Some products I want are not available or have high prices at luckyvitamin.com. I'd like to find a greater variety of mushroom extracts here: e.g. caterpillar mushroom, fuling mushroom, mesimakobu mushroom, oyster mushroom, willow bracket mushroom, and white wood ear mushroom, especially in capsules. On raw walnuts, pecans, and almond slices I'd like to see prices equal to or lower than Walmart's. I'd likewise be pleased to see organic raw shelled sunflower and pumpkin seeds and pistachios in one-pound or five-pound packages.

I used to order Hansen's sodas from Amazon but even the six packs could cost up to $12.00 and that's if they even had them in stock which you wouldn't know until you tried to purchase them. HGere, I can find plenty of Hansen's sodas varieties and I don't have to click on them before I know if they are in stock.

I am very happy with the different products that are offered. The prices are reasonable and comparable to other sources. I am disappointed with the packaging of the items though. There is way too much plastic packaging being used. I wish that Lucky vitamin would use biodegradable packaging material instead of plastic.

Good things: huge variety, good searching/refining tools, lots of info on each product with clear pictures. Things to improve on: when a special deal says "X included with each order free" or whatever, it doesn't say how the customer obtains it, like whether it happens automatically or not. Also, I saw my "low flat rate shipping" jump up and down by 5 bucks or more based on whether or not I had a pack of granola in my cart. That is not a "flat" rate shipping if it fluctuates, and 17 bucks for shipping is not "low." (I live in Vancouver, BC)

As soon as I put in a promo code for 10% off, I was then charged $ 5.95 for shipping. As long as your order was over $ 49 to start with, the promo code should not affect your order having shipping added on. So I had to take the promo code out of my cart because it actually cost more with the shipping charge☹
