I wore my Force daily for 18 months even though it was recalled for the faulty buckle. I just used a rubber o-ring to keep it in place. When it began to wear on the underside and the hardware was being exposed, I contacted Fitbit to ask how i could remedy this problem. They thanked me for the pic illustrating the problem and offered to replace it with the new Charge. i love the Charge, too! The software has been improved and I could not be happier. Wearing a Fitbit is so motivating.... and addicting. I love the product and the customer service is excellent.

I have 2 fitbits, the Surge and the Zip. I cant say enough how they have helped be live a better life style. The zip is so small and un-noticable that i wear it clipped on my boxers and its there. The surge is a great watch as well as has awsome features. My only wish for the surge is that you can replace the bands to dress it up or to different colors.

I needed a new watch and wanted a new pedometer. I received the surge as a bonus item for free through my insurance company's wellness incentive program. What I got is everything I needed and so much more. Can track calories, steps, miles, heart rate, floors and sleeping patterns. Can even do structured work out logging for maximum cardio goal setting. Awesome device and can tell me the time and wake me up with the alarm. Plus gives me notifications from my cell phone in case I didn't here the bell from new message.

I think the Fitbit company is amazing. They have excellent products, and should you have a problem with one of their products they have an amazing customer service department. They replaced my flex and were very gracious with the transaction. My husband bought me one of their Charger HR units for my birthday (today 8/25). I plan to use them both, using the Flex for every day step counting and the Charger HR for workouts. Fitbit is A++ in my book.

I had my fitbit for about 6 months and the back plastic piece came off when I pulled it away from the charger. Eventually, the small black piece you push to view your status fell out which rendered it useless. I called FitBit and they expressed a new FitBit to me! I was so impressed with their responsiveness, ability to easily locate support (so many companies hide their phone support in the bowels of their website just so you CAN'T call) and their friendly customer services. I am impressed!

I have been a user of FitBit for over 2 years and love it. I only have 2 less than positive feedback statements: the bands on the Flex are not of the best quality and I have gone through about 6 of them. The second thing is I frequently receive a skin irritation on my wrist where the FitBit is worn. I thought it was due to my sensitive skin but have seen other reports of this happening. I've gotten in routine of removing it at night and when I notice the irritation, I'll remove, wipe down with Witch Hazel, pat dry and moisturize with either Aveeno or Eucerin lotion. Other than this, I am very happy with the product and it's reminder to get up and move.

Love Love Love my fitbit (never leave home without it) and after having it more than a year (no warranty left) I started having problems. Emailed the company on what they thought might be wrong and they sent me another one right away with out me even complaining or asking them to. Had three different people from the company get back to me to see that I was completely satisfied. I was have never had a better experience. Not only do the have the best tracker out there the have absolutely the best customer service.

I love my fitbit. It was a motivator to excel to get those 10,000 steps in. I succeeded to fast though with slight foot injury, but glad to be back at it. Got better walking shoes and got to allow my body to adjust consistency without pain and injury. I'm to upgrade to the HR charge next month. But all in all I love, I love the Dashboard and all the information it give me.

I have had 5 different FitBit's over the past 6 years or so (Not sure of the name of the first FitBit, 2 different Zip, Flex and now One). They are FABULOUS and they definitely motivate you especially if you compete with others. It it true that they are not waterproof, but I took my tracker, put it in a ziploc inside a ziploc pinned it in my pocket and wore it in The Warrior Dash - still works great. I wear mine all the time - usually clip it to my waistband but also clip it to my bra if I'm wearing a dress. Keep up the good work!

I had a Fitbit One for about 2 years and recently upgraded to the Charge HR. I love it. It has eliminated the need to wear a chest strap during my workout, and that really simplifies things. It syncs beautifully with my iPhone, and I really like all the information it provides. Being able to challenge other Fitbit wearers for some friendly competition is also nice. Remembering to charge it is the hardest part for me, and that is about the only time I take it off. The only trouble I have ever encountered with accuracy is when using a Stairmaster. Since the Fitbit has an altimeter, it doesn't register the Stairmaster steps accurately because you aren't really changing altitude when you climb. You can circumvent this somewhat by swinging one arm, so that it captures the "steps" you take. I appreciate the ease of use, and the accuracy. It also syncs very well with the Weight Watchers app, for any WW friends out there. I hIghly recommend it!

I used the One for three years, but after losing it three times during the course of those three years, I decided to go with the Charge HR back in March. I'm a complete Fitbit addict and wear my Charge HR proudly. I only wish it stayed charged longer than 2.5 days. I love that it has the HRM built into it and that it's accurate with my HRM. I brag about and recommend to everyone I know. I have had no issues whatsoever and I'm glad I purchased the size small because the strap did stretch; instead of wearing it on the second slot, I now wear it on the fourth slot.

