Delta is the best airlines to fly with. I was so scared to fly with my baby for the first time because of how fussy she could be, but the plane ride was so smooth. They had good snacks. And they let me upgrade my seat last minute for a great price. They were so helpful when my baby did start to get antsy, and they even got me hot water for her bottle.

I love delta! I’ve flown multiple times with delta. Every time I was treated with respect. Could have a checked bag if I needed that much suitcases. Flights were clean and on time. Also for longer flights I had a personal tv I could watch whatever movies I wanted or played games! Great Airline and I would 100% recommend it. My fiancé’s uncle is also a pilot for Delta so I have so much respect for the pilots and what they do!

I have flown on a number of different Airlines, but I would say that Delta is one of my favorite. One of the biggest issues that I have with Delta is their pricing. I have traveled quite a bit and struggle to pay the sum they require each time I fly. If you are looking for a great quality and are willing to spend the extra money, Delta is the way to go!

I absolutely love flying delta! I love the deals you get and I love the service from the flight attendants Ive never had a problem with delta and i dont think i ever will! i love the snacks they serve and i love the destinations they fly to. i love being able to talk to them if i have any questions! everyone should fly delta because they are the best i love that they offer one free checked bag if its under 50 pounds.

Delta Airlines is my favorite above all the other Airlines. Their prices are a little more expensive but for longer flights it is worth it! The regular economy seats are very spacious and the staff is always professional and kind. I love that every head rest pops out and each seat, I guess depending on your flight, has a TV to watch. The movies and shows are always changing and I love that you get your Diet Coke for free!

I have flown on Delta 8 times this year. I love the Delta mobile app. I use it to check my flight status. It will inform me if the flight is on time and what gate I need to go to as soon as I check in. I love that I don't have to worry about finding my paper ticket. It will be even more convenient when you can scan your drivers license on your phone. I have loved Delta's customer service. It is the airline I use every time!

I just got back from a vacation and flew on Delta. My family travels a lot and we have found that every time we fly delta things run smoothly. The flights are on time and the planes comfortable. My sons monitor was not working on the flight and the attendants made every accommodation possible to fix the problem. They even gave us a $50 credit. I love Delta! Choose it every time I travel!

Delta airlines is a great organization. I am a Gold/sky priority member of their membership since I travel much. I appreciate that I don't have to pay for. baggage fees, and that I can go thorough security in the spy priority lane which is quicker. I has been a good experience flying on the airline. I have found them professional, respectful, courteous. It is my number one choice as a airline carrier.

I fly Delta often. it is always one of the top 2 airlines that I choose to fly. Their rates are really great almost all of the time. Customer service is always really good as well. We have never had any issues when using them. Our flights have always taken off and landed at just about the scheduled time that they were supposed to. I did need to change a flight once and it was not the hassle I thought it might be, the agent was great and got my trip rescheduled without any issues.

Delta has provided fantastic service to our family for many years. We have always felt safe and well-served. When we have had questions or unusual needs (wheelchair assistance) we have received special attention from Delta gate workers and clerks. They also offer many direct flights to cities we want to visit. The gate service, internet bookings, and the in flight experiences have been really positive.

We love Delta - we just used our frequent flyer points to book a trip to Hawaii for Christmas! The airline website was easy to use and I was able to transfer my points to buy tickets for my grandchildren as well. The only thing I didn't like was when I found a really cheap airfare on a competing airline for the same dates I was going and was going to have my points refunded, but there was a significant fee charged to do this.

Every time I fly somewhere, I always try to get Delta! The flight crew is always very kind! One time I was coming back from Ghana and wasn’t feeling well. The flight attendant got me the food and blankets I needed! I really appreciated it. Also, when coming back from New York City, I was able to watch live television! Like who doesn’t want to watch their favorite show on TV during a flight?

