I’ve been flying Delta for almost 20 years. Every time I try another airline I’m reminded why I fly Delta. They are a little more money sometimes, but well worth it for the on-time reliability, service, and quality.

I like flying Delta, they go a lot of places out of Salt Lake City where I’m from. The only thing I don’t like about Delta is that they price gouge as it gets closer to your date to fly. A lot of times I don’t know when I’m going to fly until last minute.

Just flew to Dallas last week. On time, accommodated me on an exit row since I am 6’ 6” and really appreciate the extra room for my long legs. Always seem to have a good experience with Delta.

I fly routinely between LAX and SLC, and Delta flights are always the cleanest. They've always been very accommodating of me traveling with my young son as well. I avoid flying airlines other than Delta whenever possible because Delta has always been the easiest to work with!

Delta is a great airline. I have had only a few issues with staff being rude , but it was 2 different planes and flying inside the us. Flying internationally I have not had any problems. The food was good, the planes were clean, the space was ok, and they turned off the lights so we could sleep. I usually fly Delta/ KLM .

Great service, friendly flight attendants. Only compliant is on how the planes are loaded, should do back to front, windows to aisles. The first people on the plane toward the front cause jams and make it take longer to board

I had an amazing experience flying with Delta. I was a first-time flyer and was very nervous, but the workers helped me to feel comfortable. While in the air they gave out free snacks and also the turbulence was not too bad as well.

Delta is my first choice when flying anywhere if I can find and option that it competitively priced, especially when flying out of SLC since I can more often find a direct flight. My experience has generally been good, even when my luggage was temporarily lost and I was given an allowance to spend on clothes until my luggage could be located.

Delta has a terrific skymiles loyalty program which creates loyal business travelers, so many in fact its very difficult for a non business traveler to reserve any good seats, no priority boarding, and luggage fees. However Delta can pretty much get you anywhere in the world if you can handle sitting in the back of the plane with no room between seats and seat cushions that have not been replaced in 15 years.

With the exception of one hiccup I had where they canceled one of my legs without telling me and making me pay to rebook that flight, I have had nothing but positive experiences every time I've flown on Delta. Great customer service, great in-flight service. Good destinations.

Overall, Delta is the best airline I've flown on. Tickets are typically a little more expensive than other airlines, but it's worth it to have peace of mind knowing that they'll get you where you want to go and on time.

We are a Delta hub in my city so we have the most options through Delta. It comes at a bit of a premium price though. There is nothing special about the experience so I typically look at discount airlines first, but Delta definitely has more flights and destinations from my city than any other airline.

I fly a lot and try to always fly Delta. They go where I need to go - better schedules and I prefer the perks of frequent flier miles here over other airlines. That said, upgrades at even a platinum level are really difficult.... it didn't used to be that way. Still, this is my go-to airline.

This is our go-to airline (mostly because there is a hub where we live). We're usually able to find competitively priced tickets and several times offered to where we are gong. Sometimes it just depends which plane you get on.... but, I've generally had good experiences with the in-flight entertainment.

I always like flying with Delta because the flight attendants are always super nice, and finding and getting onto flights are easy to do. They also have TVs for your entertainment which is a plus!

Although Delta is usually a bit more expensive, they are usually on time and pretty friendly. The last time I flew with them, I had my 7 month old with me. They were very accommodating and helpful throughout the whole process.

I have flown on Delta quite a bit. I used to use them more than any airline because of their Frequent Flyer program but they have changed that since so it is not as good. I love that they assign seats. Their planes are generally quite comfortable.

I've gotten some great prices on delta flights in the past. They do have a fee for checking bags, but on the positive side it is nice that seat are assigned before hand and I love their movie selection on the plane. The in flight experience is always a solid one.

im a milage member for myself my son as well as my mother. there pricing is reasonable and there flights are always on time with no issues. even got upgraded to first class once just cuz. love them. I wish we could fly more with them but like I said they always find a way to get you home safe and sound.

When I flew on Delta Airlines it was a wonderful experience. My elderly mother accompanied us on the flight. One flight attendant overheard my mothers concerns. She was so kind to her and to us. She felt that everything was going to be okay. She can't wait to fly again using Delta. Thank you Delta!
