The rubber on the buttons won't stay on. They pull off. I think Medical Guardian should have replacement buttons instead of replacing the watch. There is a slow connection when I test it.

I had to give mine back because it doesn't cover where I work where I'm out on the farm. I had to use it one time and never got through. I finally had to call myself because it would just ring and we went to the county emergency services instead of Medical Guardian's services.

When my mother-in-laws alarm went off an emergency contact person was notified first and NOT 911. I question this as if it were a life threatening emergency there would have been a huge delay in her care.

Reply from Medical Guardian

Theresa, thank you for your feedback. Looking at your mother-in-law's account, it looks like her emergency response protocol has been adjusted so 911 is called before her emergency contacts, resolving this issue for you both. Please don't hesitate to reach back out if you have any other questions or concerns. Have a great day!

I think it is a good company. The only complaint I have is the lockbox. We were unable to open it - but we don't really need it anyway. My mother is the problem.

So far it has been a disaster. I paid for expeditited delivery which still is not here 9 days later. Then after reading the p aperwork that came with it and it said would not work on Voip, DSL or Broadband, I had to switch phone col because I have voip, now I am told that is not true, even though their paperwork says so. Now if I cancel the new phone co. it will cost me 100. I have not activated medical alert yet, because not sure If it want to do business with a company so disorganized and undependable.

Sharon, thank you for your review. We are currently investigating what occurred with that shipping issue you experienced and for the confusion surrounding the paperwork. We value your feedback and will look further into what occurred here. Have a great day!
