Rated 5 Star because it is reliable, and with the GPS Option I have protection away from home. And the GPS Option really does work since I accidentally activated the device while playing golf and the next thing I knew 2 Paramedics came looking for me and found me on the golf course.

They're always there for you. Two times in the last year I accidentally pressed the button on the necklace and I was immediately contacted by Medical Guardian to ask me if I needed help. I ALWAYS wear the necklace. You cannot have more protection than having MEDICAL GUARDIAN.

We had to call for assistance twice and both times service was excellent, emergency services were called and everything ended up being ok.The man who established our service was OUTSTANDING...knew his product, made excellent suggestions based on our needs. We picked Medical Guardian for the features. It works through the internet rather than a landline which is really convenient for us. Fortunately, we haven't had an emergency where we have to use it, but, when we test it, it works really well. The device is easy to use, I bought it for my mother, she's elderly and she lives alone.
