This websites is a compete ripoff! Robert promised me tickets at $114 for 2 tickets. He never discussed $71 in fees & $7.50 delivery fee. The only way I found out was my credit card being charged $307. I will NEVER use this website again and will tell all my family & friends about how it’s a compete ripoff

I find it VERY frustrating that you offer me a 10% discount AFTER I've made my purchase. You should be ashamed! Make it right or I will never purchase again. What makes it hard is during my conversation, I asked for a military discount. I got $90. If I had access to my email I would have received twice that. It's just wrong.

3 hours before my event I received my tickets. You cannot reach a human at all via Facebook messenger, email, or phone. Only if you live chat can you receive a person and they barely give any information. Also, they will not call you when the matter is urgent.

I try to purchase through the apps it said my billing zip code is not correct . I reach out my credit card and everything was good . I called vivid seat and purchase was made with the rep . The rep said I miss out on $25 reward cuz the purchase need to be made through the apps even though the apps had a glitch in the system

Horrible experience. Would not recommend. I paid almost $200 for 2 tickets and didn’t receive my tickets until after I filed a claim with PayPal. The tickets only made it to my email after the concert. Waste of hard earned money

Their fee are $7 for shipping and $5 order fee adding $12 more to the ticket. And the ticket need to be printed, no digital version. Customer service is useless and they will not refund anything. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
