It had fairly decent products. I like the fact that all the ones I needed had free shipping at $25 instead of $50 like other sites. Some products that I needed were still cheaper on Amazon, but overall I could find the majority of what I needed today here at good prices.

FRUSTRATING. Why have to play games with orders and pricing?! For example, placed a $237 order but because only 2 of items was in stock, forced to buy even more products so wouldn't be charged a shipping fee -- wholly unfair, since order WAS over minimum amount for free shipping & PAY for an annual membership, too!

They had what I was looking for, but the "extra 10% off with your first Subscribe with Autoship order" never automatically applied to my order like it said it would... This was my first order ever on the site. The item I bought, could benefit from an subscribe and autoship but it was annoying that the 10% didn't automatically apply like it should have. Now, I'll have to contact customer service to fix the issue.

Fun products, limited availability of useful things. Lots of products seem like scams with limited actual science behind them. Also frequent price changes. There's no way I'm going to pay $17 for something I bought for $14 two months ago. Also they offer you a 30-day trial of LV+ which includes a discount but don't send a reminder of when it will be charged. Predatory tactic to use on dummies like me.

No great, I've tried to contact the costumer service whitin 48hr of having my order placed as I would like to add more items to my order and although the website said my order was "open" the costumer service agent said they couldn't cancel it as the system had locked it already, I found it very annoying as I had to order some other items separately and pay extra for delivery.

I do wish that Lucky Vitamin would ship in smaller boxes. We received a small shipment in a very large box just yesterday and felt that the packaging was super wasteful. That is our only complaint!

Seems as though too much info comes on screen when comparing prices. Sometimes seemingly contradictory. Example: the "65% off" immune builders was only for a bundle purchase, not individual items. While not "false" advertising, close to deceptive advertising.

The service was great. I purchased a salt lamp. I was surprised that it did not come with a light bulb and nowhere on or in the box did it state light bulb not included or tell you what kind of light bulb to purchase. So I emailed and got a prompt reply and then had to search several stores in my area for the right bulb. I could have ordered from you but then it would have been another week plus more shipping charges and I am the type of person that when I purchase an item I want to use it right away.

I dislike the new program with paying money to get an extra discount. Lucky vitamin used to have amazing prices and now everything is more expensive. Sometimes the website gets really slow and keeps loading. The slow navigation caused me to spend less than I normally would. It made it frustrating to search for products. I also wasn’t able to add something to my cart because it wouldn’t stop to processing I like the selection and large variety of products lucky vitamin has to offer! 😊 Many sites don’t have such an extensive selection
