Set up easy; after just 1 month, watch broke. Customer service said my call would be returned in 24-48 hours. After over 48 hours, I had to call them back. Lindsey very helpful.

They are very attentive. I set my alarm off in error and because they were unable to reach me they sent paramedics. Embarassing but so grateful.

I'm completely satisfied with it. You might have to wait a while on the weekend for them to answer but other than that they answer.

My medical alert device is fantastic except the device on my chest is a little bit heavy. The quality is wonderful. When I banged it, they were on instantaneously.

Up until yesterday, I was pleased with the product. My mother fell yesterday afternoon and the alert did not go off. When I spoke with customer service, they informed me 'not all falls are detected.' Why am I paying for this additional feature if it doesn't work ALL the time? I will be canceling the service with Medical Guardian. When I spoke with the original sales lady she never once mentioned it only worked part of the time. In fact, I was told it is so sensitive, it will detect if she leans over. NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT!!! Sorr6.

They are very responsive and very kind. I wish there was a way that would be very simple to be sure that the device is charged so that I do not miss putting it on correctly.

I pushed the button while outdoors, just to test its range. I did not realize that i couldn't answer your question unless i went in the house, close to the unit.

The first month the base unit was the only one connected. The wrist one and the one that was wore around the neck were not connected. When they were connecting the items to their system the numbers were so small I had to use a magnify glass. I am 76 years old and I don't need this confusion. I have been checking every month to be sure it is connected. That is the only time I have any connection w/them. I pray that the problem is fixed.

It''s difficult to establish the connection for the unit to charge. It is easily knocked from the delicate touch required to keep the poles touching.

Wearing it around my neck, especially in the heat, is something I don't like. I called to see if they had a wrist carrying device and they said no. When I chare it, it flashed all the time, sometimes blue and sometimes red, and I don't know what it is doing. I just know I am unhappy with it.
