I looked up the best Medical Alerts on Google, and it popped up on the first line. I looked at others, but I chose them because of the commercials I saw. My grandpa wears the device every day, but we didn't use it yet.

I have fallen several times in the past. I feel very secure with my monitoring device and am not so worried when I have to be alone.

They had the best features for the best price. That's why I got it for my mother in law. I think the design of the button is good, it has all the features that she needs.

I did an analysis and based on the findings and on my needs they were the most appropriate service. Though I wish it had the GPS system instead of being tied to a particular location.

From the reviews and options available, they seemed like the best choice for my parents. They've used it twice and everything has worked well.

I was looking for something that could help me if I happened to fall down. I wanted to make sure I would be able to get help if that happened. I have the button attached to my wrist, so I just put it on and have no problems with it. It works and I can rely on it. I haven't really gotten good support from them though. It's very poor, they're always out to get more money. Billing is also very poor. Still, they're an outstanding company.

I did an internet search and got it for my mother. The button is alright. It looks ok, it's not too big, and it works fine. We had a lot of problems with customer service though. I don't think they handled our agreement properly. It has taken weeks and several phone calls and emails to try and get things straightened out and we still couldn't get things right. I even had to go to the better business bureau and only then did things get resolved. Based on that experience, I wouldn't use them again.
