I'm not sure what to make of the company. They came highly recommended. However, I have reached out twice and received only an email saying they would call me shortly. That was 3 weeks ago. I have begun shopping for an alternative solar provider. In my experience, if the customer service is bad in the beginning, it will be bad throughout the whole process.

I've had very little interaction with the company. I clicked a few boxes to get information, and received unwanted phone calls and emails for several days after. Extremely annoying! I need product information and pricing data, not chats with salesmen.
