I think Lukcy Vitamin offers a wonderful buffet of vitamins and supplements and other health aids. The prices are reasonable and the ability to research to find new items is very good, but as a suggestion I'd like to know as I'm checking off items onscreen, I'd like to know which items are not going to be paid for by PayPal. Is it all auto-delivery items or just some? It would be helpful to know this in advance than just at the final time of checkout. t would be nice to have even auto-delivery paid through PayPal. I also find the 1-6 day delivery service promise to be unfounded and false. I think the delivery system is extremely slow and needs to be improved.

Your site is easy to use. Some of the products are priced ok, but some are a little high. I am not crazy about having to get over $49 to get free shipping. I also would like to receive coupons once in a while since I do purchase often.

While I like the products and fast shipping from Lucky Vitamin, I dislike the fact that there's a wide difference in pricing on the same products using auto order and ordering what I want or need each month. Lucky Vitamin is trying too hard to push me into auto order, and I'm thinking of shopping for my vitamin products elsewhere. Other than that I've been satisfied with Lucky Vitamin.

Great service, and user friendly website. It's just the shipping prices to Australia, cost me as much as half the cost of the product!! This is making me reconsider... and this is at the cheapest shipping rate. Last time my shipment took awhile to come, compared to other products coming from the US..

1. I am extremely disappointed that there is a "penalty" for using a coupon code that is supposed to encourage shopping your site. My shopping cart was over $50, qualifying me for free shipping. By applying a 10% coupon code, I was to be charged $5.95 in shipping fees, resulting in a higher total than before using the coupon code! Lucky Vitamin - I expected you to be better that that!

Product selection is great, prices are competitive with other health item sites. The only drawback for me is the shipping charge if your order is under $49. I often use a similar site that offers free shipping on all orders, so I only consider choosing Lucky Vitamin if I'll be spending over $49 and would get the free shipping.

I live in the UK I ordered 20 bottles of braggs apple cider vinegar as the price is brilliant, however only received 16 but Lucy VItamins refunded the money for the lost bottles. Although delivery was a bit disappointing, the product and price is excellent as is the customer service. I have just ordered again.

I have been purchasing from this site for several years, but I am no longer a happy customer. Their prices have always been competitive, & they do offer a wide selection of items. They ship pretty fast, however I find that it takes much longer for my order to arrive compared to other companies I've ordered from that also offer free shipping. Navigating on their site is so slow that the ordering process is much more time consuming than it should be. Since their last system upgrade, I've had issues with the site freezing up or kicking me out, which then makes it necessary to log back into the site again. Very annoying. Also with the last system upgrade, I lost a numerous amount of items from my saved "regime" where I list my most frequently purchased items in order to save time. I was very upset about this, but when I called customer service, they were very indifferent about it & said they would report the problem. Overall, I just don't think they are as efficient as they once were.

Usually they have a good price. Not always. My least favority thing is the way they manage their recurring order options. One of the reasons I don't shop here as often. is the price fluctuates too much. One day the sinus rinse I buy was over $9 (higher than even Amazon prices). A couple of days later they had overstock so they lowered the price, and I ordered, but when autoship hits next month I am pretty sure I'll need to cancel it and order SOMEWHERE else again....because there is no stability on price and NO notification that the price is changing. They are about average for online retailers I guess. Nothing special really. They could do a lot more coupons for customers. There is too much competition to not to have prices either consistent or a notification system set up and they should offer customers special discounts for being return shoppers...
