It's for my mother, and I think it's great. She had a necklace and she broke that, so the gal called my mom right away and I think they delivered the bracelet the next day. It was great service. I just feel better that she has it when she's walking the dog. I like the large lights on it, and the bracelet seems to be fairly workable for her.

My mom is the one that uses it. We like that we don't need to have it connected to the phone line for it to work. That was actually one important reason why we picked them. The button is small, comfortable, and easy to wear. They have also been very helpful from the beginning.

The cord on the necklace is not the most comfortable out there since it's plastic but I still wear it all the time. I've only had one incident where I called just to test the button and nobody answered. Every other time I've called I've gotten good service though. I've had no other issues.

I picked them because of the services they offered. The people that I've talked to have always been pleasant. Every time I have questions, they have answered them. I have not had to use it yet, but I know it works and it makes me feel safe to know that all I have to do to get help is push the button. I wish it was smaller and not as bulky though.

My daughters chose it for me when I had some medical problems. I haven't had to use it. I've had been wearing the necklace, and I used to wear the bracelet too. One night I rolled over and set it off without meaning to, so I quit wearing the bracelet. I've been getting a credit card bill, and I don't know if it's for a year or for 6 months.

Both my daughter and son-in-law made the decision of getting this for us. They live out in California. I guess customer support is appropriate, though we haven't needed them much. We just haven't had a reason to use it. Still, having it around has become very natural and normal for us.

They were recommended by my doctor, so I got it. When I got it I wore the necklace, but no one told me I couldn't use it if I had a pace maker. I switched to the bracelet after my doctor told me about it. I had to use it on 2 different occasions and both went well. The second time though it took too long for them to come on the line. That meant that the rescue squad took longer to get to me while I was bleeding.

My daughter had picked it out for me. I spend more time in my apartment, but when I go out I take it with me. Most of the time it's in the charger. They answer immediately, and they do come; they send police to have the situation checked out if you really need assistance.

I went to their website and that convinced me to give them a call. Once I talked to them on the phone I was sure they'd do a good job for my wife and I. Whenever she has to go somewhere I wear the wristband or the neck band in case I need it. Whenever there's a power outage in her condo they'll call us up to see if there's anything wrong.

My 75 year old mother wears the device around the house. When the button had to be pushed, they answered immediately and got her the help that she needed. The button itself is adorable. It's on 24/7 and it can stand up to the every day wear and tear. She can even wear it while taking a bath and it'll work. It serves its purpose well.

My mother lives alone and she's a recent widow. She wears the device when she's here, but luckily we've not had to use it. We got it based on costs and the fact that it's a local company. They are very responsive when we do the testing, and very pleasant and helpful to her. The indicator lights are very bright and sometimes that bothers her, but other than that they're fine.

I didn't really have any idea what to get. I just asked around and nobody seems to give me the clear answers, so I looked up different companies on the computer, and that gave me pretty good reasons to get it. I hope they are very trustworthy, because It's a little high-cost, but I wear it in case I fall or do something stupid. I hope I don't have to use it, but I think it's there when I need it.

I keep it in my pocket every day. I've never had to use it but I've tripped it a couple of times accidentally. They've always answered the phone whenever that happens and talk to me. I just tell them it was an accident and that's the end of that. Everything is good.

My daughter-in-law picked it out for me, she lives out in Melville. I think one of the reasons she picked it was because it has a GPS thing in it. Any device like this is difficult to carry and keep around but this one is easier to deal with. I haven't had to use it but I've set it off a couple of times by accident. I've always gotten good results and fast reactions when I do that and they always check on me to see if I need anything. I know there are cheaper units out on the market but I don't know if they do anything differently.

The only time I've used it is when I check to make sure it's working. They've always answered. I fell a couple of times and my son decided to order it. I've never had to use it, thank goodness, but I was outside one day, and I leaned over to do something and I guess I pushed it. It was suggested by a friend. The people that responded to me when I called them were very, very good, and it's been a few glitches, but mostly the service is good. If you're in range, they respond right away. It works well, except when I happened to be on the road, out of range, and there was no service. The people who respond are very kind, non threatening, and reassuring. I had fallen and they asked if I wanted help. I said I wasn't sure, because I was able to crawl back into the bedroom and lay down again. I just kept the device next to me and a friend came, so it was okay.

I've had it for about a year now and I've only had to use it once so far. It was great though, I just hit the button and the ambulance was here in minutes. I haven't had any problems with them. At the time I was preparing to sell my house and move. I was handicapped, needed hip surgery, and needed a wheelchair in order to move around. Because of that, I felt like it would be best to have some type of alert system in case I needed help. I've been blessed. We haven't really haven't to use it yet, but I do test it, and they're pretty quick at getting back to me and checking with me. It works every time. They have not failed when I tried it. They explained everything to do with the necklace and the watch and the service. They're very informative, and they check on you and ask questions when they call. Sometimes it takes a little bit longer to get them to answer, though.

Someone had recommended it to me. I take it with me when I'm going to be outside, working my yard or something, but that's about all. I've never had to use it. Once or twice when I have dropped it, I had someone come on and ask me if I needed help, so I think that was very encouraging. I've also had a reminder when the battery was getting low, when I had not placed it in a battery box.

Some friends decided for me, and I went along with it. I wear it around my neck all the time. The only thing I don't understand is, if I'm not within range of that speaker how does it work? I like the company; it's been fine. I'm just not sure how it will work unless you're within range of the thing.

Good question! If for whatever reason you cannot speak through the speaker, our emergency trained operators will assume an emergency is occurring and proceed accordingly. They will call your primary number and if no response is received they will proceed to dispatch emergency services. This ensures you get the help you need when you need it. My neighbor had just gotten gotten one for her mother, and she had done a lot of research, so I just took her advice and went with Medical Guardian. I think it's too heavy, in the winter I put it around behind my collar, but I wear it every day. I think it would be nice to have another device... something you could put in your pocket or something like that.

We looked around at all of the companies and decided that they had the best to offer. I wear the one that goes around the neck most of the time, though it does drive me crazy because it's itchy. I used it after I had gotten home from the hospital. I had come into the house when I fell down and they were quick to call, paid attention to me, and did what had to be done. They came out to help me and it all worked out very well. It kind of woke me up to just how good the service was.

It's just lying around, because I'm allergic to the watch. I got all 3 pieces of it, and it's just lying around. I haven't had to use it for any reason, I very seldom use it. The fire department came to my house, once, and I didn't know that they were coming; I hadn't called them.
