We've only tested it We haven't actually had to use it so this really nothing to report other than the test went fine. There have been problems. I feel better knowing that my mom is gonna be looked after I can't be there so its like having somebody there just in case

I just wear it everyday and its available. Apparently it went of without even realizing that I hadn't even touched it so it was very you know it goes off quickly. I like that I can call and answer right away because I had situation the other day when it went off and was nothing wrong I don't even know like I'm going to answer didn't you know simple.

If I really need them, they answer. I wish I had gone with the wrist one rather than the necklace because I accidentally press it. I accidentally pressed it a couple of nights ago while cooking and they answered in a pretty short fashion and I told them I didn’t need them.

It's the easiest one I found to use. It is durable, it works. So far we just tested it one time and they came on speaker really really quickly and help us out, it's easy super easy. There's several ways to contact somebody if I need a question answered. I like that it's easy and it's convenient.

I will recommend it to anybody that's elderly and need a support, that's the best thing to have. It's easy to get to and you can depend on it. I had to go up and down stairs a lot and I'm scared that if I fall I will be able to get through it. But I know if I have it around my neck if I should fall somebody will be there.

It was easy to set up and the people answering on the other end are also easy to understand. It worked well when we tested it, the operator was pleasant and efficient and quick response. They are quick to answer when you pressed the alert button.

The only complaint I have is that you're supposed to be able to remove the cord from the device if you wanna close it into like a belt clip but the instructions stated press on the button to remove it but there is no button to press on mine. They were very courteous and they answered any questions I had. I've tested it before and the person answered it in a timely fashion. It's easy to use, includes fall detection.

We just got it and we only used it once so far and we had sort of a fire drill with it ended up being a non emergency. I really appreciated the rapid response that I received from Medical Guardian.My mother seems to have no problem with it so that's good. It's been responsive and they've been thorough in explaining everything to us.

Everytime I've contacted them they've answered my questions and been good. There's nothing remarkable about the test that I did, I got a call back and I talked to them and told them it was just a test and they disengaged. I like that when I accidentally engage it that I can push the button and turn it off.

I like the peace of mind that comes with the system. I got the system for my mother and have the app on my phone. I am concerned that the connectivity always reads poor. I tried moving it closer to a window as directed by customer service. It didn't make a difference. When I have tested the system, it works. However, how do we know it will function if it is needed?

I tested it and worked just fine. Once my granddaughter pushed it by accident and they called me right away. There's nothing I dislike about it and its very convenient. I fortunately haven't had to use it, but it's nice knowing that its there.

Have used it twice after a fall and within seconds I was talking to someone, they contacted EMS and called my son. The continued to call each contact number for my sons until one of them received the message that I had fallen and need help to get up.

It's a great system to have. We fill very safe that it's working properly and she can use it very easily. We are paying for the drop detection and so far with a few falls she has had, it doesn't work. Thankfully she hasn't passed out with any falls. We have called IT several times and we always get the we will have to look into it after they go through their first step repair. Then no one ever calls us back. If we are paying for it. It would be nice that it work more than it is.

I I love it. One time I accidentally threw my purse on the bed and didn't realize that set it off and they got with me right away it was really good. I really appreciate that so it made me feel safer. It has just really good server and I'm quite pleased.

I like that it is easy to work. It has worked with me when I accidentally hit it on the floor and they called me and thought maybe I had fallen. Its easy to wear and so far I don't dislike anything. They've always been able to help me every time.

It does have to be charged and so I'm unprotected during that time, I usually put it on whenever I go to bed at night. My cat pushed the button and they did respond quickly and I was glad to be able to tell them I didn't need them.

I've been very pleased that it fits on the waist band of your pants and you can just drop the cord in that and then I don't ever take the cord off but it, I've been very very pleased with that. I feel very very secure having it and I keep it on me at all times except at night and at night I have it in my bed.

I like that my mother is able to press the button if there is an accident and there is no additional fee. Everyone has been very nice to her when she makes an error. I wasn’t originally happy because they told me one thing and there was something different I got. But now it is fine. I appreciate being told from the beginning there were options. My mother has Alzheimer’s so it is much easier for her to wear a wrist watch over a necklace. It takes about thirty to forty seconds to get a live agent. They’re always courteous and never make you feel bad if it is an accident.

I was impressed with the initial sales call. It wasn’t a hard spiel. It was informational. They were patient trying to describe it to me. It was very thorough. One time the staff contacted me because the device was not working and they wanted to make sure it was working. It was a good interaction. I feel relatively safe it.

It's like any insurance you pay for. Whether you use it, it is always there. I have used it and I was pleased with the outcome. They sent a friend to help me. Fortunately I did not hurt myself. Every time I have tried to use it, it is always reliable. I feel like I am not alone. It is light and easy to wear around my neck. You have to charge it every five days and sometimes I forget. It would be nice to have a record to know when it runs down.

Medical Guardian answers immediately and are courteous and make sure everything is fine. They have been very kind. I have to plug it in every night though I am able to go five days without charging it. It gives me comfort knowing someone is on the other end of a call if I fall. They have been right on calling me back.

I’ve only used it once since I got it and that god they were there. They were very polite and I love that they were able to get the ambulance here quickly. I was having chest pains and shortness of breath and I pushed the button and they answered right away and sent out an ambulance. They called me back two minutes after the ambulance.

If someone were to ask, I would recommend it highly. It’s a good service. Its not cheap but it is not inexpensive to hire people who know what they are doing. I like that I can talk to a person and that it works as advertised. We needed it. The response time is immediate and the answers and explanations are totally great. It is handled properly.

This is a good product though the larger pendant was faulty. She has used it three times. One time the fire department came and took her to the hospital. It was effective. Customer service was really good about helping us set it up and getting us a new pendant.

I have accidently pushed the button & didn't know I did. The first time I was buy my phone & could answer. The second time I was in bed & couldn't hear the phone ring. They called my daughter & her husband came & checked on me. But they had called the police, too. I thought tat was unnecessary. & they could have given my daughter more time before calling the police.

I've been wearing the bracelet and it's cold weather with long sleeves so it's been difficult it will sometimes pull loose. I would rather have the watch that you can put on or either just pull over your hand. If I need, it of course I hope I don't need it, but if I do I can have help so that's reassuring.

It's always there and ready for me. I never had to use it, but I test it once a month and it works fine. Everybody's been very kind and very friendly. One time I was completely in another room and none of the devices were near me and it went off and they have no idea why but it just did. They took care of it and reset it.

As long as the string that holds it together stays put its good. Sometimes it falls off and I can't believe it if I'm in the bathroom. It gets separated, I don't know how it does, but it does. I don't like the fact that it's battery operated and I have to wear it all the time.

Yeah 5 everything went smooth. I can't figure it out, sometimes it flashes sometimes it doesn't. I don't know if it's me or the device. I'm an old lady I don't know. I hate the flashing light I feel like a Christmas tree. I hate that I'm in public and people don't know what's flashing on me it's awful.

The stupid watch band is a real joke. The button is in it and I think on three or four occasions, I have pushed the button in bed and they came on. I’ll be happy when they get a better watch band. The rest of the device is good. I don’t have any problems with customer service.
