I have not received my order yet. It was scheduled to arrive on the 15th but now the tracking shows its coming on the 19th. Don't know what the problem is , maybe weather in the midwest. I am satisfied with the price of the product however . Your price was better than the vendor I was using before.

When I was about to pay, the total payment included a 10% discount. However, when I checked my bank account, the discount was not included. I was a bit upset due to the lack of transparency. I still give LuckyVitamin a 4 star because I have wonderful experiences with the company before.

The product name said 1,000 mg. The photo of the product bottle said 700 mg. Customer Service could not confirm what i was getting as he said the photo may not be representative of the actual product and that he would put a note in to management plus refund my purchase if necessary.

Lucky Vitamins carries a wide variety of supplements and beauty products and food that I use. Their prices are very competitive. Shipping could be faster. And the site seems to be bogged down by ads or content. It moved very slowly. But otherwise, always happy with the service they provide.

1. I received a coupon on 1/6/2019 offering me free shipping for 3 days only with any order over $35.00 and given the following code: FREESHIP35 When I tried to use the code on a $40.75 order, your system would not take the code. I called your customer support and was told you didn't have that code for 1/6/2019. I said, well I have an email here and the representative asked if I could forward the email to her, then she hung up. I called back to ask who to forward the email to and guess what???????? Customer Support was closed for the day. IMAGINE THAT!!!!!!! Convenient, HUH???? 2. I called back on 1/7/2019 and spoke with Cheyenne E in customer support. I sent her a copy of the email. Once she received it she asked If I had used any other promotions, I said No and I asked her to look at my cart that was still there from 1/6. Round and round we went until I said I wanted to speak with a manager. That I was GOING TO GET FREE SHIPPING whether I had to talk to a manager or the president of the company. She finally said she would email me a code for free shipping. I said no, just read me the code so I can get the order finished that I had already spent 25 minutes holding and talking to her and an equal amount on 1/6 with the lady who clearly didn't care whether I gave Lucky Vitamin any business or not. Management should really listen to my call on 1/6 and this one today on 1/7 and make up your own mind as to what's going on in your email marketing department and your customer support department. I placed this order, but there may not be any future orders considering what you are putting your customers through. Should you care enough to call, I will gladly give you more details.

You have a lot of products and since this is my first order, I can't comment on the quality of any. Prices seem reasonable. The website seems to have some flaws. It is a little clumsy when doing comparison shopping. In particularly when trying to review the labels. The interaction from looking at an item and getting back to where you were is also a pain. Searches are rather vague. I get a lot of things I'm NOT looking for in them even when it's for a specific item so I have to dig for the ones I am interested in. Overall, not bad but could use some improvement.

I love Lucky Vitamin. I shop here all of the time. My only problem is that the Lucky Reward Points expire every 100 days, and you cannot use them until 45 days after a purchase, which gives the customer a very small window to use points before they expire.

Extremely slow website - difficult to place an order online. When you place an order it prompts you to "auto ship" order, and if you are not careful you end up with a tea box every month that cost $4 and pay $6 for shipping. It happened also a few times, when I received an order, one of the items was missing. The customer service was very nice, and the missing item was shipped later.

You need to fix the fact that you can't change an address for a credit card, or put a sentence on that page of your web site that says something like: "Old addresses cannot be changed on credit cards; please re-enter your card with your new address and delete the old one."
