I ordered specialty probiotics from LuckyVitamin. It took 1.5 months to get my order. I repeatedly tried to cancel the order due to the delay. They refused to cancel it. The probiotic is required to be kept refrigerated. Upon receipt. there was no cold pack included in the box. I immediately contacted customer service. No response to repeated requests. After 2 weeks, I had to escalate thru Paypal to get my money refunded. Horrible service and I would not trust the quality of the storage of the products they sell. I contacted the probiotic manufacturer, they told me that the probiotics should be thrown away. LuckyVitamin insisted I had to return the product to them. I would hate for them to pass this ruined product onto another customer. I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Great price on Wally's ear candles. I did buy two to qualify for free 1 to 2 day shipping, but it seems it is actually quite a bit longer than that is the reason for 4 starts instead of 5.

It was easy to order the vitamins I needed but was not impressed with shipping method I would have preferred that shipping and taxes was added at source as it is very difficult to deal with local post offices and it takes ages before I will actually receive my tablets ( if at all !! )

I was looking to buy some essential oils & vitamin supplements. Came across this website & their prices were very reasonable compared to most online stores. So save some money i did make my first purchase online. The delivery was to made within 3 to 5 business days through Landmark Global. I did not receive the products ordered on the respective date so late evening i was trying to contact LuckyVitamin and found out that they do not have customer service personal but simply one department to only place orders. I spoke to that person but he mentioned he cannot help and has no access to follow up but to take orders and payments. I was told to contact by email or by Robotic chat. I did the robotic chat and they said they will investigate. It will take couple of days. I was checking the courier company called Landmark Global and they too did not have a customer service person that i could speak too, but simply an email, which i did write to, but did not hear back from them. I then started to search about both these companies online and it happened to be a scam, a fictitious company & i was not the only one scammed. My heart sank as it was a considerable amount and i am jobless right now. The only reason i ordered the items was to keep myself healthy and boost my immune system. I then contacted my Credit card company and explained the same, they said they will investigate and it may take about 10 to 14 business days. I am writing here to save others from being scammed in times of such challenges and difficulties

I returned my entire order, was delivered back to them on Dec. 24th, 2020. Weeks went by and still have not received my refund. I have chatted with them 2 times, the last two chats I was told I would receive my refund in 3-5 business days, but still have not received it. I chatted with them a third time, they now are saying I only returned 5 out of the 6 bottles...LIE! I returned all 6. So either they misplaced one or someone stole one. I can’t believe the run around I am getting. What a fraudulent company! The representative said he will put the refund through but may not be refunded for that 6th bottle. Absolutely disgusting business practices! I had a feeling I wasn’t the first person to have issues with this company, so I looked online for reviews and sure enough it’s a known issue. I will NEVER shop with them again and I will tell everyone who asks my experience and tell them to steer clear of this online store. On 1/18/21 I finally received my refund, but they only refunded me 5 bottles, so they not only get a free bottle but they made money off of it. Freaking scammers! NEVER SHOP WITH THEM. 😡

Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after they arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat. In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!

I have given business to Lucky Vitamin for years - and as of now NEVER will again. In short: placed an order in mid-March, securing an excellent price (using coupon codes, etc.) for 10 bottles of a product. It was backordered. I had no problem with this and was happy to leave the order open until they were able to fill it. After two months THEY cancelled the order. I have tried EVERY WHICH WAY to get them to reinstate it and honor the order and price (now that they have it back in stock.) Chat, e-mail through their site, and NUMEROUS phone calls where you can ONLY leave a message - and NEVER a response. Finally though chat, I was able to get the rep to have someone call me. Bottom-line: they flat out REFUSE to reinstate the order and honor the price. Would give NO stars, if I could! NOT so Lucky Vitamin, as it turns out!
