The best thing is the pricing and the ability to do it yourself. Installing the system was easy. I do have a lot of problems with the pieces of equipment going off line for no reason. When I've had problems, it took about three days for support to respond.

I have had some issues with the equipment. Customer service is really outstanding. They are always there to answer their phones and call you back with they say they're going to. They're very patient. The prices are reasonable and it is simple and doesn't require wifi to work.

I have no complaints about the equipment or service. Both have met my expectations. Sales department needs work. I was lured in by a $20 a month offer and was not told that after a trial period the Frontpoint app would be disabled. When I called to complain I was told they would be happy to enable it for me for $10 a month. Of course I was furious. The customer service rep I spoke with was absolutely certain this was explained to me during the sales process but i will assure you it was not. I tried to cance my service but was told the free cancellation period had expired and the 3 year contract was in effect. How convenient for Frontpoint that it works out that way. Not a happy client.

The self-activation with app process was pretty good but did require some help via phone & the agent couldn''t tell me much about the doorbell cam installation outside of a booklet she was reading from. I did better through YouTube or other system installs. They can improve on more features in their app, pricing, long contract, update to keypad, & wireless connectivity. They can''t use 5G and my 4G seems to not work as well. Their doorbell cam quality could be better & response to motion is not the best. They also don''t give tracking information. You just have to wait until things arrive.

ok. Improvement: Make the online app service affordable. When I signed up this for a contract I was told that this was feature, but then I found out that it is a free trial issue. After a month I was asked to pay. I cancelled that service. This does not seem honest.

I've only called customer service one time to help troubleshoot which worked out fine. It was a good experience. It's tricky to deal with when you're installing it but once you figure it out, it's fine.

Frontpoint is pretty trustworthy. It is a good security system. When I contact them, my situation is cleared up right away and they stick with me until the situation is completed. Also it was less expensive.

Frontpoint's sytem has many aspects that are part of the basic package with one or two things that have to be purchased additionally. It is convenient. Any issues I've had, they've been able to resolve quickly.

Liked that I could install it myself and not have anybody come into my home to install it. I also like that it is wireless but it is not super high quality security. Still, I like the comfort of knowing somebody is monitoring my home and that would be alerted to an intruder.

It is good but no better than anything else on the market currently. The price is what made me decide it was right for me. The cellular connectivity and the phone app are the best parts. Their customer service is quick to respond.

Everything is great so far. We feel more secure when we are away from the house because we get notified if there is an alarm. The price is reasonable. They have been very helpful anytime we've had to call them.

Totally easy to set up and install. We have had one or two sensors come off the door because it was cold when we installed it in winter, but other than that no issues. They are easy to talk to and we are never on hold for long.

I've already recommended to my sister. It was easy to sign up and self install. I have had some issues with the sensors but they were very good about correcting any issues and mailed out sensors as soon as I let them know about the problem. They were very patient.

I've always gotten someone that knows and can provide the assistance that I needed and they're fully trained. I've never gotten to them and not had a solution. I would say that there is security software that provides better detection. It's dependable.

Customer service has included call backs and immediate responses with potential alarms and also questions about the system. When I first installed it, I had some problems and they got solved pretty quickly with a phone call. Frontpoint is efficient and professional so far.

Instant Customer Service contact is amazing. Never feel rushed on phone. Experienced reps have always corrected the issue the first time. Equipment has been the most reliable out of the four companies I've had.

They normally answer any time I have to call and help me resolve any issues that I may have. The outside cameras should automatically record. If someone goes out the back door, it says that the back door is open. But if someone comes in, it will wait for a good 10 or 15 minutes and "back door closed or open".

A couple of my friends had Frontpoint, so I tried it and I like it. They have a good mobile app. Sometimes if the device goes off and I try to contact customer service, it takes a long time. Usually it takes 20-25 minutes to actually talk to someone

So far this works fairly well. I have had some issues with the technology of the security system. However, the response from Frontpoint has been very prompt. The problem is they have to talk you through solving the issues, as opposed to sending someone out to look at it personally.

I think it's very valuable having an app and being able to see through the camera's. Though, I don't think that is what sets Frontpoint apart from its competitors. Some of their technologies, especially on the slab fronts, are a little dated. They are very prompt in their response and are always very polite and helpful.

My experience has been good. They definitely let you know if there is a problem at your location. Something to improve on would be length of time for recording other than when there is an incident.

Customer service is always so nice and so helpful. From the app I would like to be able to turn down the voice on my hub. I've tried to use the controls that come in the app and her voice is still so loud. I called customer service and they said they would turn it down but it never changed.

Frontpoint has been great (reasonable price and equipment as well as good customer service) but Frontpoint charges you to use their app to set your alarm, monitor security, etc. and charges $10 a month to use the app. What is the point of having a security system if you can't check what's going on from your phone? It's ridiculous.

The system, and the mobile app, is very good. This alarm system, like MOST other cellular/WiFi systems, is very specific to your place of installation. With my house having metal studs, metallic insulation, and numerous normal modern appliances, the system was worthless. Many false alarms, many unreported alarms. Who wants to be laying in bed and hear "patio door open"? You grab your gun and find out no door was opened. This happened enough times for me to get this system out of my life. Nothing wrong with frontpoint, just do your research on these types of systems before purchasing. SO many flaws in this technology. Go hard-wired, old school alarm systems if home security is important.

Frontpoint seems to have a disconnect between their sales department and their customer service department. I have been a customer since the early days and my equipment has literally stopped working 4 difference occasions. When I suddenly became 'out of contract" dates, I was sent to sales. TOTALLY inappropriate because I am a current customer and I was sold a whole new package. I felt completely ripped off. In contract once again, and the equipment died on me...once again. SO FRUSTRATING. The manufacture of the central box seems to have quality control problems. I will give excellent feedback to customer support for handling me. We travel a great deal and sadly, the equipment seemed to fail when we were getting ready for an extended trip. So, we were without service for weeks at a time. Customer service took care of things but I really had to hound them from the airport and than once again, remotely. I give Frontpoint a 2 from a technology standpoint but if your customer service hadn't 'delivered' I wouldn't be a customer anymore.

I would definitely recommend them. You can access home security anywhere if you are connected to the internet. They give good options for easy installation and I chose front point for the self installation. The equipment is average.
