I love flying with Delta. They are usually more expensive than other airlines, but sometimes it is worth it because I feel like they try to give good customer service. Once my flight was delayed 7 hours and they gave me like $200 compensation. I have had a lot of delays lately, but they seem very nice about them.

These flights have always been very comfortable. I take Delta when I travel on red eye flights and I have been able to go to sleep surprisingly well. I have always had outstanding services when we fly with them.

Very amazing service. The plane rides are nice and comfortable. It is nice being able to have snacks and drinks for free. It is cool how there are T.V.s in the seats. It keeps everyone entertained.

Once I was booked on a flight and I didn’t buy travel insurance. The night before my travel p I was hit as a pedestrian in a cross walk by a bus. I broke my leg and couldn’t go on the trip. Delta refunded my ticket even without travel insurance. I always think positive about delta for that.

Online website is really user friendly - one thing that really frustrates me is the inability to change my flight without losing my sky miles... what are you guys - Spirit Airlines? What is the incentive in being a Skymiles CC holder if I’m treated in the exact way that non-CC holders are treated when cancelling/changing flights? Just wish Southwest had more direct flights - I would definitely cancel my Delta card.

If you're looking for quality, Delta is the way to go. I like that I can earn miles, but wish their price was more competitive. But, the seats, the screens and overall quality is the best.

I don't fly much but when I do I usually fly with Delta. They have a hub here in SLC and I seem to get pretty good rates from them. The staff is friendly and the flights usually run on time.

I choose to fly Delta because of the number of flights they have available and their great customer service. They hire quality people. The planes are clean. They are very efficient. However, I don't like having to pay for checking a bag. And the ticket prices are not the cheapest.

We try and fly Delta Airlines as much as possible out of Salt Lake City Utah because of their dependability and customer service. Ticket prices are sometimes a little bit more but to us it is worth it.

I love these flights! By far they are most enjoyable flights I have been on. The Customer Service on the flights is fantastic, it makes long flights go by so much faster. They were also very prompt and active in finding my luggage when it was misplaced.

I flew Delta from Salt Lake City to Newark last month and I had a really positive experience. The flight was on time, the plane was newly refurbished and the attendants were very helpful and nice. In my opinion, Delta is much better on average than United or American and my preferred airline.

Sadly, Delta is not nearly what it used to be. The company has definitely grown, but it has done so at the expense of their customers. Services have been cut in every area. Employees are occasionally considerate and helpful, but can just as likely be impatient and surly. I truly used to love this company. Now I tolerate it and use their services only when I have no other choice.

Everything about Delta these days is average. While their prices seem to have come down quite a bit, I have had multiple negative experiences with gate agents. They also leave you on the phone on hold forever at times. I would really like to see this company improve their employees commitment to customer satisfaction. Stewardesses and agents can often be rude and condescending. That being said, they are rarely late and usually get me where I need to go on time.

Love Delta because it is a hub in my home town so many flight options. I got the AMEX Delta card which is nice that it gives me a free checked bag. But one bummer is that they charge you for bags when you use their skymiles. Come on Delta give us a break.

Nearly every Delta flight I have ever been on has run into some sort of technical difficulty. I'm sure that there are many elements of air travel that are out of the control of the airliner, but Delta doesn't do a good job of making up for these shortcomings.

I have flown Delta many times. As far as the actual travel goes, it's fine. However, many times I have had my luggage misplaced. This has been a recurring theme. You will get where you want to go, but your luggage may not.
