There is great support for the user. We lost power last week, and the operator helped me to reset the system with no problems at all. I am going to recommend this system to my cousin, who is my age and should bee protected.

Customer service is good. The only thing I kind of dislike is the idea they talk to you from a central location. If you’re not in the house, she can’t talk to you and they all the first alert people. It’s not a big deal.

I like it but it does bother me because of my pacemaker and I didn’t get my wristband when they sent the stud. It is good to use. I have been very blessed I don’t have to use it much. They have been very kind.

Overall I have been impressed with your representatives that I’ve talked to. They are knowledgeable and not pushy. I live alone so if I have to get help, they don’t have to break the door down, I like that.

I’ve been recommending it ever since I got my device. I have been telling a lot of people about it. I feel safe with GPS and the bracelet. When I got it, they told me step by step what to expect. It was very enlightening.

The company is fine. I like the bracelet. I don’t have to take it off when I shower so I don’t have to try to remember where I put it. It appears to be fine quality. They were responsive.

MobileHelp did everything they were supposed to. When it was activated, they acted as if it was a real emergency and that it was my fault. It is apparently easy to push accidentally and it goes off too easily.

The system is comfortable. The people have helped me so far and have been wonderful. The only concern I have is I was hoping the fall detection button would include a speaker but that is not an available option.

Sales person was very informative. He gave a lot of time to really explain the whole process. When my dad was having problems using mobile help, again the person worked with him and was very patient and understanding. It’s not sensitive but he does have difficulties knowing if the test went through.

It's not cheap but it is a good value. We got it for my mom and it called my brother and I got an email when she triggered it accidentally. We’re glad we can be there for her if she needs us and that we know it works.

First class operation. Every time I have a question, it is answered immediately and taken care of. The device works fine. The pendant is too sensitive as it detects false alarms.

So far I am happy with mobile help. They have pretty good customer service when I call with questions. I am not always sure that the battery lasts as long as it supposed to. Sometimes I wear it for a couple of hours when I am outside and it loses its charge. So I still have some questions about the device.