Awesome customer service. Quick help...fast shipping too. Great products! Easy to use!!! I broke the band on my Flex and they replaced it, no questions asked. My husband broke the band on his Charge (not as easy to replace) and they replaced it after asking for a receipt!!! And finally, a friend LOST her Flex tracker, wrote them and said it fell out of her band when it broke, and they replaced that as well!!! Amazing company!

I have the Fitbit Surge & love it. I have only 1 complaint - there are many times when it doesn't read my heart rate. I've tried moving it up & down my wrist but continue to have issues. It almost always occurs during a workout & will just read "---" & I'm not sure why. But luckily it doesn't stay that way for long. I've had mine for about 4 weeks now & have lost weight & am much more motivated to stay active & meet my step goal. I log all my food every day. It has really helped keep me in track with calories in vs. calories out. I'm a runner & can't wait until the fall to just step outside & start running w/ the GPS. I do wish it was water proof. I have almost forgotten to take it off before hopping in the shower. Other than those 2 issues, it's been a wonderful purchase.

I love my FitBit one! I've had it for two years and it has always worked perfectly. I thought I had ruined it last year after I accidentally wore it in the ocean while we were on vacation. I threw it in my suitcase and planned on replacing it when we returned home. Once we returned home, I decided to try charging it just to see what would happen. It worked again! I had to reset it, but it came right back on and has worked perfectly ever since. I love it and wouldn't hesitate to buy another one!

This company has phenomenal customer service. I will be a loyal fitbit user because of it. I had a fitbit that stopped working. I contacted their customer service via e-mail and they got right back to me. They tried some troubleshooting at first, and in the end sent me a new one. The fact they got right back to me, made me feel like my being a customer mattered to them. Thanks Fitbit...keep it growing.

I have had mine for almost 2 years. it is the original one and doesn't have bells and whistles like its newer versions, but I just want the number of steps. the only thing I can say that is on the downside is it getting wet ( I have my hands in water a lot) and when pushing a cart or stroller, it does not count those. you have to remember to take it off and place in your pocket.

Ive had my Fitbit for over a year. I wear it every day - all day - even in the shower. Its amazing how well it works. Ive had no problems at all with the exception of getting it on and off when it was new. The band clip is really hard at first but eventually it loosens up. Ive replaced the band with prettier wrist bands that I buy through Amazon that are not expensive .

I love my Zip. I've had it a couple of years now and do not feel completely dressed without it. I can't use the ones that are warn on the wrist because I work with animals and they would be pulling it off or it would be getting wet much to much. I have now gotten these for friends as gifts and told everyone I know to get one. It actually makes me want to walk more. My case broke and they sent me a new one right away, no questions, no charge. Great company, great product!!

Fitbit Flex = no more lost pedometers and a great way to bring the entire family together. Love love love Fitbit and the customer service team is wonderful. My family has 3 fitbits and I had trouble with a battery and it was replaced and service was very helpful. Wishes---1) Ability to invite friends using other trackers to join challenges (after they see how great fitbit is I bet they'd get one) and 2) if it doesn't work when doing other exercise such as biking/swimming when you manually log that activity I wish it would convert to steps and add to your total as it is a bummer when you do something else but your total stejps shows low activity.

I've had the Charge HR for about a month or so now. It has features I like better than the flex. The HR obviously being one of them. Another is that it monitors my sleep automatically. I don't have to put it to sleep mode and then remembering to wake it up in the morning. The bad is that unlike the flex the size is hard to get use to. The Charge HR seems so bulky on my wrist. I also had to go to a large band with the Charge HR. The small band fit but just barely. Not enough to clasp it properly anyways. I also dislike that I can't change out the color of the Charge HR. It's basic black every day. However the positive certainly outweighed the negative in the Charge HR which is why I gave it a 9.

I love my fitbit flex, I did get a rash, but it didn't stop me from using it. I love the challenges with friends. I lost my fitbit flex in Beckley, WV and Fitbit replaced it. I found that Amazon has a lot accessories for fitbit flex. The only issue I have is the band isn't the best, but I found Amazon had a fix for that. So I'm back with my fitbit flex and we are doing well!!

I am currently using my 3rd fitbit product which is the Charge HR and I LOVED them all!! This is an amazing company and amazing customer care and service!!! The products are so easy to set up and use!! My tiny little issue with my current tracker has some data loss and tracking so accuracy I am just not sure sometimes and my battery life just about makes 2 days. All in all it's still the BEST company and product on the market!!

