I love my Fitbit One. I had a Force and was allergic and they were prompt and helpful with getting me a replacement. I started with a Zip years ago and haven't been without my Fitbit since! It is almost like that feeling of going out without your cellphone - wrong! I love earning points at Walgreens too!

I am a 2nd grade teacher who had just bought a Fitbit and then 2 months later, lost my HR Charger Fitbit during Summer while setting up my new classroom. I called and stated my story and they were KIND enough to send me a NEW HR Charger Fitbit to replace the one I had lost...what a GREAT company!! :)

I have had my fitbit flex for 9 months and have started using it regularly for the last 3 months (entering food and weight and wearing religiously) and have lost 18lbs. Knowing how many steps I have left per day or how many calories I am over or under is the push I need to continue to lose weight.

I really love the fitbit. I have the charge; the only thing they need to improve is the closure on it. Within the first 3-4 months I had to have it replace because the whole thing started coming off. I have had the second one for about two months and it is doing the same thing. I have almost lost it three times because it has fallen off because of the closure not staying fastened. I would really like to upgrade to the next one.

I've had my FitBit Charge for almost 3 years. Feel lost if it's not on my wrist. Absolutely love it and the customer support is fantastic - couldn't ask for better. A great motivator to keep moving. I'm a big fan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have the zip and I love it. The only issue with the zip is that the battery only lasts 3 months and it is something that you have to replace as its not a model that comes with a charging cord. I replaced the battery and it stopped working. I contacted fitbit via twitter & they couldn't have been more pleasant. They sent me directions to try to fix it, and when that didn't work they sent me a replacement. Very impressed. I will upgrade my device in a few months.

I love my Fitbit! Absolutely addicted to it. I started with Fitbit Flex -- had some trouble with the band breaking, but Fitbit Customer Care was always there to satisfy me. They went the full 9 yards to make sure I was a happy customer. I have now upgraded to the Fitbit charge and I love it even more. Fitbit is a 10 in my book. Thanks Fitbit!

I have had my Fitbit Charge almost a year. I got it for Christmas 2014 and have used it everyday since. No issues at all. I love it. I love the fact it is compatible with my phone and with SparkPeople and My Fitness Pal. If anything happens to this one I will have to replace it immediately!

Started with the release of the flex. It was great but once i really started working out and making more of an effort I purchased the Charge Hr. I love it but I have partially damaged the screen. I wish there was a maintanance or possible upgrade program. Also have the Aria scale which is fantastic, but I think the Fat % is off compared to other measurements. I am muscular and it has my fat % higher than a morbidly obese person which is strange. Otherwise fantastic and i will continue buying all the products they release

I have the FitBit Surge and I love it. It took a while for me to get use to wearing a watch again. I don't wear it to be, so I never really used the sleep mode or alarms. I wish it was in girly colors or changeable bands. I have had this since it was first released and no problems other than I just am not tech savy to get it to send notifications from my phone. I recommend fitbits to all my exercise friends and would buy it again.

I have loved all of my fitbits since day one. Started with the Fitbit Ultra and wore it until it fell apart. Even bought a back up like the first one. Then thought i could get away with the cheaper one but, I missed some of the features. Upgraded to the HR Charge and I don't think I would go back to the clip on.

I have always found fitbit very customer focused and accommodating. I have been a fitbit customer for at least 3 years and just upgraded to the charge HR which I am very happy with. My older fitbit was still working and I shared it with a niece so she could join the fun.

Best activity tracker, ever is the Surge. Have tried so many of them and none of them compared to this monster of data! Also sent back my Fitbit that was recalled and they sent me a refund check for more than I actually paid for it. Great company, always perfect customer service and the best products on the market for fitness!

I have the Surge and I like it. There are a lot of good things that are cool in general. I do have a few question of part of it that I don't understand fully. The first thing is, why the old colorless screen? This is 2015 and the old school screens are out of date in most calc and phones so why make it old school? Next, why can't we a just the settings on the FITBIT itself? Why do you have to use a WEB interphase or dongle to a just most of it? The watch part would be a lot better if they would have placed the batter level on the screen in the watch mode. Also why isn't there a second hand or digital second display for those few seconds that count? More clock faces would be nice! The ones we have are not the great! I know I ripped on a few things but for the money I think it should be more up to date technology, well at lease the face of it. The cool things are the heart rate monitor, Sleep monitor, the fitness items are great! So, it is a great item and I do like it. It just needs to be a little bit nicer in the appearance and functions!

on 3rd fitbit, one was an upgrade, the other, I had a battery issue after 7 months or so. quite likely user error. I talked to help desk for about 10 minutes and exchanged 2 or 3 emails. They then sent me a new Charge, no cost, not even shipping. Wonderful customer service. I know others who have experienced the same. We wear them non-stop, so its just wear an tear. Super great product.

My Wife and I both have HR Charge models and love them. Although it seems the wife's doesn't always count the stairs as will as mine. I did have an issue with the side button falling out but FITBIT replaced the tracker without any problem.

I have nothing but praise fro my FitBit Charge tracker. Between it and the software on my computer I have been losing weight and getting in shape(80 lbs down in 18 months) The only thing missing in the equation is the ability to track my Blood Glucose levels in the tracking software...add that in and you would have completely nailed it.

