It works great. I feel safe. When the alarms if you forget, the police are here instantly. When you call, you get right through. You are not on hold for a million hours. They take care of the problem immediately.

I did a lot of web search and saw on multiple sites that it was the top rated home security system so I picked them. It is incredible easy to install and it seems to work really well. Any time I’ve had to interacted with someone, it has been a pleasure.

Customer service is prompt replying. They are really attentive. They are able to help me out when have issues. Most of the equipment is good. I do have a complaint with the control panel. The alarm sound is too low. It is easy to operate though.

It's great for young people but may not be as easy for someone who is a little older. It is a little complicated installing certain products. I had it a little off and it was not a very good experience. Customer service is pretty responsive and pleasant to deal with. They don’t push as much as other companies.

I like that I can manage it from wherever I am. Some of the sensors sometimes start acting up so that is a little bit of a pain but I think they are little short staffed as sometime I can not get a hold of them and have to wait for the phone call.

FrontPoint could be a lot more customer oriented. A lot of times you can’t get a good answer from customer service. Sometimes their equipment failed and they kind of don’t know what to do other than to say get new equipment. The monitor lasted two years and it went out and when I asked for them to replace it, they told me to go out buy a battery pack and fix it myself.

Customer service is really good. I think they have a good mixture of home automation and home security. I have some trouble with door contacts, they don’t behave well and they don’t function all the time. The little stickies don’t work will, I wish they were a little bit more solid.

It makes us feel more secure. It has been easy to use and it was easy to install. It seems to work. The only suggestion I would have for FrontPoint is to offer some sort of referral program.

Monitoring is expensive but it does work. The police of responded appropriately when the alarm goes off. It is simple. They are always very responsive and their advice is usually spot on.

It was really easy to install. Everything is good. Sometimes the kids open the door when the alarm is on and they call right away to make sure nobody is getting into the house.

I’ve had other brands and Frontpoint’s technology is superior and the price of all the services is competitive. The people I speak with are confident. Every time I call, I get answers.

I like the services that it provided and all the different choices for home security products. They monitor - they are quick to respond if the alarm goes off. However, I had an issue with the center of the monitor and I still haven't gotten it resolved yet. The motion sensor I was having a problem with is still not fixed.

There were some times where the front door alarm was faulty but I would be able to turn it off from inside the house. This usually happens around the same time in the early in the morning. They are usually very helpful whenever I had to have a discussion with them. Priced better than ADT.

I think the mobile app and the remote access are my favorite things about Frontpoint. The company is thorough I originally picked them because they are a good price and I could set the system up myself.

We've had several people who have attempted to break in and so we feel a home security system is necessary and it's been effective. Whenever I have questions I don't have any trouble you know with them answering them.

The few times the alarm went off, they were quick to respond. It seems to be operating good. They have a camera system, but it is not great but the price was reasonable. The customer service representative was a little rude.

What really sold me on the user system was the customer service and the prompt feedback. He security system is very top of the line modern technology, though the cameras do need improving, that's the only negative thing I have to say.

It keeps me safe. It was all brand new equipment that I wish was little more durable and then it would be top notch, but it was easy to move and set up. The personal service is great. They sent me a package and wished me well. They were very prompt and thorough explaining everything to me.

Technologically they are ahead of the game but is still cheaper. It all works well. Customer service when it comes to sales is really good but there is no way to track your order, so once you spend the money, there is no feedback on where the order is in the process.

Easy to use and hasn't failed. Customer support is responsive and always a good experience. I did have a problem with a piece not sticking on the wall but they sent us some additional pieces and it worked. I wish that they would be more responsive when the alarm goes off.

They are receptive when you need to call. You have a few problems with it every now and then and they need to be readjusted. Sometimes the doorbell camera doesn't pick up the motion detector so we have to call and get it reset again. I like the ease in which you could activate the system. Just push the button and it activates it.

I only talked to them a couple of times, but the couple of times that I did need help, they were very helpful and I could get my system going pretty quickly. When I'm using their system, it lets you know which door is open and it's loud enough that you can hear it through the house.

They were very knowledgeable and he seemed to know what he was talking about and he talked me out of buying the extra stuff that I didn't need and helped me with deciding what was most important to buy. The control box that they sent me, the front panel keeps falling off so I had to take it on. Other than that, everything is great.

In the beginning, my experience wasn't what I thought it would be. They didn't sent the correct item at first and then when I called them, I had to basically call two times to get the right item mailed to me and then when I did, they didn't set up the referral, they ended up charging me. The system that they have sticky stuff isn't really sticky so I had to use crazy glue myself to fix some.

Experience has been good. Their written complaint option within the Frontpoint app is unresponsive, calling with complaints/problems is much better. Use of the App to arm and disarm is very user friendly. Adding sensors to the system is very easy through the App or by calling them on the phone. I feel the cost is a little higher than need be.

They usually answer and get your problem fixed fairly quickly. Problems, you're gonna call them...alot. Between faulty sensors, mobile apps that report as an error, and delayed door chime call outs that'll scare the pants off you when no one has used the backdoor in over 20 minutes ago when you brought the dog in and locked the door and armed the alarm for bed and then BACKDOOR CLOSED!!! Rings out while you're laying down.

Installation is easy, however, customer service is not great. For example, I put in a call two weeks ago for help with installation of a new keypad. When on hold for Customer Service, you are given the option to leave your number for a callback & then you select a time. My callback was supposed to come 30 minutes later, but it came a week and a half later when I wasn't home to upgrade the unit. My biggest complaint is that when subscribing, you are given the impression that you will have full use of the FrontPoint app, however, it expires after something like 30 days at which time if you want to continue using it, you have to pay $10 more per month. That was never told to me when I signed the contract. It's ridiculous that to have use of the app, I would need to pay the same amount per month I was paying to CPI & they actually talk to you when an alarm goes off. Sorry that I signed a 3 year contract.

It's been a good experience although there is the occasional glitch or times when the camera doesn't pick up motion when a package is delivered which is concerning for when I am not home and if someone would be trespassing

I wish they are there twenty four hours, but they don't do it. I wish they had touch screens. Some of their equipment seems out of date. What I like about it is that you can install it yourself. They don't force you to buy unnecessary equipment.

It is easy to install and less expensive than others. I like that I can do it on my phone, though I wish they could come up with a motion sensor that did not get set off when the dog walks by like others do. They call you back promptly.

Customer service did a good job. I don't like the fact that I don't have an app to use to turn it on and off and to make sure everything is working. The website should be part of the package all the time without charging extra.

The best thing is the pricing and the ability to do it yourself. Installing the system was easy. I do have a lot of problems with the pieces of equipment going off line for no reason. When I've had problems, it took about three days for support to respond.
