I like all of it. I like that there is a lock box with a spare key for an emergency. The gentleman I spoke to walked me through it. It was very helpful. He explained everything and was very patient with my questions.

Nobody told me how to turn it off so it kept buzzing. It took me a half an hour to figure it our. They are pretty fast to answer when I call then. I had fallen in my bathroom and it my head on the shower door and they called my daughter and my friends. It was good but it didn’t detect my fall the way it was supposed to.

I always know that I can get help using it. I don't get out of bed very easily so I know I can get help and that it'll first call my daughter and she would know how seriously I needed help or else it will go to 911 so I appreciate that.

If I should fall and get hurt even in the garage or outside, I can send for someone to come get me. It is the best. The woman I talked with was very helpful and pleasant to talk to. She explained things really well.

Love the concept and the response. After wearing the wristband a while it has been falling off. I don't like the clip on the response unit so I tend to stick in my pocket. Am afraid I will loose it for forget where I put it.

The only problem I had with it I dropped it one time I can't remember what I was doing really why I dropped it and it went off it alarmed and they called me within thirty seconds after I dropped it. Other than that I've really not had any any experiences with it because I've not had to use it.

It saved my life about two weeks ago. I fell down out of bed and managed to get my bracelet down and get the ambulance there. Sometimes I have difficulty on trying to hook it up, secure it.

I like the confidence it gives me that there's somebody at the end of the button to help my wife when we need it. We tested it two or three times now and they always answered very quickly and they wanna make sure who is on the phone so its very clear and very reassuring.

I gave two of them, one to my sister and one to my girlfriend because I liked it so much. They do what they say they were going to do. I just tested it, and the time I tested it they were very responsive. Convenient

Sometimes it gets stuck on my sweater and I had to get used to it. I don’t dislike it. I used it to get help when I fell in my hall and hit my head on the ground and I couldn’t get up. They were here very quickly.

I am concerned about the transfer from 3G to 5G and how that is going to affect the device. I heard on the news it might interfere with the service. I did test it recently and the customer service rep was helpful. It was pretty straightforward. I feel secure when I have it on.

I was unhappy the one time I hit the button accidentally and they didn’t have my number to tell me the ambulance was coming. They told me so I gave it to them and everything has been fine since then. I have recommended them to friends and family.

Any issue we’ve had has been taken care of quickly. It is easy to trigger from either the pendant or the home unit. The response is rapid. It has only been an accident but it is nice to know in the case of an emergency.

I like it, but I'm having difficulty and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong, because I've been wearing the bracelet and it's been going off numerous times when I haven't press it or anything. So I don't know what caused it to go off. I need to call and talk to them about what happened. Medical Guardian has been very good at getting back to me.

I put the thing on the charging unit making sure the metal dohickeys are touching. More than once I take it off the charger and it says "needs charging". I put it back on charger for aother couple hours. Last night I noticed I was not getting the blue wifi blink. I pushed it to test it and nothing happened. Very frustrating. I put it back onto charger for a bit, and getting more and more frustrated, I pushed it. A man's voice came on and I let loose on him. I'm sorry man on other end. I was thinking if I really had an emergency I was sunk. Anyway, I put it on the charger all night and it seems to be working. I do not want to test it again because I may explode on the thingy again.

The base unit is very sensitive and I even dropped it on bed one day and it rang the emergency people, which was fine, but then I dropped it to other time on the floor and of course then it was expected to go off. However I fell very badly in the store on the 5th of January and I had my wrist band bracelet on and it did not go off so I couldn't understand quite how that would happen. They're very very understanding and caring when they get on the phone with me.

The wrist watch is overly sensitive to be activated when you're resting you're wrist or doing stuff on a table or some other hard surface it'll set the alarm off. Unfortunately their hours of operation are not conducive to my work schedule. I do like it's peace of mind when I live by myself. It give me peace of mind if something happens to me medically inside my home.

Not sure how long the battery lasts before I have to charge it. I would also like to increase the volume on it. Other than that, it is comfortable to wear and the response time is good when I test it. They immediately turn me over to a machine and would like to talk to a real person because I sometimes have questions when I test it.

So far I have been very satisfied with the Guardian Medical Alert system. Luckily I haven't had to use it as no recent falls. The magnetic connections on the cord came undone and I called for a replacement cord. The replacement was poor quality so I just used a safety pin on the good one I already had.

My mom has had her Home System for about a month now. Biggest problem is that if she leans against something a little too hard, it will go off and signal to the home base. She wears a necklace. Otherwise it seems to be a good system.
