Their device is very convenient to wear around my neck. You can wear it in the shower and it works out well. Thankfully, I haven't had to use it for real but have tested it and it worked well. Whenever I've needed them, they've taken care of me.

I like the fact that the device is always available if something happens when I'm alone. I haven't had any problems with it so far and once we tested it they were responsive within two seconds of pressing the button. I'm very happy with Medical Guardian overall.

I like everything about it except it's a little bit heavy to wear around my neck. I used it once by accident and they answered almost immediately. They were very courteous, easy to understand, and made sure I wasn't in any danger. The whole experience was nice and professional.

I like the security it provides me knowing someone is watching. The salesperson I talked to was very patient with me. They answered all my questions and followed up with me a different day like they said they would. Everything went according to plan, so I'm very satisfied.

I like the fact that it's there for me whenever I need it. The only thing I don't like and wish they'd change is that the device would give you a signal of sorts so you know when to charge it. Otherwise, you don't see it's dead until it's dead.

We bought an alert for our aging parent and it's been a relief. Each customer service experience has been really positive. From the initial calls with sales to the early days of setup. That everyone is so helpful makes all the difference!

This device gives my mom security. I wish they would put more holes in the watch since my mom's wrist is very small and it doesn't stay in place, so I wish they had different sizes. When we tested it, they responded right away when we pushed the button.

Their device is small and convenient. I wish that it could go longer than 5 days without recharging it. I called customer support to inquire about why my device was blinking blue and they were able to answer all my questions easily and quickly. Overall, I'm very happy with my unit.

The system is very light weight and easy to charge. I haven't had any problems with it. I'm very satisfied with it because every time I've tested it they have been very prompt in getting back to me. It gives me peace of mind, and I wear it all the time.

I don't like how much the device weighs on your neck, but that's the only thing I don't like about it. When I tested it, I pushed the button and they asked what they could help me with. I was able to understand them really well.

I like that this device goes anywhere I go. When I first tested it, I got an immediate response. With other companies, you have to have one device for at home and one device for when you leave. Medical Guardian's device lets you take your device anywhere as well as using it at home.

We've tested our device and it works perfectly. We are very pleased with it overall. Every time I interact with customer service they are very supportive. I think everyone should have this system. It provides attentive security that's unavailable without the device.

I've tested the device a few times and it works. It takes you awhile to get through to someone so I can't imagine how that would work if you have an emergency. However, when they do answer they are friendly and gracious. This device is worth the money and peace of mind for myself and my children.

This device came in pretty handy a couple of weeks ago when I was in the kitchen and broke my arm. I was able to talk to a lovely young man on the other line and it was very soothing. This device is very helpful and easy to use and gets you a hold of someone within a matter of minutes.

Love that it is easy to use and it makes me feel safe in my own home. It does take a couple of minutes sometimes to answer when I push the button and it does seem like a long time. They are very nice about it if you press it accidentally. It is affordable so I would recommend it.

I like the safety and security knowing I've got it on. I used it when I fell, and the police department was there in about five minutes. They got me up and moving again and I was really impressed with the whole process. The people in customer service are very pleasant, professional, and make you feel comfortable when you call.

I like it because it works, but it weighs a bit more than I thought it would. It's well designed. I'm optimistic and hopeful that their customer service will be there when I need them. My battery suddenly stopped one time, so I wish there was a warning before it dies so I can charge it before it shuts down completely.

I don't have to worry about falling and nobody being home. I fell and broke my leg which is why I bought this device. I can even take a shower with this device and the water doesn't hurt it. I've tested it every once in a while, and they always answer me immediately. It works great and is a good machine.

Their customer service calls periodically to make sure it's working, but it's simple and easy to use. The set up was also easy. When I tested it, they took longer than expected for someone to answer me. It took about 2-3 minutes, and if I were having a heart attack or something, I'd need someone to get back to me in about a minute. It can get a bit expensive to purchase this service.

The cord is ugly but that is a minor thing I should just get a nice one for it. I also wish the light wasn’t so bright. It is kind of frightening in the middle of the night to see it shining on the ceiling. I like that I can press a button and get help. I like the people that answer the phone. I’ve been pleased with them.

My wife wears the wristband and we have the necklace available if we need it. I am a little more active than she is so I don’t carry it around with me. We’ve been pleased with it. It works, we have tested it. The people we’ve talked to have been very responsive.

You can’t beat nationwide. I did check it when I got to my winter house and they got the address right. It is a little big so I wear it under my shirt. I am hesitant to wear it in the shower but other than that I feel confident. They helped me set it up. They are very nice and friendly.

Overall their products are very good. I test it once a week and there are not problems with it. I was concerned about the wrist bracelet compared to the necklace and they took my request and sent me a necklace as well. It’s pretty handy if nobody is around.

The only problem I have with it is I am trying to figure out the length of time to charge it. It varies from two to seven days. It is good in every other aspect. I have accidentally pressed the button once and they were on immediately asking if I was okay.

I lived with my son and his wife but they moved because of the pandemic so I am alone now and now if I fall I have something to rely on. I am happy with it. When I set it off by mistake, the operator was on asking me if there was a problem.

Everything worked the way they said and all is good now mom got the help she needed with one push of a button. I'm now living 1200 miles away and feel better knowing she has a safety net

Accessible and easy to work. It works well and they are timely. One time my mother hit the button when she was a bit disoriented and they gave me a call, I am the first person they contact, and I was able to go by early that morning to make sure she was doing fine. If I don’t pick up they call the 2nd person on the list.

When my grandmother called it, they were on it quickly. Even though it was a false alarm, it was nice to know that somebody still answered just to make sure she was okay. I like that it is loud. It is hard for my grandmother to understand the person if they are not speaking clearly. It is very simple and easy to use.

Invaluable as it gives me freedom for safety reasons to be outside and it works great when we test it. The response was immediate and clear. The sales experience was also fantastic. I do think that the wrist band should be a softer than a hard plastic. Something a little more elastic would be better.

Twice by mistake I have pushed it. The person comes on right away and asks me my name and if I am okay. I like everything about except that when I cross my chest, it gets set off because I forget it is there. I would like something to stop it once it starts so I don’t have to wait for someone to come on to ask the questions.

It is a good price for peace of mind. It offers fall protection, which not all medical alert systems do. When my grandmother sets the pendant on the table a little bit too quickly, they call right away. It is easy to understand people who call you and easy to call in.

so much for an anonymous survey

When it arrived, it was not fully set up. I had to make calls to get the devices to work. When it was set off by a sudden movement that was not a fall, the audible instructions said to "Press the button if this is not an emergency" but pressing the button didn't do anything. It was some frantic moments when the audible instructions told me that emergency services were being dispatched when I had not even been connected to a representative through the device by phone or by the device. It has gone a little smoother since then.

At the very beginning of the month, I tested it and it worked very well. The operator was polite and efficient. She asked me a couple of questions to determine it was a legitimate test and when she was assured it was, she concluded the call. I like the feeling that I have some backup in case of an accident.
