The only thing I don’t like is the watch band, it keeps coming out of the little loop and I have to adjust it all the time. That’s the only thing. Other than that I love it. It makes me feel that I am not alone. I have somebody in my corner all the time. They listened to what I had to say.

I like it very much. As soon as the button is pressed, somebody is calling me to see if I am alright. The only problem is that when I am eating at the table, I lean over and I bump it against the edge of the table and it goes off. It has happened twice.

I am glad I gave it a try. It is really secure. I test it and they are there. I used it once to reach out to my son. They got a hold of him and he came right over to help me. They were polite and direct and seemed concerned. It is a good relationship.

Everyone is friendly and professional. They know what they are talking about. The information they have provided me has been accurate. The device is easy to operate. When we test it, they answer right away. Twice, when we’ve pushed the button, the EMTs have come here, it only took about 16 minutes I believe.

The one thing that I like is that if I hit the wrist button of the pendant, it does not go off like my other one did. You really have to push the button to get somebody to answer. The people who come to talk are very and nice and don’t rush you and are very quick to get you help.

I like that there was an option of the necklace and wrist option so at certain times she likes to wear one or the other. I tested it when we got it. I just pushed t he button and they were quick to come on and ask if we had an emergency. I told them I was testing it and they were very nice and professional on the other line.

The button I wear around my neck is small and lights. It’s easy to push and it seems to hold up well. I have worn it for a while and it hasn’t broken yet. It’s easy to get on and of to change clothes and things like that. Most of the people that work there are nice and, one person was a little short with but everyone else was very pleasant. I am a little disappointed that they cannot hear me all over the house.

I'm getting good follow-up and everything. It's gone off a couple of times and I don't know why, I gues I bumped or something so they are going to check it to see if it was set to loose or something. They've called me about three to four times since I've gotten it. They want to make sure i was alright.

I haven't had any problems with it. They answered right away, even when I made the test call. I tested it once and called about a blue light not flashing and they fixed it right away. It is a little heavier, the cord on my neck bothers me.

Enormously easy to use. I love the suggestion they gave of putting my list of medications on the refrigerator and the key on the door lock so that if the paramedics come flying blind, this way they know exactly where to go I really like that. Very responsive. One time I called in and added another caller to my list and she was very helpful. When I tested it, they were very fast responding to my call. When I call in every month to check on and they're very responsive, very fast answering me. I haven't had to use it for actual emergency yet thank goodness.

Their calls are professional, but they are a little slow on their response time. I like that it's easy to carry. There's a time that there was almost a full minute delay, which is a long time. A lot of people die in three to five minutes but I don't think there's apparently anything else we can do to make it faster in your answering the call for help. The only thing that I don't like is that anytime I go out of the house I always have to take a little device with me that goes from my wrist to the device.

It was very easy to sign up and I feel like the the rates in terms are very reasonable. My dad inadvertently used at once and the people were very kind and considerate in responding to the need but we've not needed to use it yet. I like the fact that its easy and there are 2 forms of notification.

It's easy to set up and easy to test and they were actually able to speak with someone. When we tested it we actually went down to the basement and we were able to go all the way up to the top floor in the back of the house so it's got really great signal. Every time I've called and talked to them, they've been very helpful.

I've tested it and immedaiately they call in so I know it's working. They don't seem to have good communication between each other. Like I got a letter that said I needed to set up my system, but I had already setit up. So they need to get their act together in the sense that they need to communicate better between the different departmenst so they don't look foolish.

I like everything except for the little rubber thing that they put the medical alert button in because sometimes that will stretch out. The other day it fell out and I couldn't see it and the alarm went off three times. They're just very good they're quick with their response and even though it went off three times no one was nasty they were all very nice people.

I like that they're very prompt when you pushed the button for them to help you. My granddaughter recently pushed it she didn't know, I just had it hanging on my walker and she pushed the button and the next thing I know they are calling wanting to know if I needed help so that was, that was pretty heart rendering to me as an elder.

It works so fast. It interfered with my clothing that I wear. I've set it off accidentally three times since I've had it. I had to rearrange the lanyard that is hanging on because I'm not very tall and when I caught up against the counter. The people who answer are very nice when I accidentally set it off.

I have accidentally used it twice but I accidentally pushing the button once while I was sleeping and once while I was I guess laughing and fooling around with my granddaughter and my daughter and I got a quick response. They've heard the phone ringing and the quick response, "Are you okay?" and everything and I was quite pleased with that. And then I also called once because I was having trouble charging it and they went through how to charge it and I've had no trouble since then.

The only problem I had when we tested it was I could hear them but they couldn't hear me. I had to go over to the right to that machine to talk to them, we couldn't talk across the room. I like that it's with me all the time in case I need it.
