Mobile health was very prompt with issuing my devices. I was a llittle bit lost setting up the system. Would have appreciated a quick call asking if there were any questions or concerns. i am still not really sure of some issues, including false alarms.

They always answer the call. One problem the cord around the neck is made of a fabric which I am allergic to. And Mobil Help does not offer a solution. I can only use the wristband

It's convenient. I couldn’t set it up on my own because I am computer illiterate. The instructions on the box are okay but if it weren’t for my daughter I would not have been able to do it. I’ve had two false alarms. If I dropped it in the shower I would have a hard time getting to it before they sent someone out.

Overall my experience with mobilehelp has been pretty good. All my questions were answered and when I call them, they take care of me promptly. I like the fall protection I just don’t like that it is very sensitive.

Pretty sensitive, it goes off sometimes when I barely bump it on anything. When the alert does go off they are really helpful if you need anything. They answer right away. It works really fast.

It is a little expensive but they are helpful getting it set up and the equipment seems to be top quality. I like the option of the necklace or wrist band. It would be nice if you didn’t need an extra mobile carrier and if you could communicate with the operator through the mechanism.

It’s convenient because it has fall detection. I feel safe leaving my dad at home alone. I know he is not on the floor for hours if he falls. The only thing we don’t like is the watch band is not big enough.

It’s for my mother who has Alzheimer’s so it is difficult for her. I am afraid that she will fiddle around with it and set it off accidentally, that is the biggest drawback I have with it. They are proactive in answering questions and it does work.
