I placed my order with Ed B (can't remember his name). After I had hung up I realized I had given him the wrong credit card. I had wanted to use another card, so I called back and was told he was stepped away. I left a message but never heard from him. The term "Service after the sale" springs to mind.

I ordered the Medical Guardian for my 92 yr mom. The original person on the phone was very helpful on the two times we talked and placed the order. My credit card was charged for a three-month period and a FedEx label was created on August 13, 2015. It is now September 6th and there has been no delivery or notice of delays or problems.

Was given an amount for 1 year of service which I agreed to in advanced. Have been charged an extra $329.45 which I have yet to get refunded. At this point I am considering sending the equipment back as soon as it is received.

Lenny was great and very helpful. I'm not happy though that my equipment still has not been sent to me. And no further word about when it will be. I was supposed to get an email about when it was shipped. I didn't mind that the email said it would be up to two weeks but as it has not even been shipped yet that really leaves me hanging.

I'm giving you people an average rating because I haven't received the products yet. I don't know why it should take this long to ship from Phila. to Albany, N.Y. (ordered on 7/3)

I think that since your clients are usually elderly and alone it would be helpful to send printed instructions that duplicate what is given verbally in the activation process.

I am actually a bit disappointed. I was told that this would ship out on Monday 3-9 and it wasn't even shipped as of Wednesday the 10th. Jason said he would ship it 2 day air as I did not want my mother left alone, but now it looks like she will be alone without it as I still don't have email confirmation with tracking number and it is Friday.

I am about to CANCEL my order. I orderexc the sysrtem two days ago. NO acknowledgement of what I bought, the amount I was billed for, and NO EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE. The person I talked to on the phone told me that my credit card was processed, and it WAS NOT. I am wondering: what did THEY DO WITH MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION?
