Got fed up with Jawbone Up and bought FitBit Charge HR. After about three months of constant use, I am impressed. Tracks everything very well, including heart rate. I am addicted to the info it provides. So far, at least, an excellent product.

I love my Fitbit. I've got the One now (washed my Zip too many times). Great motivator to walk my 10,000 minimum steps and 10 flights of stairs. I really love the gauge that balances my calories in with my calories burned and lets me know if I'm on track to lose my scheduled amount of weight.

I think it is great. Very easy to use love how it can sync to my desk top or Iphone. the tools are really useful and handy. It is great to be able to challenge your friends in anther state or work out together. Only bad review I can give is that my case fell about after about 5 months of using it.

I love my FitBit Flex. My kids gave it to me for my Birthday this past June. It helps me keep on track with my weight loss. I am down 95 pounds now due to healthy eating, exercise and my FitBit Flex. Highly recommended!!!

The product was actually, just okay. But the customer service is the reason I am giving them a 10. The product broke fairly quickly, so it wasn't put together very well. The idea of the product I love. But when I let customer service know they replaced it for me quickly and were very kind. I didn't have to jump through any hoops or anything.

I love my Fitbit and I love the customer service they provide. I have had issues with the band on my Fitbit Charge. The clip continually unsnaps. After several such incidents, the Fitbit band unsnap in a crowded train station and was never to be found. I called to complain never expecting a replacement, but lo and behold, within a week my new Fitbit was in my mailbox.

I love my fitbit. I have had the fitbit one for 5 years. I never take it off except to charge it. I have never ever had it stop working. I even dropped it in the toilet, and it still worked! It keeps me motivated and working hard.

I love my Fitbit. I did have to take it off for a few days as a sore/burn (not sure which) developed on my arm where I wear it. The sales person told me that most women wear the small size, but now I kinda wish I had gotten the large since perchance the sore/burn is from it being to tight and sweating (...er....glowing)under it while walking on warm days. Still working on figuring out all the things it does and how it does them. But I really love it.

Every time I have had an issue with my Fitbit and in almost 20 months of use it has only been 2 times, the costumer service agent goes beyond my expectations! My Fitbit stopped working just the other day and tech support was able to talk me though fixings it, and said since I was having issues that they would send me a new one!!

Fitbit has excellent customer service. I lost my Fitbit recently, it was a gift less than a year ago. They were willing to send me a replacement. I will send back the new one because my original was found & returned to me. Long story short.......great company Fitbit!!!!!! Keep it up & retain loyal customers :)

I got my fitbit in September 2013 and I have loved it ever since. I didn't have any problems until January 2015 it would not hold a charge. I called Customer Service and the I was so pleased with their help. Within a week I had a new fitbit. I'm one very happy customer.

I had the Force and chose to keep it after the recall. I used it until the face separated from the band. I wore it tighter than I probably should, so this was my fault. The reason was the clasp was easy to catch and the Force would slip off unnoticed, so wearing it tighter made it more noticeable. I now own the ChargeHR, which I love, love, love! The belt closure eliminates the issues I had with the Force, and I really love the HR tracker and the textured band. Best fitness tracker on the market, bar none!

I started with the first generation and just added the surge at the beginning of the year. I wear it everyday, and have no problems with it. I have increased my exercise level with the help of my fitbit. Keeps me focused and on track with my goals. It would be tough to stop using it.

I had the Fitbit Force for 2 years. I almost lost it a few times when the badly designed clip popped open. I ended up getting O rings and had 3 that I could move if I needed to remove my band. Just a few days ago the band came apart at the electronics part and looked like it was just glued on. I bought another band to replace the Force and have the Charge band now. The closing clip seems to be tighter but I can still see it wearing out in a few months. I liked the Force and wished my new Charge was exactly like it.

I love my Fitbit Flex. It keeps me motivated. The only thing I don't like about it is how hard (at least for me) it is to clip on the band. I have carpal tunnel syndrome so I guess for most folks it wouldn't be a problem. Otherwise, I love the Fitbit!

I have had the Charge since February. I wear it basically every day. I like tracking as much as possible and trying to keep myself motivated. The one thing I really wish the fitbit app would have is an analysis of the food you enter in. I have had free apps that track and analyze your food intake. The free app was Net Dairy. It had whole analysis section and would put things you did good in green and things that were bad in red. It would explain what and why the things were colored red or green. For instance, if you had less than 5 grams of fiber for breakfast, it would note that and say you should have at 5 grams of fiber. If you ate a piece of bacon, it would be red in the analysis and categorize all the areas that eating the bacon was bad for and how that set you over the daily limits of each category.

I've had the Surge for about 3 months. At first I wore it all the time, that is until the nasty rash happened. So I adjusted and don't wear it 24/7, and I switch wrist from time to time. I really like the sleep tracker. Also, I've had pedometers and the Fitbit records steps a million times better. It's very motivating to look at your wrist and see the steps you've taken. I had originally bought another brand name tracker but took it back because it could only sync with a smartphone. I like that the Fitbit can sync with a computer.

I've had a Fitbit One for a little over 2 years. I wear it daily and it keeps me motivated to move. It even lets me know if I had a restless night's sleep. I have lost over 15 lbs mostly by coupling Fitbit with the myfitnesspal app to track calories. I would definitely buy another Fitbit One!

I have the Charge HR. I love it because it's right there at my wrist... a little irritation sometimes, and If i'm driving my truck, it tends to add on tons of flights of stairs.. other than that.. it's been awesome. The heart rate monitor is pretty spot on. It does have an issue when I work out and i'm really sweaty, but I've noticed that with the hr bands you wear as well. All in all, it has really helped me work on how I'm doing things physically.