I have been wearing a fitbit since 2009. I pre-ordered the first one before they were off the production line. I love the Fitbit, I am on my 2nd one which is now call the ONE. I prefer the original design over the wrist bands because seeing stats right on the device has always been a big plus for me. I have had the best experience dealing with the creators in the beginning and have experienced great customer service anytime I found a need to contact them.

Love, love, love my Fitbit(s) - I have had a Flex, a Force (no rash, only returned due to recall) and now a Surge. While I have had a couple minor issues, Fitbit has always been faithful to address them quickly and without much bureaucracy. I live with a Fitbit around my arm! Everything I do is monitored and measured (wish it could do blood sugars, cholesterol, etc., too!). I often share what my Fitbit tells me with other people. Considered an Apple Watch, but it wouldn't track my sleep, something that is critical to me. Only reason I am giving it a 9 is because of some of the issues I have experienced. 10 on customer service.

I have a few small scratches on it but it really takes a beating at practice and does great I have no issues I do have to switch arms sometimes I get a little dermaitis after wearing it several weeks on one arm sometimes, but I switch arms and put cortisone cream on and it goes away in a day. I have allergies and usually very sensitive and this is not an issue

I'm a 53 yr. old woman who's been obese (at 200 lbs.) for the last 25 years aka most of my life. I purchased my Fitbit Charge at Sam's Club at the end of March, 2015. So far I've lost about 18 lbs. walking every day with my dog (who has also lost weight - 7 lbs. and the Vet says she looks good for a senior dog at 10 years old in human years. We walk about 2 - 5 miles a day. I have also changed the amount I am eating and lowering my carb intake. The plus about moving is now my knees no longer hurt and I've cancelled knee surgery I was supposed to have had. LIKES: 1- It really motivates me to know when I've hit my step goal and so easy to see my progress on my laptop. I get excited to feel the pulse of hitting my goal. I started at 10K steps daily and moved to 12K now. 2- I can connect with other friends who wear it and cheer them on and vice versa. :) 3 - I wear my Charge 24/7 in and out of the pool and it still works. I hear that I shouldn't, but I love water aerobics and want to know how many steps I do in the water and since it still works, I have no complaints! Since I wear it often, I tend to have to have it charged once a week so far which I don't think is a big deal. 4 - I love that it has Bluetooth capability so that I know who's calling me even when my phone is in my purse. DISLIKES: 1 - It's an awesome product and the only thing I don't like about it is that it's plain and only comes in one color. Wish it came in different band colors/styles to match what I'm wearing. 2 - Also, I would love to buy a Fitbit t-shirt or cap from them because I love the product, but again, the items offered only come in dull colors and are very plain. So no t-shirt or any other apparel for me from Fitbit at this point. :( Overall, I love this product!

I've owned 3 FitBits. The Ultra - My first. It was great. Tracked accurately and was a really valuable tool in helping me lose 40 pounds - until I soaked it with sweat during an intense workout. bye bye ultra. (Still my favorite FitBit). The Flex - This was a gift for Christmas. Never really tracked well. Didn't like the clasp and it made my wrist red with irritation. I returned it. The ChargeHR - Bought this for my wife. She loves it. Uses it often, but recently it started tracking about 1/2 the steps as other tracking tools she uses (they used to all be in sync). I would REALLY like to get the Surge, but I'm hesitant to rely on another wrist-based tracker, based on my previous experience. If the Surge turns out to be a good product for me, I would be an awesome case study, but I'm watching reviews on that model to see if I'll make the leap of faith. FItBit dashboards and the mobile app are great for all of these devices. Really helps you stay on track. Overall, I still think FitBit is the best in this genre..

I've been using the Fitbit Versa 2 for a couple of months. Before deciding to buy a Fitbit I had been a Garmin fit smart watch for several years. My decision to change to Fitbit was due to the popularity and the number of users of Fitbit. Due to their name recognition. I like my Versa 2 for all the smart functions that my Garmin didn't have, but I find my Garmin to be more accurate in workout activities. Where I find that Fitbit really fails the test is in their app. They have tried to create a Facebook like feel community. I don't like it! All I want is to compare my stats against other people in groups that I have joined by looking at a chart. I don't like digging through post after posting of conversations to find stats. I really wish that they would include more charts to compare how other users are dining within groups and make it easier to find. Most of their add-on apps that are worth anything you have to pay for. I really wish Fitbit would take a page out of the Garmin app, it was very user-friendly.

