I bought it because I think is the better and easier way to have medical response if there's an emergency after I visited your website and checked the reviews I made up my mind and decided to purchased it. So far we haven't had any problems with it.

I Went online and the service has a really good reviews, I've never used it, I bought It for someone else and he only used it once, was accidental but they respond quickly and all worked out fine. Th only problem is when you have a big house you'll need more receiver boxes in order to communicate to the device.

So far things are ok. The problem is, this one is only good when I'm at home. If I'm down in Arkansas or something it just won't work for me. Other companies have it where, no matter where I am, if I push the button I will get medical help.

I think they are a reliable company. They told us we should test it at least once every month, so we do that. Every time I had to test it, it seems like there's always somebody on duty at the other end of the line. They respond appropriately and ask us if we're alright.

I've been very pleased with them. Thank god I haven't had to use it but I do call them because they told me I got to call and make sure it's working properly. I've also pushed the button by mistake a few times and they've been very good and polite to me. It's working well, I hope they'll be there when I need them.

I got it because of the price and their reviews for my mother, she is the one that uses it. Whenever I call with questions, they've done everything they can to answer them. It's not perfect, it is kind of a pain to have to carry the home device around, but it's very helpful.

So far it works. I feel safe with it. I keep it right by my bed and I know its there. I have called in a couple of times because they had first said that I should do that at the end of each month. Last time they told me I didn't need to call anymore, that they would call me instead. The dilemma I have now is that I never know when they're going to call. I never know if I'll be around when they do that.

I have it because my daughter came up from California and did a bunch of calls to get me something. She picked this one for me, and now I have it. It's easy to use. So far I have just tested it and I've called once when I had questions about the battery. I was worried because I was told it was a 5 year battery and I didn't know it would last that long. On a typical day I just wear it while going around the house. It's really convenient to use. It just hangs around my neck since the one that goes on the wrist is kind of large. I check on it periodically to make sure it works. When my grand kids were playing with it, they called to make sure that there was no problem. I would like them to call me more often to test the system though.

They had some high ratings on the internet and liked the fact that their call centers were in the United States, so I went with it. These replies concern only the basic unit with a call button. This unit is excellent. But the unit which registers a fall is too sensitive and will sound an alarm for no reason at all. We had to discontinue the fall unit. This service is a gift from my children so I am not able to answer the monitary question below.

The information that I read on a magazine ad convinced me of looking into it and getting it. I'm new at this sort of thing, but I wear it all day and for a while I also wore it all night. I didn't even know if that was necessary, but I did. One time I set it off accidentally while sleeping though. They called me back and I just told them it was a test. I picked them because of the benefits that were offered by the equipment. I usually put the necklace on in the morning.