I have the HR Charge model. My main complaint is that it doesn't track stairs. I go up and down a full flight at least a dozen times a day but it doesn't register. Sometimes I have a 1 at the end of the day. It also doesn't register steps unless your arms are swinging. Pushing a grocery cart does not add any steps. The heart rate monitoring seems to be very accurate, a real plus for me.

Got my Fitbit surge in Nov 2014.....Love it but reported back to Fitbit customer service a couple of months ago that the buckle area gives me rash. Not bad but just irritating....Oh the battery doesn't keep it's charge for very long. Initially, I used to be able to go at least two weeks without charging, now I have to charge it every day. Pain in the butt.

I joined Weight Watchers in June of this year and purchased my Charge hr. in July. I use both tools together and to date, I've lost 30 lbs. I can't say enough on behalf of fit bite and Weight Watchers programs. I'm finding if you use both program it's been fairly easy. My son has the flex and my wife and I find the clasp portion is very difficult to attach. I wish the company would go to the same type as the charge. I have nothing but good things to say about the product.

I have used various FitBits since October 2011. I love their online dashboard and the sleep tracking, but their phone dashboard has limited analytics. There are two huge downsides: 1. They refuse to send data to Apple's Health App, meaning that I cannot merge their readings with the other health Apps I monitor. This makes no sense to have a captive data set when they are not big players in the broader cloud-based apps. [LoseIt! and Withings properly share their data with Apple.] 2. Their non-wriist versions they are SOOO easy to lose. I have lost count of the number of times I had to buy replacements for the original Ultra and the later One models. So far I have not lost the ChargeHR, but it is much less convent than the One.

I had the misfortune of having the Force and experiencing the skin irritation...I replaced it with the Nike Fuel and I much prefer the Fitbit..not so bulky, easier to retrieve information and a lot more comfortable. When I can justify spending yet more money on a tracker I will go back to the Fitbit (the modified version wasn't out yet when I got the Fuel)

I truly love my fit bit charge. Anyone that knows me rarely will see me without it on. I however am very much allergic to it. I have these brown spots where the skin keeps peeling off. It doesn't itch, it just looks like I have a disease. So I have to take off twice a day and wash the spot and my fit bit. I wish that it would go away, but I got it the first time I wore my fit bit. I guess as long as I am going to wear it, I'm going to have to suffer the consequences.

I have the HR and premium service. Love it all. Well worth the money. In addition I have the fitbit scale which is a really good add on. The premium service rates you with others and gives advise how to best achieve the results you want. The only thing I would change is how to charge it. I can not wear the HR while it is charging.

I have had my Fitbit Charge HR for 8 months. It tracks everything accurately except the stairs, which I don't care that much about anyway. It holds a charge still just not as long as it use to. I like the Fitbit site, it is a very good way to track your progress for losing weight. I love my Fitbit and will buy another one when this one fails.

I Love my Fitbit! The only reason I didn't give it a 10 is because the bands should be made better. My Fitbit, the Charge, if the band breaks, the entire thing needs to be replaced. I have friends with other versions also have bands that break. Other than that, I think it is an excellent product. It tracks perfectly for steps, stairs, and sleep. I don't feel complete without it.

I have a Charge HR, and it's OK for what I want. I have to take the results with a grain of salt. The flights of stairs recorded is inconsistent. Sometimes I can climb a flight of stairs and get no credit for it. Sometimes I can climb 4 and get credit for one. I'm a cyclist, and sometimes I get credit for flights of stairs I haven't climbed if my route involves elevation change. One 75 mile bike ride through some rolling hills and two moderate climbs netted me over 150 flights of stairs. The advertised charge is supposed to last a week, but can be less if you check it all the time or add alerts. I haven't added anything and have yet to see it last 4 days between charges. Still, it does what I need it to do. I wouldn't call it awesome, though.

I like Fitbit....I do not like the reaction that my wrist has due to whatever new material combo they used for the newer bands. I have had to line mine with moleskin as my original band broke...and even now, I get an allergic reaction....NOT GOOD. And they have said that there is nothing wrong with the new bands... based on what I have heard from others, there is definitely something wrong! And....my lights stopped working after just 6 months. Now I can't see what progress I have throughout the day.

I love my Fitbit One and my husband has the Flex. It has made us very aware of moving and we walk every night with our doggies to hit our steps. I have enjoyed every fit bit I have ever owned and I have had 3 different ones. My favorite is the one I have now and it is a Charge HR. I love my flex. I have had it almost a year now. It has kept me motivated. I had a serious injury to my leg last year before I got my flex, so once I was able to walk, I began increasing my goal on my flex to see how far I could go. After a second surgery a couple of months ago, I am again back walking and trying hard to reach the goals I have set. Not a day goes by that I am not wearing my flex!

Started out with flex and loved it. Never had an issue with, but wanted more so I upgraded to the Charge which gives display the steps taken up to the second. I can also connect to the phone and my computer. The Charge also gives stair count and has a clock. If connected to your smart phone, it also displays the incoming phone number.
