One day while looking online I just decided that I should get one. I don't really walk out the door very far but I don't have any help, so I got it since they cover me every place I go. The cheapest little thing is there for me. It's small and doesn't take up a lot of room. I use it no matter where I go, I use it every morning and once in a while in the afternoons. If I have to go to the local convenience store, which is about a quarter of a mile away, I wear it.

I feel kind of safe having it now. The bracelet is a bit hard to keep on me. It'll just slip away sometimes so it's hard to keep it on. Still, I'm satisfied with it, I know that they will be there to help me if I need it.

We have had the MobileHelp system a few months without any real need to use it. Here is to hoping we do not have to use it for an actual emergency . But it is a good feeling to have it available in case we need it. In testing the various parts of the system it does seem it takes quite a while placing the call. We need to have it in place a longer time to give a more accurate rating.

I haven't had to use it yet, but when I get up I take it off the charging station and put it around my neck. With that on I go around my property, take my dog out, walk, etc. The couple of times I've had to call them, or when my dog steps on the button by accident, they have been really good and understanding of the situation. The device works and they've been there where I needed, I can't ask for more than that.

The service was the first one that I came across that covered my area. I used it on August 23rd when I fell and hit my head. They answered right away and called my son, but it took them some 35 minutes to get to where I was, even though I'm only 9 miles from town. When they came in they asked if I wanted to be taken to E.R., but since I wasn't feeling too ill or had any bad headaches I told them no. I was just ok.

Mobile Help is FAST and gives excellent help. I would recommend a detailed owners manual with hints like "Shut off your pendant before a Concert." My pendant went off during a solo.

What's been a positive experience for me is the fact that everyone has been very friendly and helpful. The service itself makes me feel safer as well. These devices make me feel safe, however, the only thing that I object to was that I wasn't told the devices had a microphone. If I'm in the kitchen and the microphone is in the bathroom, they can't hear me. Other companies have it. Besides that, their people were very nice, and they answered the questions that I had.
