It is a little frustrating how you keep changing items you carry. I only order Spindrift at this point, but it seems we can not get the same thing during each order. When the box arrives, quite often the cans are dented and the packaging is torn, wet, crushed, etc.

Lucky Vitamin has great product selection. My only critique is that some LV brand supplements seem to be lower quality with poor quality filler ingredients like soybean oil in the vitamin D-3 supplement. I wish I had noticed this before ordering, as I would not have ordered that supplement with soybean oil.

The first order I placed was damaged, my money was refunded but I was still worse off. When I purchased my products they were on a sale and then when I went to purchase them for the second time the sale was over and they were twice the price. I complained to LuckyVitamin and I was issued a $10 gift voucher but in the end the reorder still cost me an additional $10 more than the first order. Im hoping that my experience improves from here. It also took a long time to be provided my $10 gift voucher.

Convenient. Hate the pop ups in the middle of ordering though. Very distracting and a real pain if you accidentally push the wrong button. Almost decided to give up on the order. Also, the "out of stock" and "no delivery date" notices are so tiny it's impossible to see, almost until it's too late. Then, one isn't told how to find out when the delivery date will be known.

After some searching, was able to find high fiber, low calorie pasta. Couldn't find more pasta variety of a certain brand, so I'm trying some new pasta that I haven't tried before, but at 5 calories a serving, I hope I like it! Website is choppy. Spell check app screws up perfectly good searches. Tumeric becomes numeric, etc. "Site wide" sale is misleading and shop runner not allowed on items I purchased. I will still be a customer, but Lucky needs website overhaul.