Excellent customer service. My fitbit flex stopped charging after having it a year. Contacted customer support, they answered back in a few days. Asked me to email my receipt which I did. Email back 2 days later that a new flex was mailed out. Got it in three days. Love a company that stands behind their product.

I love my fitbit HR. I have owned some form of fitbit for the past...5 years. I kept losing the clip on ones so I love the bracelet kind. The HR has a buckle like a watch. I love it, love it. I am getting a little bit of irration from the band. I like the heart rate on it and I constantly try to beat my goal of 11,000 a day. I am going to up it to 12,000 soon.

I have the FITBIT Flex. I really enjoy it but the color of bands is limited. (I know not really important) I love the accountability but will admit that I am a slave to this thing. I will walk circles around my living room to get to that 10,000 steps. lol Overall, I love it but would probably get the next one up so I can read my steps on the actual device and not my phone/computer.

I have been using a fitbit for the last three years. I love the fact that is accurately tracks my steps and miles and also that I can link it up to Map My Fitness app. Mine has even been through the wash and still works. I did have one that stopped working and after an email to the company, they sent me a new one. I like the fact that they stand behind their product.

I also had a flex that died. I reset it via the website directions though. Gave that one to my daughter and bought myself and my husband a FitBit ChargeHR . I love the Charge HR It is more accurate in detecting when I am sleeping. It is pretty accurate at keeping track of my steps. Although I noticed that if you are ambidextrous you will have to be careful sweeping, mopping or vacuuming, weeding ect. it was counting up and I hit my 10000 while not moving anything but my hands.. FYI

I have an ultra and I love it. I have used the device for at least the last 4 years without any major problems. I tracks my steps accurately and calorie count, I like the fact that I can see in real time how many steps and stairs I have climbed. THe one negative is that the device needs prompting in order to synch with the computer(I have to hit the "synch" icon a few times in order to synch and the display id difficult to see when exercising outside,

I'm a huge Fitbit fan, have had one for years now and love the feedback it provides. Now, my husband, kids, parents, siblings, all have them too. What I love about Fitbit over other trackers, is that they work with SO many other programs out there (My Fitness Pal, Pact, Achievemint, Fitstudio, and more). With these reward programs, my Fitbit has actually paid for itself easily!

I really liked my Fitbit. Even after a few years I felt like the steps were pretty accurate and for most electronics it seems like they need to be replaced every 18 months -2 years. I had a basic Fitbit which worked great for me because I really don't like all of the bells and whistles. I just want to know my steps. I currently have a different brand of fitness tracker but I will probably go back to Fitbit for my next purchase.

Had this one for a long time before upgrading to apple to use with my iphone. It worked for my needs when I did have it. Simple and user friendly. It was hard to unlink to my my fitness pal account so I had to just delete my account and create a new one and link that to my iphone. I liked that it was basic and simple -- mostly to track steps and workouts. The newer ones look very nice and more things to use it for.

Hands down my favorite fitness tracker. My older son was going to give me his Apple Watch and I declined and gave it to my daughter instead. My old Fitbit stopped working after a couple years. I was happy To buy the Alta because it has a sleep tracker as well as many other upgrades But my old one did not have. I wear it every day. The only downfall is is not waterproof which would be nice. I loved it so much I suggested it to my mom and after she saw mine she bought one too

Fitbit is honestly amazing. I'm so happy when I can check my sleep cycle in the morning. I always can see when I'm sleeping well or not, and my Apple watch doesn't do that. But when my fitbit died, customer service offered me me 50% off any of the devices to replace it. I appreciate the gesture, but it would've been nice for them to replace my device all together.

I have used Fitbit products for years. They have been great! Right now I have been content with the Fitbit Alta HR as it tells me my step count everyday, let’s me know how long I sleep and even shows me my sleep cycles. It also lets me log my food intake and helps me maintain awareness of my diet. It’s very helpful and will motivate you to walk that extra mile. I definitely recommend this product because it makes you that much more aware of your health allowing you to set goals that you can realistically work up to.

I have had several Fitbit products and have been satisfied with most of them. I like the sleep features so I could see how restful my sleep was and always disappointed in how bad I actually slept. I did have issues with bands breaking but replacements were always easy to find. If you are looking for a simple step meter and sleep tracker then the simple Fitbit is for you.

I bought an Ionic in August and by December the hardware broke down - the screen froze on the battery icon, it wouldn't sync, or even do anything. Fitbit replaced it. The second watch they sent has already started breaking - the battery won't hold a charge and it doesn't sync completely. Fitbit refuses to do anything but keep replacing a terrible product. I fully regret buying this product. You can only get things fixed during a work day so if your product breaks you will have to spend a couple of hours online with Fitbit each time you have a problem. As a side note -the women's health tracker was clearly made by a single man (maybe Incel?) who may not even know what a period is - or a female for that matter. The heart rate monitor is often off by +30bpm, and the lap counter generally misses 10-20 laps out of a 2500-3000m swim. They will tell you that they stand behind their product, but only if you are willing to pay even more in time and frustration dealing with customer service.

The Fitbit has been a great way to track my steps and calories and I have had a lot of fun using it. My biggest complaint is the charging cord. It is too short, hard to plug in and has to be sat on something in order to reach the outlet. I like the interaction with my phone and the app, but the syncing takes too long.

I loved my HR+ Fitbit. Used it for quite a while and it helped me to track my workouts and engage my overall health. One day it just stopped charging and I couldn't get it to turn again. Had it for probably less than a year. It may have still been under warranty, but it was too much of a hassle to figure out. Haven't bought any similar devices since. Love the product overall. Not sure if mine just had a defect or if it was a problem overall.

I've had a Fitbit for about 2 years now and I love how it keeps me active.
