (I like the sleep tracker). I didn't like the way it fit on my wrist though. It seemed to get caught on my sleeves and rubbed incomfortably.

My daughter is a college athlete, and she wears her Fitbit around the clock. Even though she is working out a great deal, she relies on the Fitbit to give her stats and help her set goals for training.

Great for keeping track of your sleep and heart rate on top of steps and activity. The app that goes with is easy to use and worth the price.

I'm rating Fitbit as a company overall and not any particular products. I find their sales force very unprofessional, pushy, and arrogant. No willingness to deal with clients other than with a "my way or the highway" type of mentality. On a professional level, the decision to work with them was not in my hands. On a personal level, I'm so disgusted with dealing with them that I've ditched my fitbit and now rely on an OZO Fitness device. It may be lower tech, but I can at least buy in to OZO's excellent customer service and positive outlook.

I loved my fitbit when I had one. It was on your wrist with little lights that told you how far you've walked. The app that went with it made it simple to use.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Ordered a Fitbit Versa 2 Limited Edition on cyber Monday for their discount price. Two colors to chose from and low and behold they wanted the other color, easy enough we’ll just exchange it. WRONG! No exchange policy, they wanted to charge me 7$ to return it, and then purchase the other color for full price. I spoke with a representative on the phone who was zero help and also a ‘supervisor’ who was even less help. No more Fitbit for us!

If Fitbits technology is anything like their customer service it’s atrocious. I never received the Fitbit I ordered directly from their website because they mailed it to the wrong address. And in two separate emails they said it was my responsibility to contact Fedex even though it was their fault for not mailing it to the correct address! A waste of time and money. Stick with ANY other brand.

I bought several fitbits but the quality was poor. The bands would break down and I would end up buying a replacement. I eventually gave in to an apple watch and I have not looked back since.

I bought a Fitbit Versa that won't track sleep. I contacted support and they tried to troubleshoot the problem until my return period was over. As soon as my return period was over, they admitted its an internal error and their engineers are aware of this. So now I can't return the watch and just have to wait. It's been more than two months and I'm still waiting! All they say is that they're sorry and they have no idea how long it will take to resolve the issue.

If I cold give it a zero rating I would. I purchased the watch in March and had trouble with it since the beginning. It completely stopped working in July and waited a month (and many phone calls later) for a replacement. When it arrived it was the wrong one. I then waited and when I received the "proper" replacement it wouldn't hold a charge very long and stopped working after two weeks. So now I wait again. Customer service offered to send me a new one at 50% off!!! Why would I pay for another watch that doesn't work with the worst customer service ever?

Purchased a Fitbit Aria scale. Lasted 1.5 years and stopped working after the latest firmware update. Contacted Customer Support and confirmed this is a known widespread issue. As the scale was outside of the warranty period they were not able to provide any support and they have no repair options available. This level of product quality and customer support is completely unacceptable in this day and age. I will no longer be a Fitbit customer as a result of this experience.

I love the idea of a step counter, but have been disappointed in the inaccuracy of my fitbit. I often walk on a treadmill and when I do, the fitbit does not keep any where near an accurate count of my steps. I have tried different methods of moving my arm but the steps still don't register on a treadmill.

I liked my Flex aside from the issues stated above. I was very displeased with the fastener on the band, however. It did not stay secure and while my husband was wearing it , it came unfastened and he lost it. We finally found it but now it doesn't want to stay charged. I had trouble with it coming unfastened several times before that and just happened to catch it. would love to have the one with the better band but it is just too expensive. Probably won't buy another one because of the band and cost.

Like it except that is makes a terrible rash on my arm. I can't wear it as much as I would like to. They really need to give us another type of band. I wouldn't recommend it just because of this. I can't take it back after wearing and using it. Just stuck with it.

I found the charger and a dongles to be a bit of a pain to keep track of. I prefer the UP by Jawbone. It is more comfortable, had more features, and it is more motivating. I also find it to be a little more accurate in my steps than the FitBit. FitBit is not a bad product I just happen to like the UP better

IF I decide to go through the process again, I will be receiving my FOURTH battery in a little less than 2 years. I go for periods of time not wearing the device and put it to "sleep" as directed, but then it won't take a charge again when I try to use it. I don't like that it won't record elliptical activity as steps. Probably going back to the old pedometer. Just not worth the hassle.

the fitbit flex worked really good for steps when walking. Problem is my favorite chair is a glider-rocker and it also recorded it when rocking. I could take the fitbit off if I thought of it when I sit down but it is such a hassle to latch doing that several times a day.

Well, I was very happy, but my Fitbit Charge fell apart after only 9 months of use! The band separated from the device and I am now unable to wear it! I am extremely disappointed. For the price, it should have held up better. I am waiting for the Fitbit help site to reply as they have a 1 year warranty, but they have not responded yet. I remain hopeful but I am not recommending this product to friends. I think they need to rethink the design.

I have the Fitbit surge and it has stopped working on me after only 3 months and the customer service rep I spoke to did nothing to help me. Said because I received it as a gift and do not have the receipt there was nothing they could do. I could buy another one if I wanted to keep using the Fitbit products. Told me that I was just trying to get a "free" one for nothing. I was shocked that a company rep was so rude to me. I selected the low rating just because of my customer service dealings. For the short amount of time that it did work I loved it!

I thought I was getting the HR Fit Bit and I did not get it. Very disappointed as that was my main reason for buying one being as I have to keep track of my heart rate. Thus the low rating because the regular fitbit is not doing me any good, not like the HR would have. I have the Fitbit charge.

I bought one of the original Fitbits for my wife as a Christmas gift. After approximately 2-3 months it stopped holding a charge. We were given a replacement but once again after about the same time frame it stopped working again. We were given another and got the same results. After the 3rd didnt work we asked for another or our money back and we were told that neither one would happen. Would never buy from this company again. Made the switch to Garmin and have had zero problems.
