I own a Fitbit and it is one of the best investments that I’ve ever made! The quality is amazing and it’s cool to see how much I exercise everyday!

Fitbit is a fabulous way to not just keep track of your steps, but also your sleep, heart rate monitoring, calories and so much more! The app is awesome and super easy to use, and the bands themselves are really nice.

I am presently using this product. The problem is that it doesn't register all the steps, especially when I ride my stationary bike. I like the fact that it notifies me when I'm close to my goal.

I love that I can track my steps, sleep and heart rate. The only annoying thing is that you have to link every Fitbit to a different email.

This is a good product to track steps and pulse. The cost is higher than some other similar products that do the same thing.

Worst tracker ever, it stopped connecting with my phone (Samsung S8), they sent another one with the same problem. I canceled subscription in their app and they kept charging me for it even though tracker did not work. I wish them all the worst.

Fitbit has started to judge your sleep by giving you a score. they don't tell you how they arrived at the score unless you're willing to pay a monthly fee they also won't let you opt out of the score. This has been addressed all over the Fitbit community are Fitbit refuses to resolve the issue

Bought a Ionic one year ago it died so I called them, they sent me a new one and three months later it dies and they will not replace it . So I paid 300 plus for a Fitbit that's last only one year ,don't buy from Fitbit . The product is horrible.

Poor product. Battery quit after 18 months. No replacement battery’s available. Why?? Fitbit offered 25-40% discount if I purchased a new replacement Fitbit. That means I would be spending $200 every 18 months. Don’t buy Fitbit. Check all bad reviews. There are many.

I have the Flex and didn't use it for a year and finally put it on and have hardly any use on it. It quit working for no reason. company offered one for 25% off if I wanted to purchase another. But if I need to purchase a new one every year I am not interested.

I am sorry to say i am not happy with the charge hr, beside that it is bulky. I was trying to track my exercise, the website was making it difficult for me to track the exercise. it was not reading when i am on a bicycle.syncing was difficult on the phone. tracking your step is good, that's the only thing i like.

Sucked. Only recently able to get it to work after the latest update. Instructions on how to get started were bad and are still incomplete as far as I am concerned. I am more than a little computer literate and have a lot of experience training people on computer applications..

Fitbit charge I was pleased with my charge for a whole week, after that you could see condensation, inside of it,then when I charged it for the second time , my device would discharge with in 24 hours, for an item which was not even 2 weeks old, there were too many problems, which i thought it'd be better to return it,

BUY FROM AN APPROVED Seller. They were great until we found out because i bought it from sprint, it has no warranty through Firbit since Sprint is not an approved seller

I was given the Flex as a Mother's Day gift. Stopped syncing around the second month. I tried everything, resetting the device, uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Nothing worked longer than a day or so. I think my biggest disgust was with the customer service that I received from Fit Bit.

I loved my Flex at the beginning. But then it was less and less time between charges. Finally, at eight months, it stopped charging all together. When I bought it, the Flex was upwards of $100. It shouldn't be useless in eight months!

Only have one complaint about Fitbit...Every model needs to be waterproof to 12ft, some of us can't or won't spend the 250 on a waterproof model.

Loved my Charge......until they did an up date to the software on my Android phone App. The Charge will no longer sync to my phone. Talked to Tech Support. They said they are working on it but don't know when it will be fixed. Still within the 45 day return policy so will take it back. If they get it fixed, I will get another.

My flex fitbit just died only had it one year. I did enjoy it while it lasted, but don't think I'll spend $100. ever year on one. My girl friend and my sister fitbit also died about the period of one year.

Suggest you check your fitbit charge accuracy. I found that if I am shopping and push the cart with the hand my fit bit is on, I get no steps. Same thing happens when I am walking and carrying something. Apparently what it is measuring is the arm swing when you walk. I had the fit bit one and found it much more accurate.

I was quite surprised when I experienced 10,000 'steps' on my FitBit by mowing my lawn for two hours using my RIDING lawnmower! I've since stopped wearing the FitBit and simply use the software to log in my weight and daily meal intake. Another expensive toy that now sits in a drawer.

I am one of those that is having a reaction to the band. I get a rash and red spot. If I move the band on my arm, it will go away. But still irritating and sore.

I bought a Fitbit flex shortly after it came out. I loved it until it fell out of the clasp. I sadly spent $100 of my Christmas money on something I had for 2 months. I know a lot of people had this problem and I know they have made the product better since then but that doesn't change the fact that I wasted $100 :(

I have a Charge HR.....the heart rate monitor is far from accurate and the number of stairs climbed (regular stairs in a house) is also inaccurate. Steps close to what my Jawbone says but quite frankly I wasted my money hoping to buy a product that would replace my Polar Heart monitor and Jawbone.

Sadly Fitbit seems to be mostly a cloud option compared to other fitness trackers out there. The designs for the wrist where are very good and intuitive how ever the price does not warrant. Would not recommend.