Wow. I love Delta. I only fly delta to NYC and if I'm lucky, internationally. It is truly the greatest airline. Domestically, you can sleep like a baby on a red eye flight. It comes with pre-provided entertainment. It is roomy. In SLC it has a separate terminal and security entrance. It is truly a deluxe experience. Internationally, it is the same, but with great food. If you fly with Delta abroad you will have the misconception that airplane food is fabulous.

Delta is one of my favorite airlines to fly with-- they give me the highest quality for the lowest prices. I love their newer planes that have recently rolled out and the more of a luxury feel I get with a basic economy seat than other airlines for the same price. They always have great variety in flight choices for the areas I travel between and have great service. I love the great selection of snacks they hand out and all of the attendants have always been extremely professional.

As I walked onto the plane, the flight attendant greeted me warming and helped me find my seat. As the flight continued, this flight attendant would come on the intercom to give announcements and instruction by cracking some jokes or saying something funny. A humorous flight attendant is very unique and I quite enjoyed it. I appreciate that Delta's flight attendants do and say things that show how much they want to make the customers happy.

Delta is my favorite airline to fly! They have the best customer service out of any airline I have flown. They are willing to work on any issues that might arise and will try to do what’s best for the customer. I have the Delta credit card which I love because I can get a free checked bag every time I fly. I also get a free companion pass every year which covers the annual fee.

Wide variety of destinations and time of travel to choose from. Prices are comparable to other airlines. The seats are comfortable and the planes are clean. My only complaint is that you have to pay extra money to choose your seat.

It’s a decent airlines. They do their job. The seats feel like they’ve gotten narrow Some of Southwest and even Allegiant Airlines seats seem even wider. The seat belt is also smaller on delta. Fares have gotten higher all the way around . I’ve been flying delta for decades mainly because they fly non stop from Salt Lake to HNL I’ve taken trips East Coast to Alaska to Texas and overall nothing really stands out but that can be a good thing too.

Last time we were delayed, it was snowing hard with a mix of sleet n rain. Plane was deiced and sat another 40 minutes. As a private pilot, I believe it should of been deiced again before we took off. You could feel the drag and see huge chunks of snow n slush coming off the wings. I expected to be on the ground in a heap of twisted aluminum. Worst ride of my life.

I have been required to fly Delta due to my work scheduling my flights for me and they have not been good experiences. Customer service seemed irritated when I asked for their assistance in rescheduling my flight. The flight and crew had excellent service once I was onboard the plane but getting the flight fixed when a hassle.

I now fly exclusively with Delta Airlines for both work and leisure. My only complaint would not be specific to Delta Airlines but all the airlines. That is that it is becoming more difficult to fly using miles with all the blackouts and restrictions these days.

Generally never had any issues with Delta. The one complaint I'd have is the lack of leg room. For a someone who is 6'4" those seats are pretty uncomfortable to sit in if you're in standard class. Delta Comfort is better and First Class is even nicer. Customer service has always been phenomenal.

I am not really a frequent flyer, like a business person, but having had to fly a few different airlines out of necessity (I won't name them), I really, really, prefer Delta.

After the JFK flood it was impossible to find out what happened to your luggage. Delta Folks had inconsistent answers and waiting time on phones was over an hour. The company that Delta hired to deliver the luggage did not answer their phone. Bottom line: during an "incident" Delta does not effectively communicate with its customers, hires incompetent vendors and does not have any reliable phone number to call for real info -- I'm guessing it's a personnel shortage since all the information must be on a computer somewhere. Delta should not be using a delivery company that cannot be counted on when there are many bags to be delivered. Delivery company didn't answer their phone -- ridiculous.

I’ve flown with delta for years. The most recent was on a trip for my honeymoon and it was back when the delta headquarters had an issue and got everything shut down so our flights were cancelled, etc. They were very kind and gave us $400 in vouchers for the inconvenience.

I only travel DELTA or a subsidiary of DELTA when ever possible. After other experiences with airlines,the delay, lack of service etc. I find that traveling with DELTA is always a quality experience.
