One time when I was using their medical alert device, I was sitting on the couch, trying to get up. I fell and calleld them, and they came to pick me up. I've never had any trouble with them, or any problems with the device.

I'm really satisfied with it and have no problems. I looked into life alert but they wanted $200 down and $90 a month with a 2-year contract. MobileHelp had nothing like that, and they've been nice to help me out.

I got this because the fact of the GPS protection. They are very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and an average response time is about maybe 20 seconds. They will answer all your questions and are very helpful.

I think it should be able to reach you when you're outside so you don't have to be in the room with the base unit. I did push the button one time and they called me at least, so I'm pleased with it so far.

Thank you for your review. You only need to be within 350 feet of the Mobile Device or 600 feet of the Base Station to send a signal. If you only have the Classic system, you can always upgrade to the Duo system, which would include the Mobile Device that you can carry around with you. From the standpoint of technical capability and price this is the most reasonable option. I have never had an emergency but whenever I do a test they always reply in a timely way. I'm very confident in their quick response.

I test this once a month to make sure they hear me and I hear them. When I get up in the morning I put it on my belt and when I am home I put it on the charger. A couple of times the response time has been slow between activation and response, but I could have been in a dead zone.

I keep this on all the time because of my tendency to fall. I wish they would put a prettier, nicer color on the neck cord. I accidentally bumped it and they responded quickly.

I sometimes do and sometimes don't have a signal with this. There are times when it should have gone off. One night after I had I had an awkward little fall going down the stairs they didn't call me until 1:50am in the morning saying that the alarm had just gone off. I shouldn't have any calls back like that.

a friend of mine told us that she had it and gave us the information so we just picked it I guess. I fell about a month ago. and I lay on the floor and I couldn't get up and my mother daughter got the door open and then made the rescue truck came and got me and took me to hospital and check out and I didn't break anything so but I'm ninety seven years old and I don't get around. Well I don't really know I had no experience in a company before so I just don't know. Well after I lay down on the floor and part of it the next day you won't have you don't. Honey I just got it hoked up and I don't really know much about it.