I love that my FitBit provides me with information on my sleep. I believe that several other smartwatches do not have that feature. I have made lifestyle improvements since I bought my FitBit Versa 2. It has allowed me to have a better idea of how many calories I burn throughout the day/week. I personally don't care all that much about how many steps I take per day so I set my goal to 5k steps but I love the workout functions. Trying to reach my calorie goal every day as well as my 4 days of working out per week keeps it fun and challenging. This is a great accessory for anyone trying to make adjustments to their fitness levels. It won't do everything for you obviously, but I believe it's a great tool to start.

My favorite part about my Fitbit watch and the scale is defiantly how it keeps track of my weight loss. It has kept track of it on the app ever sents my husband and I bought them about four years ago. So if I'm feeling discouraged I can see the line going down over the last four years till the last time I got on the scale.

I love how lightweight and small Fitbit's are and yet they can track all of my steps and mileage that I get throughout the day. As a woman, I love how it looks more like jewelry than gym wear. It is very sleek and thimble. I also love how affordable it is to perform the basic fitness functions that I am seeking.

I've been through 4 Fitbits in several years. Some have been better than others for keeping track of heart rate and steps, my two biggest needs. Sleep is third. There are still some issues that come up every once in a while that does not track correctly. Mostly incorrect step counts when I know I was very active one day. I've learned not to depend on these for my health. Perhaps keep a spare tracker on me for long walks to compare.

The AltaHR is slim and comfortable to wear. The black ‘leather’ or silver chain exchangeable wrist band options are nice. Recharging is usually needed just weekly, and the accompanying Fitbit tracking app is excellent. Personally, I may have opted for a larger screen that’s more easily viewed without glasses.

I had a fitbit charge and a fitbit charge 2. I loved the ease of the app and the way I could sync my exercise to my food tracker. I liked that the charge 2 would connect to my phone so I could be notified if I received a text or call It was lightweight and had many great features. My only complaint was that with both trackers, the screen randomly broke but customer service was great to send a replacement because it broke within the time of the warranty.

Bought a new fitbit charge 2 when it was release in Oct2016. It was fine and worked really well. Then after about 1 year and 3 months on, the display started fading from the top of the display and it only started getting worse. Fetched out to fitbit and they agreed that it was a manufacturing defect but since it was more than one year , they gave a 25% discount on a new product. I researched and saw that this was a common problem amongst users and fitbit has conveniently washed its hands off as its warranty runs out in 1 year. I have a garmin fitness tracker which is working fine after 4 years. Will never buy fitbit again.

I've been a Fitbit user from day-1 I love the product and have purchased many over the years.I pre-ordered the Versa for an upcoming trip to Europe on the French Way of the Camino. It arrived quicker than I expected and I opened the box to see it. I like the look better than the Iconic so I went to place it on my wrist.. No way would it fit as shipped but I know it must have a larger band in the box because the description said it ships with both. Ahhh, but the latger one is no where to be found in the box. Still no biggie as I don't leave for five more days. Plenty of time to get a replacement for the missing one. Sooo I call customer service and a pleasent young lady answers. I explain to her that mine arrived with only ONE band and it's a small one. She pleasently responds that if I look in the box I will find the large one. So I told her that I did look in the box and removed everything in it but no large band is present. I once again explained why I ordered it and that I don't have time to send this unit back and wait for another one to arrive since I'm leaving Tuesday Night and today is Friday Morning. I asked can she just send me the band overnight, next day or whatever will get it to me before 6:00PM on Tuesday. She replies she must talk to a supervisor to which I reply whatever you need to do please do it and if you can't get it to me by Tuesday please send me return instructions as I'll no longer need a usless device after my month long hike. She says the supervisor said I can overnight it to you but I can't guarentee it will get to you. This i understand so I asked her to please do her best and if it doesn't arrive before 6:00pm Tuesday when I depart I'll return it when I return from Europe in a months time. To this she replies that the return mus be completed in 15 days so she will not even attempt to get the band to me since she can't guarentee I'll get it in time so she's going to just send me the return instructions.. I'm speechless. This is a perfect example of HOW TO LOOSE A LONGTIME CUSTOMER. Needless to say I'll be looking for Garmin or other devoce for my hike and I will exclude FitBit from any further consideration in the future. I believe they have a world class product with third world customer service. To this customer THAT is unacceptable. GOOD-BYE FitBit.

This if for the Fitbit Alta. I've had it for about a year. It seems to work ok. There are lots of third-party bands that can coordinate nicely with my outfits. I sync using my phone, so I don't have to worry about the dongle. The phone sync is via Bluetooth. Before the Alta, I used the Flex, and I switched for sleek watch/tracker option, so that now I do not have to wear both a watch and tracker separately.
