Our flight to Hawaii was horrible. Seats were so small, we had 2 little ones and the flight attendants were annoyed out at any request we had. And that the kids moved around a lot. Never again.

I had a horrible experience with them flying out of Dallas. They kept saying that the weather was bad and the planes couldn't go out and there was not a cloud in the sky. The other airlines were flying out.

I fly a lot and when I book my flights I try to avoid American Airlines. I have had several bad experiences flying with them and usually arrive to my destination late. Planes seem to be old and dated and are rarely clean.
