I haven't had any serious issues. I have talked to one person in customer service and he was pretty good at explaining everything. The best thing is that is convenient, and I can use my mobile app.

You don't need a land line and the technology seems like it is pretty advanced. I have had some trouble with the home box losing connection with the WiFi. They were very helpful every time I called and they answered my questions.

I am having some issues with one of my front cameras, it blinks on and off with any movement. I like their customer service, they have a quick response time and friendly people.

It was easy to install and it was the complete package. The support monitors very well if there is an issue, they call immediately. So far the few times we've had to deal with them has been excellent.

I feel like I was a little bit misled by the customer service. They need to be one hundred percent clear on what they are selling to make sure the customer understands. One time we forgot to turn off the alarm and we were called immediately.

They are usually very very helpful. I don't have to do a lot of waiting to talk to someone, they've always been helpful when I called in. The equipment is easy to use. I'm not one hundred percent satisfied with the level of monitoring. I like that I can arm and disarm the system from my cell phone. I don't like the fact that only when the alarm goes off for more than thirty seconds, I get a call. I would like to have a call no matter how long the alarm goes off for.

The customer service has been very responsive but I did have an issue where I couldn't contact them because they had no representatives available at the time, maybe it was outside their office hours. It's inexpensive but functional.

There was confusion in the beginning whether the online service and app were included in the basic package. I thought it was, and I had the app when I signed up. However, after paying, the app became non-functional. I called them and they added full functionality and the app. Great resolution!

Customer support tries to help me whenever I call them and they've been good. The system is good, it had a malfunctions and I needed customer support and we haven't had any problems getting it.

I liked that I could install the security system myself. The sensors go off sometimes and I don't know why. Customer service is pretty responsive. They're really good at turning them off when I call but if I'm not home, it is kind of an issue. I ordered a replacement a month ago and haven't got it yet, so I am going to call again today.

They are very helpful, quick responses, and just excellent customer help. The system is very easy to use and seems to work very well. I like my ability to use my phone app to secure my home when I leave and forget.

I chose FrontPoint because of the first response from the marketing and a very good initial price. The customer service always listens to my question when I ask them and they provide me an answer. It's a convenient system with small sensors used and no wiring.

I don't feel that the alarm is loud enough and they don't offer an extra alarm that you can add to it. You can use your cell phone to arm or disarm it and that makes it a lot easier.

Every time we had a question they've always been quick to respond. We haven't had any issues and everything seems to work great. I like the mobile app to be able to view the cameras from anywhere.

I think they provide great customer service. They know the product very well and they're clear with explanations but it's not always consistent. The system works really well. It's easy to install and easy to use. Their app really walks you through everything step by step when you first get your system.

Most of the representatives were very patient and helped me workout the technical issues that I had. I have had some problems with the long-range sensors, but the system is easy to use, easy to set up, and is affordable.

Everything is so easy to install and use. They are very easy to get a hold of and they are very knowledgeable. I like the app because you can check all the alarms and doors in your house.

It is simple and easy to use. The price was right for us. The workers were very helpful and knowledgeable. The security system gives me peace of mind when I sleep. They didn't disclose something to us at the beginning and it was very frustrating.

They are quick to call back on alarms and they are helpful to answer questions and make sure I am satisfied. We had a false alarm once and before I knew it, the police were at the door.

They are very responsive to alarms, but I am concerned that a live person doesn't call you when there is a problem with your alarm. It is a very durable system, but water and other elements can cause it to degrade and malfunction.

They had really good customer service and were amazing to work with. When I thought the price was a little too high, they did everything they could to lower it for me and gave me a great monthly rate. But, I did have some issues with the smoke detector and a camera not working correctly.

Frontpoint was at a low cost, and the installation process was very easy. Customer service was cooperative and helpful, but there was quite a bit of miscommunication about the systems capabilities, and the service didn't quite measure up to what was expected. It doesn't really have the capabilities as advertised.

Customer service representatives are friendly, and they engage any problem that you have. The service is high quality, but I wish it was simpler, and that you could integrate it with other systems.

What I like is that I get consistant notifications of doors left open or when the alarm is armed or disarmed. What it can improve in is getting installers to come out and install the equipment. Specially the door bell camera. Till this day it is not installed as my husband was unable to do it.

Good experience. But I was told motion sensors would work with a cat. They do not. Switched to glass break. But when I sent back the motion sensors I was charged for the hardware when it was to be an even exchange. I had to call for my credit.

I think they offer the best customer service, they are a 24-hour service. The support is phenomenal, they'll do whatever it takes to teach you and make you understand. They need to resolve a few small things, but it is super user friendly to use. Even if you weren't technically inclined the system is user friendly.

With the limited amount of time I have spent on the phone with customer service, they have been able to help me with my concerns and answer all my questions. The system works well but is kind of big and bulky. I wish they included mobile monitoring as well.

The equipment was easy to set up. I set it up myself. I was a little upset with the fact that the introduction included use of the online application but once that introduction was done, they wanted to charge me an additional ten dollars a month for the app and that wasn't what they told me originally.

The folks on the phone are extremely well trained and knew exactly what they were talking about. Everytime I called, I got an answer. Their equipment is high quality but they don't necessarily have the same wide selection as some of their competitors.

They always help and I never had an issue or any kind of problems with them. They pay on the first of the month, regardless of when you actually start so if you start on the middle of the month, they will charge you on the first which I don't know why they do that.

When I was setting up the system, the young man at first wasn't very clear so I had to call back adn the second representative was actually better. I think the system could be a little bit better. The alarm isn't loud or strong enough.

If I've ever had any technical questions or any technical support, I've had no issues getting ahold of someone immediately. They've always been able to either answer my question or set it up for me. There are some connection issues occasionally between the cameras and the mobile app or the weather based site.

The first equipment I got had a defective part and they replaced it with no issues. Every time I get a phone call, they are respectful and are able to deal with the issues. It seems like there's a lot of other equipment that's less conspicuous, but I think it gets the same security functionality.
